Reliable, compassionate pet care!
Hi, I'm Laura! I love animals of any kind and am excited at the possibility of taking care of your fur babies. I have been pet sitting for the past five years, and have experience with a variety of animals with different needs and energy levels. I find it very fun and rewarding to be the face and presence around when a pets owner cannot be around. I work Monday-Friday from 8:30-5, but evenings and weekends that I am booked, the pets are my first priority. During the week, I am able to come and let animals out on my lunch break if needed, and if I have a weekend or evening commitment that would affect my availability, I will always let you know. I follow any instructions I am given and will treat your house as my own. I always be sure to ask about the owners comfort level regarding off leash, travelling to a new walk location, having people over etc. I look forward to meeting you and looking after your animal(s) :)

Safety, trust & environment
I always ask about any specifics to make a pet feel most comfortable; such as if the pet likes to sleep with a human, how they do with interaction on walks, etc. I don’t do any activity off leash, unless it’s in a private and enclosed space.

Laura was reliable and understanding even when our dog tried to take herself for a walk and was found in the alley. Second time we have used her and probably will again!

This was our first time using Rover and we loved having Laura stay with our pup. She followed all instructions and the house was just as we left it when we got home. I would recommend Laura to anyone looking for a pet sitter.
Laura kept excellent care of my four cats and home while I was away internationally for 16 days. She consistently maintained four kitty litter pans daily, refilling water & food dishes and provided daily treats, as well as love & attention. On top of this, she completed routine checks throughout the home to ensure cleanliness and safety for my cats, including cleaning up any puke or mess spots. Laura provided plenty of information and reassurance, and was always quick and easy to communicate with. I returned to happy cats and a clean home. I’m completely satisfied with Laura’s services and will continue to book her in the future!
Laura took good care of my dogs, was communicative, and left the house in great condition.

Schedule
I work 8:30-5 Mon-Fri and off weekends. Rest assured that any hours i’m not at work, your pet is my first priority. I can accommodate a drop in during the week between 1-2 pm if needed.

- I like to know if I am needed to give medication to animals and what the most successful method is for that! I also like to know the dogs’ walk schedule and any quirks to be aware of (ex. it is best to cross the street when another dog is seen)
