About: Ive had a passion for animals of all kinds ever since I was little and was the go to if friends or family needed help. I can help with cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs . Im currently in school for dog grooming and can offer baths. Let me help your pet to feel and look thier best. I currently just moved back to my home town of Bordentown. I am currently looking for work so i am able to devote my time to caring for your pet. Ive been a nurse aide for the past 13 years. Once I find a job i plan to update my days and hours but hope to find steady clients so I can continue my passion of pet care. Every pet has different needs and likes i will adjust to the needs of the pet parent/pet. I can come up with ideas once I meet the pet but can also go by a list of the pet parents needs.

About: I have owned dogs and cats of all sizes and I am comfortable with both puppies and senior animals. I have a secure, large yard, air conditioning, and full-time availability to spoil your pet. (My dog has passed so no pets live in the home). I'm very attuned to animals needs and make sure they're comfortable and calm. I am happy to host multiple pets at once as long as your pet is friendly (can host cats alone without other animals). I work from home part time. My house is very chill and my schedule is flexible. I rarely need to leave the house, and if your dog has separation anxiety i can plan to be fully available. I drive so I can attend to pets as needed throughout the day and evening at your home. If at my home, we will mostly hang out on the first floor where your pet can access food and water. I provide frequent bathroom breaks and time out in the yard (or a quick walk around the neighborhood). At clients homes, I make sure the pet is comfortable in its natural environment, play, and take them outside as needed.

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life—I’ve had pets my whole life and started pet sitting for friends and family at a young age. I naturally connect with animals and focus on making them feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care. I am actively job searching, but I prioritize the pets I’m caring for and keep my availability up to date. treat every pet like they’re my own. I stick to their usual routines, give them lots of love and attention, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. Whether I’m in your home or mine, I keep things clean, calm, and stress-free so your pet can relax while you’re away.

Mykelle did a wonderful job watching our puppy (walking, feeding and administering medication) when we were away for a long weekend. When I first contacted her, she was extremely responsive and we had a meet and greet right away to confirm the dog sitting job. Our puppy Cora really liked her too. I really appreciated all the updates and pictures and excellent communication. Mykelle completely put me at ease as this was the first time that we had been away from our puppy. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again!

About: What truly sets me apart is my professional background. As a special education teacher with seven years of experience in the classroom, patience, structure, and the ability to adapt to individual needs are woven into everything I do. I bring that exact same mindset to pet care. I understand that every animal learns and communicates differently, and I excel at reading body language and adjusting my approach to make sure every pet feels safe, understood, and comfortable. Alongside having pets my entire life, I have spent the last 8 years providing dedicated pet care for family members and neighbors. Because of my teaching background, I am highly reliable when it comes to maintaining strict daily routines. This makes me particularly well-equipped to handle the unique needs of different life stages: Senior Care: I am incredibly patient and comfortable maintaining the slow, gentle pacing and strict medication or dietary schedules that senior pets often require to thrive in their golden years. Puppy Care & Training: I thrive on consistency and positive reinforcement. I am highly capable of maintaining the firm but gentle boundaries, frequent potty breaks, and structured play that young pets need while they are still learning their manners. Whether your pet needs quiet, gentle companionship or structured, engaging play, I have the experience, reliability, and heart to provide care that is perfectly tailored to them. I believe in complete transparency regarding my schedule so you know exactly when your pet is receiving my undivided attention: Summer Hours (Now – August): I am currently working a shorter schedule and am fully available for walks, drop-ins, and playtime every day after 1:30 PM. Fall Hours (Starting in September): I will be working my regular full-time schedule until 4:00 PM. However, my evenings will be completely open and dedicated to after-work walks, dinner routines, and evening companionship! I look forward to meeting your best friend and providing them with the highest level of care! I know firsthand that leaving your furry family members can be stressful. My goal is to provide a safe, engaging, and loving environment so you can have complete peace of mind while you are away. I treat every animal in my care with the exact same affection and attentiveness I give my own. My Experience I have been surrounded by pets my entire life, which has given me a deep, intuitive understanding of the daily care, patience, and affection animals require. For the past 8 years, I have been the trusted, go-to pet sitter for my neighbors and extended family. This hands-on experience has taught me how to adapt to different temperaments, respect established household rules, and quickly recognize when a pet might be feeling anxious. As a special education teacher, patience, compassion, and structure are at the core of who I am—and I bring those same qualities into how I care for your pets.

