About: I have had dogs my entire life and currently have one small breed puppy. My family recently had to put down our two senior dogs who both had complex needs and with their needs I became well versed in administering oral medication and paying good attention to signs of discomfort. In my house we hand make our dog food from scratch. I am very accommodating and patient with any and all animals and immediately love them to bits. Caring for animals is a passion of mine and I will treat your fur babies as if they were my own. In my house my dog has free rein and I will not have any issues following the rules you set in your home, whether it is on or off furniture and on or off the bed. I hope I can provide the services you are looking for. I do have a full time job that may interfere with any requests, I work a 9-4 administrative job during the week. I have a regular 5 days a week job but my day ends at 3-4 depending on the day. I am mostly free on the weekends other than some Saturday morning gym time. I am available during the week in the evenings. I am good at following the routines you have set for your pets. I love to cuddle and play with all sorts of animals and caring for your pets will be my focus.

About: I am a kind and attentive person who has had lots of experience with my own and other’s pets. Your baby will be in good hands :) I work part time so have lots of time to walk or check in on pups and kitties. I am available for overnight sitting most days as well. I have a small and modest home. I am open to providing accommodations for cats and small dogs during the day and/or overnight. Unfortunately there is not enough space for larger dogs.

About: Hello! My name is Luisa, and my pets are my whole world. I promise to take care of your babies as if they were my own. I have previously completed a two-year apprenticeship under a force-free dog trainer in Calgary, and although I am not currently working as a trainer due to completing my master's, what I learned informs all my interactions with animals. Through fostering and our own pets, I have experience administering medications to a wide range of animals (dogs, cats, bearded dragons, geckos, hedgehogs). At home, my husband and I have two dogs, a cat, and a multitude of reptiles and exotics. We also foster from time to time, which has given us experience with so many other species and personalities. I am completing my master's degree and have a practicum placement from September to March, quite a distance from our home in SE Calgary. I am currently the owner of a Ten year old yellow lab named Duke and a new puppy theo who is 8 months old, they both get along great with other animals!. I love to go on long walks, i love to run with dogs, and I very much enjoy making all dogs feel loved. I am very trustworthy, responsible and caring for all pets, mine or yours. I am very patient with older dogs, can help with weight loss needs, and very much enjoy grooming pets ( brushing, teeth cleaning and nail clipping). I am currently a student at RDC and a lot of it is online so I am very flexible and can take care of your pets and give them all the attention in the world ! We have a great sized backyard, which is entirely fenced in! So no issue with dogs who love to escape! I have two dogs of my own who can keep your dog(s) company while visiting. We live near a wooded area to go for walks, have specific feeding times throughout the day, and lots of big comfy dog beds for your pets to enjoy!

About: Ever since I was younger, I remember caring for animal well-being. I helped my mom with her boarding facility by watering and feeding the horses and helping with dewormer/medication. When I could throughout high school, I did pet sitting here and there for both cats and dogs as well as farm animals. I’ve also volunteered in several shelters around Red Deer, Alberta. I have taken one year of veterinary medical receptionist and have worked in a veterinary clinic for over a year. I am now enrolled in the veterinarian technician program and will be taking that for the next two years. I will be in school full-time however I am very open on weekends to play with your pups and once I have further knowledge on my school schedule, I will be available during holidays and long weekends. I am very attentive when it comes to being around animals whatever your pets routine may look like I can follow very easily to make you feel the most comfortable when leaving your pet alone with me.

About: I am the pet sitter for all of my friends. I have always had a variety of pets that are well taken care of and loved. Currently I have 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 sugar gliders. The Gliders are in their own room with a closed door. I have a full time job and my husband works 3 days on 3 days off. My job is very flexible, I am able to go home and let pups out and they will have great company with my two gentleman. (dogs haha) I have fully fenced yard. Separate eating locations for the dogs. The cats can also be kept downstairs when we are not home if needed to keep everyone happy and safe.

About: I have experience with dogs and animals of all kinds and sizes. Here is a list for your reference. 12 year old Rottweiler. 2 year old black lab. 9 year old chihuahua. 5-10 year old Jack Russell. 5 year old Husky. 8 year old Saint Bernard. As well as grew up with yellow and golden labs from puppy till they passed 😢 Both my neighbours have dogs on each side of the fence and for that reason I am asking for well behaved animals as I don’t want to upset my neighbour's lives. I built a wheel chair for my senior dog so that she could live her best life for as long as possible. Customizing cat condos for enrichment purposes. Pet care is a daily practice. While working or not working, all animals need love and care daily. Whether it is play time or giving a good brushing daily care is required. About: We live on 80 beautiful acres close to the city. We are fully set up to accommodate dogs and cats, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Jasmine works 4 days a week in Edmonton, so is available to provide services in and around your home as well. We have over 30 years experience training and caring for dogs and cats and farm animals. We have never met an animal we couldn’t immediately connect with and we’re passionate about providing loving, structured care. We have many wonderful references. Jasmine works part time in Edmonton, Tuesday to Friday. We have four indoor cats and one Cocker Spaniel. We recently lost our two best canine friends, Otis and Sadie, to the rainbow bridge. They were both large black lab crosses, so we are fully equipped to care for cats and dogs of all sizes. Along with our adorable 1946 two story farmhouse, we also have a beautiful cabin on my property, which is an option if you need boarding for your cat(s) or dog(s) that won’t get along well with others. The cabin is heated with a small wood stove and includes a fully fenced yard. Jasmine’s mother lives on the same property (in her own home) and she is also available to help us. Most of the time, one of us is home on the property, and it is rare that we are all off the property for more than 3 or 4 consecutive hours. Whether you require boarding at our farm or in your home for a day, a week, or a month, you can rest assured that we take caring for animals very seriously and the safety and comfort of your fur baby will be forefront in our minds at all times. Our Cocker Spaniel, Wilson is extremely easy to get along with and thrilled to keep our charges company. He misses Otis and Sadie a great deal and loves having guests come to visit him. As mentioned, we can provide a fenced yard or 80 acres of safe space to roam under supervision. We can also use leashes when necessary or requested. We are many miles from the nearest busy road. You can be sure that your babies will be safe and well supervised on their country get away. We’re also happy to provide care in your own home and my attention to detail and safety will prevail at your home just as it will at ours.

About: Before I moved out to alberta I dog sat lots of family's pets in my local home town. Which included walking feeding and medication if needed. My twins are in daycare Monday to Friday so I have a ton of spare time during those hours. Currently don't work so alot of my time is available. Dog Boarding: In my home, I provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where pets can feel comfortable and relaxed. I stick to their regular feeding and potty schedule, provide plenty of playtime, walks, and quiet time as needed. Drop-In Visits: When caring for pets in your own home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to reduce stress. I ensure they’re fed on time, walked or let outside as needed, administer medications if required, and give them attention and affection. I will provide regular updates with photos Dog Walking: For dog walking services, I always ensure dogs are walked safely using a secure harness or collar. I follow any specific instructions, such as avoiding certain streets, or keeping walks short due to age or health. I bring water if needed and provide a full report card with notes and pictures after every walk.
