About: I grew up on an acreage with dogs, cats, as well as horses! I am currently in distance-learning college and do not have any pets of my own anymore, but miss them so much. I’m very comfortable around animals and would love to have them be apart of my life again. My experience includes care for dogs from the puppy to senior ages. I apologize for the lack of photos with pets, I haven’t had any pets since I moved out on my own in 2021, plus I’m playing with them, not taking selfies ;) I am in college for nutrition counselling. My schedule is Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm, with 2 breaks, allowing ample time to care for your pet! We have a fenced back yard as well as lots of walking trails right out our front door for plenty of walks. I am able to crate your pet if needed. About: Ever since I was younger, I remember caring for animal well-being. I helped my mom with her boarding facility by watering and feeding the horses and helping with dewormer/medication. When I could throughout high school, I did pet sitting here and there for both cats and dogs as well as farm animals. I’ve also volunteered in several shelters around Red Deer, Alberta. I have taken one year of veterinary medical receptionist and have worked in a veterinary clinic for over a year. I am now enrolled in the veterinarian technician program and will be taking that for the next two years. I will be in school full-time however I am very open on weekends to play with your pups and once I have further knowledge on my school schedule, I will be available during holidays and long weekends. About: I've cared for and had a relationship with dogs since I was 3 years old. I have had 4 dogs of varying breeds and sizes and have dog sat for several friends and family. I live on an acre of lakefront property 45 min from Edmonton with lots of space for dogs to run, play and swim. Give your dog a lake vaction where they'll be treated like a member of the family while you're away! I am semi-retired and home 24/7 to care and spend time with your pet. I am active and outside most of the time happy to play fetch and let your pet explore nature in a quiet rural setting. I have a treed, unfenced yard in a very quiet area with little road traffic and lots of room for your pet to run and swim in the lake if desired. Your dog will become a member of the family while staying with me. I live alone in a home where dogs are allowed on the furniture, but I can also easily accomodate a crate if your pet prefers.
