“Excellent dog sitter! She was kind, reliable, and took great care of our dog. We really appreciated the updates and photos. We would happily book with her again. Highly recommend! Thank you Denise ✨️”

“Becky was fantastic - so easy to work with my crazy schedule and constant changes. I so appreciated that! And she gave me lots of updates and pics so I knew how my girl was doing!!! Shelby seemed to do well, despite being a bit of a nervous kid and having never met Becky or been to her place. I would definitely pick Becky again to watch my pup!”

“We were very nervous to leave our dogs while away on vacation, but Kristin was absolutely wonderful and we would not hesitate to leave them with her again. She was organized, her communication was prompt, and she was very welcoming to our dogs.”
“Carina was exceptional at providing many pictures and videos of my little girls experience. I could see she was in her glory with all her walks. I was worried she wouldn’t want to come home. Great experience! I’d use them again with no hesitation!!”

“I highly recommend Janelle! I went away overnight and leaving my fur baby with her made it completely stress and worry free! My dog has a little bit of health issues and she was so understanding and tended to my dog perfectly! Janelle sent lots of updates and photos, it was great!”

“Ginette was incredible with our dog Zeus. She was attentive and went above and beyond to take care of him. He had some separation anxiety and she took extra measures to make sure he ate and drank water. She also sent plenty of pictures and responded to any questions I had very promptly. I would highly recommend Ginette to take care of your fur babies anyday and we'll be booking with her again.”

“Teaghan was absolutely wonderful! We were in town for a wedding and her wonderful care of my fur baby made the weekend so much more enjoyable! Lola had a blast and was well cared for! She also sent up updates and photos. Highly recommend Teaghan for your pet sitting needs!”

“I never left my dog with anybody other than family before. When I found carolyn in my town , I told her that I was nervous and we met at a park so my dog could meet her and her dog. The meeting put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with my dog's body language and Carolyn's demeanor. She was kind understanding and confident in her abilities to help my dog transition with someone new like her. Carolyn took my dog who has high energy for several walks during the day and sent me pictures to comfort me that my dog settled down in her home. I would gladly recommend Carolyn. Her care for my dog and me was exceptional”

“Aaron sent so many updates and as an anxious dog mom with an anxious pup this was so appreciated. She said my girl got along well with her pups and I love that she had extra pup friends to keep her company while I was away. This was my first time leaving my dog with someone and it was a very positive one. Will absolutely be using Aaron in the future again!”

“My dog was at Sarah's once for daycare and when we left him for boarding he was super excited to go there. Sarah sent regular updates and left me at ease, knowing he was being well cared for.”

About: I have been a dog owner for over 20 years. I recently had to let my ole girl pass over the rainbow, such an heartbreaking decision to make. She was happy as the only dog if the house and I had a desire for more happy tails! So I decided to start walking dogs and doing pet visits so that I could fulfill my need for more waggy tails! I do work a local job that runs Monday -Friday, but am done by 3:15. I schedule my walks for 3:15 and after.I do get a 30 min lunch break that I can do washroom breaks for pets if needed. Walks are 30-45 mins. I do have weekends and evenings off, this is where I make the time for pups/cats. I do not tend to bring other dogs to my home, I have done so on occasion but only after my dog has had a chance to meet our new furry visitor. I do dog walks, visits and out door adventures for your pup. I even take some of my 4 legged friends to the back country roads, for that nice open free run!
“Shelley and Rod were amazing with our Lola, she as truly welcomed in like one of the family. They have a wonderful home and property that is VERY dog friendly and our Lola loved her stay with them and she made lots of new furry friends. Lots of love and care was shown for our furry family member while we were away. A+++ thank you again so much for watching her for us :)”

“Wonderfully welcoming lady and gracious hostess to our dog for an overnight boarding. Our dog had her home and fenced yard to himself with no other pets in the house, with many walks to a nearby park. Darlene kept us well informed on how our boy was doing, and he was comfortable with her immediately. A great communicator and we feel so fortunate to have found this loving atmosphere in which to board our pet with. HIGHLY Recommend booking with Darlene and we look forward to doing so again!”

“Debra was great with Zoe. Regular walks and plenty of pictures keeping us up to date were greatly appreciated. Her attention to Zoe’s needs and flexibility with our travel plans were above and beyond. We will definitely be booking with Debra again.”

