“Sarah has watched my French Bulldog, Honey, multiple times and I can’t recommend her enough! She’s reliable and I trust her having access to my home when I’m not there. Honey is always taken care of and tired out after their walks and drop in visits together. I also appreciate that she always sends a picture of Honey so I know she’s in good hands while I’m out.”

“I had Tracy drop in to feed my two very shy cats. They connected with her right away. I appreciated the attention she gave them as well as the photos and notes. I highly recommend her and will definitely hire her again.”

About: We have been taking care of friends and families pets for years. We love spending time with them, walking them and playing with them! They are treated like part of our family and nothing less. I currently own a business in town and come walk, or let them out during the day. My two kids get off school at 3pm. We can walk and play with your pet anytime after 3:30pm . We are available evenings and weekends as well. We have a fenced yard and a old cat. She doesn't bother with other animals, she usually just hides from dogs. We recently lost our family dog to cancer. We loved her dearly. We do not have a dog right now but we have food bowls, water bowls and toys for your dog to use. We can accommodate a kennel as well, as we have lots of room in our house.

About: About Me My name is Miranda, and I have over 20 years of professional experience working with dogs of many breeds, sizes, and temperaments. My background includes working with rescue dogs from a wide range of situations, with a strong focus on rehabilitation and behavior support. I previously worked as a Canine Behavioural Analyst with the Hamilton–Burlington SPCA, where I was responsible for assessing dogs and determining the most suitable home environment for each individual animal. This experience has given me a strong foundation in understanding canine behavior, stress signals, and individual care needs. I am happy to answer any questions and provide further details. Please feel free to reach out by message or phone. Home Environment Children live in the home and are respectful, calm, and experienced around animals. All interactions with pets are closely supervised, and rough or inappropriate behavior toward animals is not permitted. Maintaining a safe, calm environment for every pet in our care is a top priority. How We Care for Your Pet Dogs Dog Sitting While your dog is staying with us, we aim to replicate the structure and routine of their home as closely as possible. Feeding schedules, walk times, rest periods, and activity levels are customized to suit your dog’s individual needs. This approach helps reduce stress and allows dogs to settle into the new environment quickly and comfortably. Your dog will be cared for as if they were our own, and you will receive regular updates so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. Special requests and care instructions are always welcome. Drop-In Visits Drop-in visits are ideal for short trips, busy days, or when your pet simply needs some extra attention. These visits take place in your home, allowing your pet to remain in a familiar environment. Services include feeding, backyard bathroom breaks, and plenty of affection and companionship. Dog Walks Perfect for busy but responsible pet owners. Walks are approximately 30 minutes in your local neighbourhood and provide both physical exercise and mental stimulation for your dog. Cats Cats are cared for exclusively in their own home. This allows them to maintain their normal routine with minimal disruption. Visits are customized to your cat’s needs and can include feeding, litter maintenance, playtime, and companionship. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, with flexible availability and a focus on afternoons for walks, drop-in visits, and in-home care. This allows me to provide calm, attentive, and unrushed care while keeping pets on a consistent routine so they feel safe and comfortable. Care is tailored to each pet and the specific service being provided. For dog walks, I focus on safe, structured walks that suit the dog’s energy level and comfort, providing both physical exercise and mental stimulation. For drop-in visits with dogs and cats, care takes place in the pet’s home to maintain their normal routine. Visits include feeding, fresh water, bathroom breaks, basic cleanup as needed, companionship, and affection. About: Hey! My name is Jenna and I’ve owned and looked after pets for pretty much my entire life! I’ve had dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, rabbits, and hamsters. You name it I’ve probably owned one at some point in my life and if I didn’t, then I probably wanted to! I have also been working with a dog and cat rescue for the better part of the last 12 years so I am well experienced in animals that may have some “quirks” as I like to call them such as anxiety, food aggression, etc! I’ve trained puppies and I’ve taken care of senior dogs so any animal at any age is safe with me! I am currently working Full time so Monday to Thursday I am gone from 7am to around 8pm and until around 4pm Fridays, weekends are definitely more free as that’s when I am off but I can definitely make it work weekdays as well! I am comfortable with crating animals if that is your routine and will ensure that the yard they are being let out into is safe and secure (ensure the fence didn’t get opened somehow, no one’s tossed anything in the yard etc). When walking your beloved fur babies I will ensure that they are walked how you’d expect them to be and that they are safe and well looked after during this time.
“Addison helped us out huge during our vacation and planned extra visits when our auto feeder stopped working. We appreciated all the photos she sent as well as open communication. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking as she takes such good care of our pets. Thank you again!”

“If you're looking for a pet sitter I highly reccomend Chanda. She has great communication and we appreciated the photos she sent of our pup. It made us trust that we left our pet in good hands. This was our first ever pet sitter and such a postive experience. Booking was easy. Chanda was very professional and puntual. We will absolutely be booking with her again in the future!”

About: Hello! My name is Luisa, and my pets are my whole world. I promise to take care of your babies as if they were my own. I have previously completed a two-year apprenticeship under a force-free dog trainer in Calgary, and although I am not currently working as a trainer due to completing my master's, what I learned informs all my interactions with animals. Through fostering and our own pets, I have experience administering medications to a wide range of animals (dogs, cats, bearded dragons, geckos, hedgehogs). At home, my husband and I have two dogs, a cat, and a multitude of reptiles and exotics. We also foster from time to time, which has given us experience with so many other species and personalities. Please let me know if you have any questions, I'd love to answer them. I am completing my master's degree and have a practicum placement from September to March, quite a distance from our home in SE Calgary. I'm hoping to pet sit to save on some driving, and also to have animal companions during this time! I may have some additional availability outside from what I have set in Rover - if our schedules don't align exactly, please feel free to message! My pets would describe me as a helicopter mom, I would describe me as attentive! When I travel, our pet-sitter gets a multi-page document on everyone's needs, so I am not intimidated to receive the same; this just means I can adjust my routine to your pet(s)'...it is their home after all!
About: Ever since I was younger, I remember caring for animal well-being. I helped my mom with her boarding facility by watering and feeding the horses and helping with dewormer/medication. When I could throughout high school, I did pet sitting here and there for both cats and dogs as well as farm animals. I’ve also volunteered in several shelters around Red Deer, Alberta. I have taken one year of veterinary medical receptionist and have worked in a veterinary clinic for over a year. I am now enrolled in the veterinarian technician program and will be taking that for the next two years. I will be in school full-time however I am very open on weekends to play with your pups and once I have further knowledge on my school schedule, I will be available during holidays and long weekends. I am very attentive when it comes to being around animals whatever your pets routine may look like I can follow very easily to make you feel the most comfortable when leaving your pet alone with me.

Tamara is a wonderful cat sitter! I loved the daily report cards I received and I'm so grateful they got lots of love while I was away. My cats are a lot to deal with and they are usually very unhappy when I go away. This time they were so happy when I got home! Thank you for taking such good care of them!
