About: Hello! My name is Ixchel. (Think Michelle - M) and I am in Ponoka visiting my grandmother. I work from home so my availability is very flexible. Though I am new to Rover, I have years of experience taking care of all sorts of animals! I am as comfortable with large dogs as I am small. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I have two senior cats of my own that are currently in Lacombe. I have taken care of dogs that required daily injections and dogs that required daily oral medication. I am on Rover mostly for fun and to add a supplemental income! Due to that I am very flexible in my schedule, my cost, and my cancellation. Because I work from home if you so need it I can be as attentive as your pet needs and can be available to your pet all day if you’re looking to hire me for boarding/ house sitting/ daycare! As I am currently working online so I have plenty of flexible time to take care of and love your pets. I can work around your schedule. About: I am a kind and attentive person who has had lots of experience with my own and other’s pets. Your baby will be in good hands :) I work part time so have lots of time to walk or check in on pups and kitties. I am available for overnight sitting most days as well. I have a small and modest home. I am open to providing accommodations for cats and small dogs during the day and/or overnight. Unfortunately there is not enough space for larger dogs.

About: I have been around active working dogs my whole life but for the last 10 years i have owned my own dogs and lived an active life style with them. I am very passionate about 5 star care for dogs and strive to do everything i can to be able to let dogs enjoy things but keep safe while doing it. I'm currently working part time and have time to do some short overnight stays with your dogs or stop in and play or walk your dog for the day if you're busy or won't be home till later in the day. I can take care of your dog(s) in any way you need, whether its playing ball or frisbee, short or long leashed walked, off leash activities or any sort of enrichment.

About: Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always loved animals. I have 6+ years of experience walking dogs, and providing long term care while owners are away. I’m comfortable with all breeds and sizes. Dog walking; I’d like to spend that time not only challenging myself, but challenging your furry friend to be as active as they can be, if no limits are required. A typical walk isn’t just around the neighbourhood- but through nature. Willing to provide my own route, or follow agreed-upon routes and schedules. Pick up any waste left behind, provide water and food/treats if needed. Pet sitting; Not limited to dogs- unlike most pet care providers, I strive to provide the absolute best service I can, for a small price. Willing to do short term to long term care if needed. Things I can do while pet sitting: Provide pets with fresh food/water, administering medication, cleaning out litter boxes/backyards, exercising pets as needed, groom pets if required, provide regular update to pet owners and notifying them of any noticeable illness/injury. I can surely do more! These are just examples of how I handle pet care 😊 I’m currently working a mixed schedule. But can be reliable to check up on your pets as soon as possible. When watching pets for my clients, I always make sure they are well behaved and happy with their environment. No animal should feel alone or mistreated.

About: Hey there! A little about me.. I’ve been around dogs my whole life. Anyone who knows me knows I am a dog loving person. I am caring and responsible and I have a strong love for animals. I’ve raised dogs of different breeds. My friends and family trust me with their pets and my dogs are my babies. I love meeting new dogs and I’m looking forward to meeting yours! 🙂 I work a 14/14 rotation and when I’m not at work I like to spend my days outside doing activities which include lots of walks at three mile bend (Marley loves the river) and we do lots of walks around my neighbourhood. There are some really nice walking trails we like to explore. While I am home I have no obligations that will interfere with me caring for your pet. My house has a huge backyard that is completely fenced with nothing that puppies or adult dogs can get into. It’s well kept. My dog Marley, LOVES having friends over.

About: Over the years I have had a lot of different animals with different types of personalities and health difficulties. Making them feel as cared for as possible. I built a wheel chair for my senior dog so that she could live her best life for as long as possible. Customizing cat condos for enrichment purposes. Pet care is a daily practice. While working or not working, all animals need love and care daily. Whether it is play time or giving a good brushing daily care is required. I would treat the clients animal like it was my own I have a fenced yard with two dogs that are more than willing to play with your dog. I have used a crate training to train puppies. I would obey any rules outlined by clients in a clients home. I would enjoy looking after their animal.

About: Hi there ! My name is Connor. I live in Blackfalds. I have cared for two large dogs and two cats previously. I love everything about animals and making sure they get the most enjoyment out of life. I am currently the owner of a Ten year old yellow lab named Duke and a new puppy theo who is 8 months old, they both get along great with other animals!. I love to go on long walks, i love to run with dogs, and I very much enjoy making all dogs feel loved. I am very trustworthy, responsible and caring for all pets, mine or yours. I am very patient with older dogs, can help with weight loss needs, and very much enjoy grooming pets ( brushing, teeth cleaning and nail clipping). When you choose me for your pet needs you will know right away that your pet is in responsible and trusting hands. I am currently a student at RDC and a lot of it is online so I am very flexible and can take care of your pets and give them all the attention in the world ! We have a great sized backyard, which is entirely fenced in! So no issue with dogs who love to escape! I have two dogs of my own who can keep your dog(s) company while visiting. We live near a wooded area to go for walks, have specific feeding times throughout the day, and lots of big comfy dog beds for your pets to enjoy!

About: Hello! My family’s dog Miley and I have been best buddies for just over 12 years now! I completed the veterinary assistant program in 2018 and with my knowledge have rescued and am caring for 5 animals of my own since; 3 bengal mixes, a GSD mix and most recently I have rehabbed two injured black working line GSD‘s. I have had cats and dogs in my home my whole life. Over the years I have learned so much about proper care, treatment and diets for pets. While in school, I also learned how to groom dogs, prepare proper nutritional meals (raw, kibble, cooked, etc.), and perform basic hygiene upkeep on dogs (nail trims, sanitary cuts, basic dental maintenance, etc.). I currently work during the week at a dog boarding facility and bring my dogs to work every day. I will accommodate and work around my schedule as much as I can! I enjoy taking my dogs on new adventures and we have become aware of each other’s comfort zones. I am sensitive to each animal’s emotions and would never push them too far. I am very confident in my abilities to watch and care for your fur-babies! I look forward to hearing from you!

About: I'm a mom to 2 boys, and we currently have two cats and a 2 year old dog. Walks are a favourite, and lots of play time and cuddles! I treat your babies like one of my own, I love forming that bond with your furbabies! I'm in the south end of red deer, but have a vehicle so I'm willing to drive if need be. I can't wait to meet your pets, and give them love and attention until their favourite person is back home to do it for them! About: I have experience with dogs and animals of all kinds and sizes. Here is a list for your reference. 12 year old Rottweiler. 2 year old black lab. 9 year old chihuahua. 5-10 year old Jack Russell. 5 year old Husky. 8 year old Saint Bernard. Fostered two 8 week old labs for saving grace. As well as grew up with yellow and golden labs from puppy till they passed 😢 Both my neighbours have dogs on each side of the fence and for that reason I am asking for well behaved animals as I don’t want to upset my neighbour's lives. I am an animal lover and enjoy playing catch as well as going for walks. I have one animal in my home, his name is tink and he is a 4 year old male neutered cat. I work from home and self schedule my own hours I do have two kids that I take to and from school. (Leaving for 10-20 minutes max during school months for school drop off and pick up) We are a family of 3, myself and my two sons, ages 9 and 8. We have a fenced yard and cameras around our home.

About: I am 18 years old, I have lots of experience with dogs, more specifically behavioural or nervous dogs, i help train and socialize dogs at the shelter i work for. I’ve worked at Kennels and shelters and have lots of experience with different dogs with different personalities. I have lots of training for administrating medication as well. I am going to school to become a professional behavioural dog trainer. I am 18, i have a car, i am very trust worthy and always kind to animals.