“First time to use this service, Cheree was great on keeping in contact and sending pics, and the kids and my Enzo had a great time together. I really appreciated the updates and pics as I was a nervous mama leaving her Velcro dog. Very happy that he was well cared for!”

About: Like many others, I have been blessed with having the ability to care for animals throughout my life. In 2015, I had the wonderful opportunity to follow my passion professionally. I began working in a veterinarian clinic as a receptionist, technician assistant and external boarding for cats. After the adoption of our beloved Trixie in 2018, my focus shifted to behavior training while continuing care within the small animal medical atmosphere. Recently, I became certified as a professional pet dog trainer and specialized in aggression/reactivity/seperation anxiety. I continue my education through conferences/mentor sessions and am working towards becoming CCPDT certified. I am also an enrichment scent work instructor. I also have my Canine First Aid certification. If you are looking for someone to care for your companion, and would like to add any of the services that are mentioned above during their time with me (or at another time), I would love to get to know you and your companion. I am currently a stay at home mom and provide individualized training consultations as well as general pet care during early mornings and evenings during the week (including weekends). I offer limited care (1 or 2 dogs at a time) in my own home during the day if need be. My only requirements are that your companion not have prey drive (I do have cats and young children) and are good with another female adult dog. I have a large fenced in yard, and can accommodate your specific instructions/requirements as much as possible. Your companion will always be supervised and never left unattended.
About: I have experience with every kind of dog you can name. Experienced in giving needles and oral medication, following detailed instructions and enjoying every quirk your pet has. Whatever they need, I can handle it. Take a break, you deserve it! Pet care is my full time job, send me the dates and times you’d like and we can make it work. Talk to you soon! I will care for your dogs like they are my own, they will not be running wild or off the walls. They will be happy.

“Very professional and provided great care and love to our kitten while we were gone! Our girl is quite hesitant to new people and warmed up to Stephanie right away! Thank you so much!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND Julie! Julie has taken amazing care of our Cat and Bunny for the last couple of months. She has taken her time to get to know both baby's and has easily won both of them over. It is hard to earn our bunnys trust, yet Julie accomplished this in a few short visits. While we work away, It is a great feeling knowing that both children are in good hands. She truly does go above and beyond for us and it is greatly appreciated.”

“Brittany was awesome! My kitty does NOT like strangers, but Brittany was so patient with her, I think she actually made a friend. She was a great communicator and the whole process was seamless. 100% will hire Brittany again.”

“Janelle was a fantastic housesitter! She took excellent care of my 4 cats, was able to accommodate their rigorous raw feeding schedule, and gave my 1 cat meds orally twice a day. My home was clean and tidy when I got home, and I was sent plenty of updates and pics while I was gone. I'll absolutely have Janelle back when I need to go away again!”

“Chanda did a great job checking in on our cats and being reliable/communicative. I feel really comfortable letting her continue to coax our shy kitty out to get some love while we are away next time!”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care Teaghan provided for our seven cats while we were away. Managing that many personalities is a challenge on its own, but she handled everything with patience, kindness, and attention to detail. We felt completely at ease the entire time. Not only did she take care of all the essentials like feeding, playtime, and litter changes, she went above and beyond by bringing in our delivered packages, and cleaning up the chaos left in our cats determination to destroy our house. With seven cats who love to make a mess, coming home to a clean house with relaxed, happy pets was such a gift. Her communication was great, her updates were reassuring, and it was clear she genuinely cared about our furballs. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did and would absolutely recommend Teaghan to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and truly exceptional pet sitter.”

“Angela was amazing with Pandora. She spent the time with her playing and bonding. Got pictures of the two of them and a video with happy feet making her way down the hallway. I will definitely rebook with Angela in the future.”

“11/10! Melissa took great care of my two cats during my holiday. She made sure to take note of our usual routine and went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and healthy. One of my pets tends to try to escape at the door and she was vigilant in keeping him indoors which was a weight off my shoulders! I would absolutely recommend her to care for your pets and will be using her services again on my next vacation. :)”

“Carina is fantastic. She is so thorough and takes excellent care of our puppy. We have appreciated her wonderful communication, with regular updates and photos that give us peace of mind while he is there. She is reliable, thoughtful, and clearly loves animals. Our puppy adores her, and we feel completely confident leaving him in her care. Highly recommend!”

