About: Hello! My name is Luisa, and my pets are my whole world. I promise to take care of your babies as if they were my own. I am especially passionate about working with animals who may be fearful or have special needs. About: I have been blessed with the ability to dog sit all sorts of breeds for the past 13 years. From toy poodles, Shih Tzu’s, to Doberman pinschers. I have loved every minute of it. I especially enjoy working with senior pets. I love to bring them some fun as well as calmness in their senior years and love on them as much as possible. I love getting to take things at their speed. Having just lost the ten year old Doberman I had cared for full time for a year and a half, having taken some time to mourn her loss, I am now ready to bring on someone new. I am available to come to your home, where your dog is most comfortable to sit for the day or even a few hours. Or if it is more convenient to welcome your dog into my home. I love being able to take dogs for walks for some good exercise or just to get their business done. I will treat your dog as if they are my very own, and I mean that! I love having a really good reason to go for a walk. Having a dog to walk is to me the ultimate reason to get outside! I live just off of Kin Kanyon and there are many trails to be taken advantage of. I do have a cat who simply ignores most dogs. If she is a concern I can happily put her into the basement with the door closed while the dog is visiting.
About: I’ve been fortunate enough to have had dogs throughout my entire life. Most of my friends and family have dogs, which has given me the experience to handle both big and small breeds and many different personalities. I currently have a puppy named Freya. I also shared many years with my previous dog, Daga, a husky/Mal mix who passed away at the age of 12, and Duke our black lab that passed away at almost 15. Dogs are a big part of my family, and my life, so I understand that they are more than just a pet, and they all deserve to be treated with excellent care. About: Ever since I was younger, I remember caring for animal well-being. I helped my mom with her boarding facility by watering and feeding the horses and helping with dewormer/medication. When I could throughout high school, I did pet sitting here and there for both cats and dogs as well as farm animals. I’ve also volunteered in several shelters around Red Deer, Alberta. I have taken one year of veterinary medical receptionist and have worked in a veterinary clinic for over a year. I am now enrolled in the veterinarian technician program and will be taking that for the next two years. I will be in school full-time however I am very open on weekends to play with your pups and once I have further knowledge on my school schedule, I will be available during holidays and long weekends. I am very attentive when it comes to being around animals whatever your pets routine may look like I can follow very easily to make you feel the most comfortable when leaving your pet alone with me.

Here is a list for your reference. 12 year old Rottweiler. 2 year old black lab. 9 year old chihuahua. 5-10 year old Jack Russell. 5 year old Husky. 8 year old Saint Bernard.
