SCHEDULE I have free hours nearly every single weekday. My only other job is almost exclusively nights and weekends. Even on the weekend my assignments are usually at night meaning I may have the morning and early afternoon available. Currently I have multiple midday walks scheduled, but I'm always happy to add more into the lineup. It's great going from one pup right to the next!

SAFETY AND TRUST MATTER When pet sitting I take the safety of your beloved dog or cat extremely seriously. I will always ensure gates are securely closed and harnesses are properly attached. When on walks I will avoid other dogs, other people and pretty much any distractions that might make your pup uncomfortable. The answer to, "can I pet them", will always be a polite no. In your home I will keep your space clean and provide multiple daily updates. I will follow any house rules you have in place and will not leave your pet for anything other than other scheduled services or necessary errands. If I have a job during a pet sitting I will always disclose that before the booking is finalized. If you are looking for "constant care" meaning your pet will only be left alone for the absolute minimal amount of time I can offer then you can view the rate for that in my below breakdown.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION I require a free Meet and Greet with any new clients except in extreme last minute emergencies. I always want to know any health concerns and daily regimens. If I'm pet sitting I will also request the most reliable contact method for any questions. I want to be prepared to treat your pet with the same love and care you do. ADDITIONAL RATES NOT LISTED BY ROVER: Constant Care - $150 a night (I will still fulfil my existing bookings, but will spend the rest of the time with your pet) Pets in New Jersey - $5 additional charge per service for toll costs
A typical day
A typical day of pet sitting is never the same from one pet to another. I like to keep things as similar to their normal routine as possible. Some might want to lounge and cuddle and others might be the tug of war champion! I'll provide multiple potty breaks, meals when scheduled, and lots of attention. Whether I'm pet sitting or walking I always try and follow the pet's lead and the guidance of their owner. The comfort of the pet is what matters most.

My name is Michael and I can't wait to meet your pet(s)! I literally grew up surrounded by dogs when every summer I'd be a part of the GRROWLS program in upstate New York. It's a Golden Retriever rescue and adoption program that was a big part of my childhood. Throughout high school and college my love for dogs grew stronger thanks to Bandit, a black lab Rottweiler mix who will always be remembered as a member of our family and gave me more amazing memories than I can count. Today, I'm very active on Rover offering walks, drop-ins, and sittings. I've been on the app for over 5 years and have cared for cats and dogs of all sizes, ages, and many many breeds. Everything from a Cockapoo puppy to a German Shepherd so big that people would stop their cars to remark, "Now that's a big dog". Thanks for taking the time to read a little bit about me.