About: Hello, thank you for visiting my profile! Growing up, I’ve been surrounded by so many pets and I’ve loved each dearly. My husband and I have a 2 year old German shepherd named Apawllo who is a very goofy and affectionate guy who loves meeting new friends. We also have a 1 year old corgi x mini Australian shepherd named Arlo who is the biggest cuddle bug who also adores new friends. I have experience with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, ferrets, horses, cows, birds, and more. I feel comfortable handling any size animal and I believe that I would be a perfect fit. I live in a welcoming home on a quiet street in Innisfail, but am willing to commute to pick up/drop off your pets, as well as in home pet sitting. I would be more than glad to chat with you further and thank you again for reading my post. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to message me at anytime through Rover :) I look forward to hearing from you and soon meeting your fur babies! Talk soon. I have a baby boy who also adores animals. I am currently on maternity leave and do not plan on returning to work. That being said, I have plenty of time to spoil your pets with lots of love and play time. Prior to my leave, I was an infant nanny for the last seven years while completing my honours bachelor in childhood development. As mentioned, I am home from work for the foreseeable future and have lots of time on my hands to go on hikes and to play with your pets. I have 2 dogs of my own and am familiar with the day to day of pet care. I have two friendly dogs who can keep your pet(s) company while you’re away. We live on a quiet street and are close to trails and amenities that my dogs and I use often.

“This was one of the best experiences I could have imagined. We have decided that Kristy should be a part of everyone's life! From drop-off to pickup she was extremely accommodating, her home was friendly and clean, and Leo, our biewer yorkie, absolutely LOVED her. He was so happy to arrive at her place and slept like a baby after. She played ball until her arm almost fell off and sent us lovely updates throughout the day. We will definitely use her again and I would HIGHLY recommend (and already have) Kristy to any of my friends and family.”

About: I have never been without dogs in my life, from growing up at home to being independent in my own home and raising my family. I currently have 2 large breed and 1 small breed dog. I believe socializing dogs is key to having a well rounded dog. My dogs have been socialized around adults, seniors, children, babies, cats, horses, goats, sheep and chickens. I currently manage a retirement community in Red Deer, my husband is semi-retired. We have 2 dwelling on our acreage. My mother and uncle reside in the second dwelling and are around 24/7, because of this 0-2 hour potty breaks are able to be offered. I will be the sole sitter responsible for caring for the dogs in my care. Our dogs are a huge part of our family, and are included in outings. They are provided with at least one walk a day, and are often found outside with us while chores are being done, or a fire and the pit is being enjoyed. Our small breed dog joins me at work in the retirement community engages with 80+ residents there.
“Maude and her whole family could not have been more lovely!! We were visiting Olds for a family gathering and at the very last minute booked to have our 1.5 year old corgi pup spend the afternoon/evening at her home. Our Lowla had never been left anywhere before and it was better than we could have hoped for! Maude’s easy welcome put my mind at ease right away and I am sure Lowla would have happily stayed longer! Thank you Maude!! Would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Steph did an amazing job walking my dog while she was staying at my mother‘s house in red deer! It happened to be a very cold week, but my dog enjoyed being out in her sweater and getting some fresh air. Steph was extremely flexible with doing two shorter walks a day and worked well with my mom to coordinate times. Highly recommend Steph!”

About: I've lived with dogs on and off for my whole life, and when I haven't lived with one I've always found a friend with a dog to "borrow" so that they can get out for a good hike, or just a sniffing walk if they aren't a trekker. I currently live with Mabel (dog) who is a rescue, so I have a good idea of some of the the emotional and/or behavioural struggles that some of our animal companions need help with. Thankfully Mabel settled in well and now lives happily with her (little) big brother, Oliver the cat. I raised two kittens from 2 days old at the and I also used to volunteer as a Cat Cuddler at the SPCA, so I have experience working with various ages, sociability levels, shapes and sizes of animals. I currently have full time availability! I tend to wake up early, so if you want me to pick up your dog (or for you to drop them off with me) early morning then that's no problem! I have a good sized, fenced garden that manages to keep Mabel (who is very active!) in. Dogs are supervised at all times when outside. I have a crate that can be used for anxious dogs who need their own space, or for those who are trained, if I need to leave the house while they're staying over (I will confirm this with you beforehand to ensure I'm meeting your pet's care level). Car-friendly dogs are welcome to come on any short excursions. Oliver (cat) lived with dogs before he came to live with me, so if your dog is good with cats then they could get along great! I do have a room fully set up for Oliver if he needs his own space and security, which I use while we're getting to know and trust new dogs, so your dog won't be confined to one room. Your dog's health, happiness and safety is important to me! The house is dog-proof for those who like to stick their nose where it shouldn't be! I want your pet to return to you tired, happy, feeling loved and looking forward to coming back to stay again!
“What can I say, she was incredible with Maggie. Responsive, punctual, caring, responsible. Maggie has a great time. I was secure that she took great care of my fur baby.”