Animals naturally feel comfortable around me, and owners trust me because I show up, follow routines, and treat every pet like family. Dependable, calm, and genuinely caring. About: I had a multiple dogs growing up, one who is 11 years old now, and also just became a new Fur Mom to an 8 month old golden retriever (who has put me through the wringer so far). I am an animal lover and just want to be helpful since I use rover myself for sitters, and i figured I’d be just as helpful as the many sitters on here have been for me!! I work full time but that is just 3 days a week, so any other day I am available most of the day to accommodate your fur babies! My schedule does change every week though I live in an apartment complex but have access to a dog park within the complex and will be able to take your pups to local dog parks as well

About: I grew up in a house full of big dogs, and have cared for small dogs as well for pets of all shapes and sizes for family, friends, and coworkers. I am a dog mom for a sweet girl I’ve had since October 2022, when she was 8 weeks old. I work a 9-5 but am available to spend meaningful time with your beloved pet before I leave for work, and will be so happy to come home to your furry friend after a day in the human world. It’s your home and your rules that your pup knows and follows already. I think their routine is important to keep to, so what you do I will try my best to do. If they sleep in bed, then I’m all in for cuddles, if they’re kennel trained then I respect the decision to give them their space to relax and decompress.

About: I have cared for family and friends pets since I was 14 years old. Combined with my love for animals and attention to detail, my skill set has helped to create a special experience for each pets needs. From energetic dogs needing more patience and structure to senior pets who need a little more tend love and care! I am currently working full-time, 7am-2:30pm (M-F). However, on weekends and afternoons I am free to devote my time to caring for your pets. I don't work summers which allows me the flexibility to provide the best care needed to each of your fur pups. When caring for my own and other pets safety and trust is a top priority. Each pet is different however I still make it my business to make sure pets and parents of pets feel comfortable by catering to their specific needs in and out of my home. In my own home, I make sure the environment is free from anything that can be toxic to animals such as exposed wire, toxic plants, or foods. I maintain consistency with pet schedules to ensure each animal feels comfortable. I have a large backyard that is partially fenced in so pets can get regular exercise. I also have one mini poodle that goes by Karter, if it meets the pets needs Karter is great company to keep to promote interaction and stimulation throughout the day.

I’ve also fostered and done pet sitting over the years so have experience with animals of all ages and ones that may need some extra loving or medical needs. I am currently working 3 days and week with long weekends available for pet sitting, drop ins, and walks. I have an extra crate if needed. Friday-Monday I am home to spend all the time with your pet! I currently have one dog in the home. He is a very LARGE dog (Great Dane) but very gentle and friendly to all pets and people he meets. I am home all day from Friday-Monday to give you pet all the attention they need. Small fenced in yard and take walks regularly. About: I currently have two cocker spaniels and one is partially blind and he trusts my voice. They are family and get treated like a member. I worked in The Casino business and while working there I fell back into dog care for co wokers who were working double shifts and then things took off from there while dog care walks and play time I also cared for cats as well! I love what I do and that is important balance in showing how well you work with animals! I like to excercise the dog and then spend some chill time towards then end of the session. I have walked 3 dogs at one time and I am very comfortable doing so. So I look forward to meeting you and you fur baby!

Michael came by for a meet-and-greet before our upcoming trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He took the time to go through our care instructions, walked the dogs, learned their feeding routine, and patiently listened to all the little quirks that come with our two bull terriers. The best part was how quickly our dogs warmed up to him. They’re usually a great judge of character, and they were comfortable with him almost immediately, which gave us a lot of confidence. Michael is friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about the animals he looks after. After meeting him, we’re leaving for our trip feeling much more relaxed knowing our two clown bull terriers will be in such good hands. We highly recommend him!

A pet sitter can provide focused care sessions, help your pet’s routine stay on track, or keep you updated on your pet’s mood and energy levels.

Whether you’re at the office for the day or traveling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer potty breaks during a Bristol stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Bristol. On Rover:

  • 90% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
