We'll absolutely book Katielee again! Our boy, Conway, has a lot of needs and specific care details, and Katielee was incredibly accommodating and able to provide exceptional care while we were away! We loved how open and receptive she was prior to our departure to learn Conway's care schedule, medication dosing, and made sure we felt comfortable leaving him in her care! She successfully managed two medication schedules (one of them being twice daily insulin) and a very particular eating/feeding schedule. I can tell when Conway is well cared for upon arriving home, and after being gone 18 days I could tell Katielee had paid him great attention and was giving him lots of love and care! Her communication throughout the trip was also outstanding and it really put me at ease while we were away for so long. We appreciate you so much, Katielee, and look forward to having you sit for Conway in the future! 😻
Tracy is AWESOME! She watched our puppy Frankie for the first time this weekend and was so amazing with her! Frankie can be shy and nervous, but she immediately fell in love with Tracy. We got photos, videos and updates throughout her stay which made us so happy (we missed our little gremlin the whole time we were away). Tracy also has experience fostering and taking care of animals who are high anxiety/need special care, so we knew she would be safe in her care. HIGHLY recommend!

Corey was communicate and conscientious. I received regular updates and plenty of photos of Luna and Storm. Corey was accommodating with various scheduling changes for the initial meet-and-greet, and he was patient during my somewhat non-linear and rambling description of how to take care of the lady cats and home.
I had Valerie stay at my home for 5 days to take care of my two cats while I was out of the country, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She came by for a meet and greet the week before, was super quick to reply, and very flexible with timing—which I really appreciated. I have a lot of separation anxiety when it comes to my cats, especially my boy kitty whose had a urinary blockage in the past and is on prescription food. I’m always worried about any changes to his routine and making sure he doesn’t eat his sister’s non-prescription food. After meeting Valerie and explaining all of this to her, I felt completely at ease. She really listened and I could tell she’d be attentive and careful, which gave me so much peace of mind. I left her a detailed care guide, which she followed perfectly, and she was great about providing updates when asked. Val is truly a sweetheart—trustworthy, flexible, and attentive to instructions. If you’re in the West Hollywood area, I absolutely recommend her. I’ll definitely be rebooking her in the future!
Adrianne is awesome! We have an anxious reactive dog who is scared of strangers, but Adrianne was very patient and calm with him as he got used to her. We had recurring drop-ins to get our dog comfortable before Adrianne housesat for us, and she was great at communicating - she would let us know in advance if she couldn’t make it on particular drop-in day and was flexible about rescheduling. Our dog also takes medication daily and she was great with that. She sent daily updates and let our place very clean and organized. Definitely recommend and would book her again!
Amit took amazing care of my 3 chihuahuas! He stayed at my house with them and sent a bunch of pictures and videos of them every single day! When we got back home our house was exactly as we left it. Amit truly spent all day with our babies, taking them outside and snuggling with them. He managed their different diets well, and made sure all their needs were met. One of our dogs, Cooper, will typically spend all day in his crate when I leave him with someone other than myself. With Amit, he felt comfortable enough to stay out and hang out with him all day long! Amit brought in our packages, and was incredibly responsive each time I reached out to him. Every request I had was accommodated. I’ll definitely be asking Amit to watch our dogs in the future!