About: I am a huge animal lover and animals are naturally drawn to me. I have had the honor of welcoming many sweet companions into my heart over the years, each one cared for with devotion and kindness, and many reaching their senior years with comfort and love. I am a warm, charismatic person who truly enjoys spending time with furry friends, whether you are at work or off on your own adventure. I would be delighted to meet you and your baby to see if we are a good match. I am currently working part time and have plenty of flexibility in my days. It is easy for me to book a drop in visit to check in, offer companionship, or take your little buddy out for a fun walk outdoors. I enjoy creating calm, happy moments for pets, and I make sure each visit fits comfortably into your routine and mine. For drop‑in visits, your little one would be well monitored and cared for at all times. When we’re outside, I make sure we’re either in a fenced yard or safely leashed, watched, and completely secure. I’m a protective momma bear by nature, and that instinct extends to every animal in my care. Their comfort and safety always come first. I would be respectful of your home and your space so your baby feels secure, relaxed, and at ease.

About: I've been a very active sitter/walker on Rover for the past 3 years with both dogs and cats! I also worked for a pet company for about a year walking dogs, dropping in to visit/let them out & overnight stays in the client’s home; as well as dropping in for cats. I’ve always grown up with animals & love both dogs and cats 😊 I have taken care of quite a few dogs & cats in their own home so I’m very aware of safety (other animals outside at night, pets trying to escape when the door opens, etc) - I’ve also had a few pets of my own so I know how stressful it can be to leave them at home while you're away. Because I know how important your pets are, I ask lots of questions at our meet & greet but I also encourage you to leave instructions for anything you might want me to know during my visit! I run my own business so my routine is flexible, and my availability is normally quite open! Send me a message & we can figure something out together 😊
About: I have been blessed with the ability to dog sit all sorts of breeds for the past 13 years. From toy poodles, Shih Tzu’s, to Doberman pinschers. I have loved every minute of it. I especially enjoy working with senior pets. I love to bring them some fun as well as calmness in their senior years and love on them as much as possible. I love getting to take things at their speed. Having just lost the ten year old Doberman I had cared for full time for a year and a half, having taken some time to mourn her loss, I am now ready to bring on someone new. I am available to come to your home, where your dog is most comfortable to sit for the day or even a few hours. Or if it is more convenient to welcome your dog into my home. I love being able to take dogs for walks for some good exercise or just to get their business done. I will treat your dog as if they are my very own, and I mean that! As a stay at home mom, with my children getting older and currently in middle school, I am looking for something to get me out of the house, and bring me a sense of fulfillment. I love having a really good reason to go for a walk. Having a dog to walk is to me the ultimate reason to get outside! I am extremely flexible to schedule and whatever routine will meet you and your dogs needs. I have a small fenced back yard. I live just off of Kin Kanyon and there are many trails to be taken advantage of. I do have a cat who simply ignores most dogs. If she is a concern I can happily put her into the basement with the door closed while the dog is visiting.

I have pets of my own who get daily care (walks, play time, training time) daily. I am excited for the opportunity to care for other dogs too! In my home my pets are on a daily routine, we get up in the morning to potty and play, then relax for a bit before we go out on a walk. We train throughout the day in small sessions. “Sarah was great! She’s very friendly, responsive to my messages and sent me updates with photos of my dog! I was worried my dog would never want to leave this paradise! Thanks again Sarah for taking awesome care of my pup. I will definitely be booking again next time I’m going out of town!”

“We were very nervous to leave our dogs while away on vacation, but Kristin was absolutely wonderful and we would not hesitate to leave them with her again. She was organized, her communication was prompt, and she was very welcoming to our dogs.”
“I highly recommend Janelle! I went away overnight and leaving my fur baby with her made it completely stress and worry free! My dog has a little bit of health issues and she was so understanding and tended to my dog perfectly! Janelle sent lots of updates and photos, it was great!”
