They have a great big fenced-in back yard and three friendly, adorable smallish dogs so Maisie was happy and entertained. Paige's young children are sensitive and kind, and Maisie--who is generally afraid of children--really took to them because they were patient and caring. Paige is a wonderful dog sitter--responsive, flexible and communicative. We were in town for sailboat racing and our hours changed several times and Paige was always flexible and understanding about our needs. She sent photos and sweet, reassuring updates as well which meant a lot to me. I would use Paige and her family again for Maisie in a heartbeat!”

About: I have 33 years experience with dogs. I can host dog breeds up to 50 pounds. It is important that your dog have a basic level of training and can follow commands. I have a medical background as I was an LPN in my earlier life. Now being retired, having raised my children and have had three dogs in my life...I offer my experience as a service in my community to host your furry family member. I am a retired professional. My goal for your furry family member is to bring them into the routines of our home. A home away from home. My home is cozy and comfortable for my dog guests. My goal is to make your beloved furry family member feel secure, safe and comfortable while in my care. My dog Penelope is a key part of the team. She provides companionship and will help to make your dog feel comfortable in our home.Penelope is quite experienced with having guest dogs in our home. Our cat Polly, stays in the downstairs while I have a guest dog in our home. So don't worry about any interaction with my feline family member. I have a good system worked out while your dog is in my care.

I have worked in the animal shelter industry for 2 years and have my animal CPR and animal first aid certification! I am also a diabetic myself so know how to administer shots and oral medications. Animals happiness and safety is my top priority and I just want to be able to make sure our animals are treated the way they should be. I am able to do dog walking and pet sitting! I also so have the option for my dog to stay at my mom's if you need somewhere without dogs!
