About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was about 8 years old. I grew up with a doberman and a cat both of which i loved dearly. I continued to have cats and dogs until I moved out on my own at 25, I now only have cats because of my building but would love to get back to walking and taking care of dogs! I’m a manager at a non-profit animal rescue group and take care of approximately 50 animals a week. This includes feeding, cleaning, playing and monitoring their health! I treat every animal I come into contact with as I would my own. There is always love and the utmost care. I’m on a sabbatical from my full time job now in sustainability so I have lots of time to do some pet care work! I still work at the animal rescue group but that is only part time. I offer services mostly at the client’s home and not my own because of my cats. While super friendly and cuddly I have no idea how they’d react to a large dog! But at the client’s home I’m extremely vigilant about pet safety and know what to do in an emergency. I’m very familiar with walking dogs of all sizes (even great danes) from my time as a doggy daycare employee.
“Em watched Buster for a few days and we could tell he was is good hands while we were away. We appreciated the updates and pictures each day. We will definitely ask Em to watch Buster again!”

“Greg was such a great sitter for our dog Vera. He was incredibly detailed and communicative, left our place spotless. Most importantly he was a very thoughtful and attentive friend to Vera who can often be quite anxious. She seemed to really enjoy his company and received many cuddles. Thank you Greg!”

“Destiny was an amazing sitter and house guest! Our old boy, Blue, loved her from the moment he met her. She stayed in our home for 16 days and not only took incredible care of Blue, sending regular updates and pics/videos, but she went above and beyond by bringing in our mail, watering plants and even cleaned the house before she left, leaving us a sweet note. She was communicative, professional, and has a high level of attention to detail. We will 100% be using her services again!”

“Kier was absolutely AMAZING! He was so caring with my 2.5 year old Cockapoo - and sent me updates/photos multiple times a day. My pup looked like he was having way more fun with Kier than he does with me :). Thank you, Kier!!”

“Kristen took great care of our 18 month old labradoodle for 10 days. On our initial meeting, my wife and I loved his easy-going but responsible attitude and our girl took to him right away without any hesitation. A big bonus was Kristen's proximity to Prospect Park. We received lots of photos during her stay and Kristen was super fast replying to any questions we had. Kristen is definitely going to be our go-to sitter on our nights out and when we're out of town.”

“I was feeling pretty anxious about leaving my dogs for the first time with someone new in a new neighborhood after a big move. I shared this with Jaidi who was warm and understanding. She sent me many photos showing the pups happy, relaxed, enjoying their walks and snuggles. Very grateful for the peace of mind Jaidi gave me! Will be booking her again soon.”

“Anna is so sweet and was so good with Maisie, sending updates and following her regular routine. she also took great care of our house - we came home to everything clean & tidy and Maisie loved her, we would definitely have Anna watch our dog again!”

About: I have experience caring for my 10 year old german shepherd lab, who has a sensitive tummy. I've had him since he was 2 months old, so I am familiar with every stage of doghood! He's also a barker, so I know how to respond to lots of energy. I am currently pursuing pet-care as a full time gig, so I am generally available! I can take on animals that need more consistent care. Though I cannot bring pets home (my kitty isn't fond of new animal faces), I am prepared to take care of your baby however they need me! I am great at following feeding schedules and specific instructions of needed.
“Desiree is a thoughtful and conscientious sitter. She stayed over and cared for my older cat and emo dog. She sent regular updates which gave me confidence while I was gone. Five stars. Highly recommend.”

“Jasmine was housesitting our greyhound while we were away for a long weekend. If you're looking for a kind and reliable caretaker, Jasmine is it. Her love for animals really shows and our dog fell enthusiastically in love with her right away. She was always very responsive and shared frequent photos with us while we were away. Looking forward to booking her for our next trip.”

“Chelsea is a great sitter and I will be using her again. Her companion, Toby is also a wonderful little pup who helped calm my pups down. I don't know if you can call a dog a professional, but I can say that about Chelsea. She took our girls on nice long walks, sent plenty of pictures, and made sure we knew they were well taken care of.”

About: Hi, I’m Kaitlyn I provide dedicated pet care specializing in house sitting, drop-ins, and dog walking. I have a completely open and flexible schedule right now, meaning your pets will get my undivided attention and companionship throughout the day. My background is as a Physical Therapist Aide, so I bring a natural level of care, patience, and physical attentiveness to every animal I watch. I am highly comfortable managing the physical mobility needs of senior dogs or pets recovering from injury. My professional pet-sitting journey started right here in Chelsea, where I spent three years caring for a wonderful pair of resident cats. Since then, I’ve expanded my experience to include multi-pet households, most recently spending just under a year caring for a unique duo: an adorable kitten and a sweet senior dog. Between long-term clients, I regularly step in to watch dogs for close friends, making me highly adaptable to different routines and energy levels. Whether your pet is a high-energy walker, a playful kitten, or a senior dog needing gentle companionship, I know how to keep them safe and happy. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and respectful of your home. You can expect frequent photo updates and peace of mind while you are away ! As a full-time pet care provider with a completely open schedule, your pets are my top priority. I recently left a demanding healthcare role to focus entirely on my passion for animal care and personal wellness. My only daily commitments are my own workouts at the gym, which I easily schedule around your pet's needs. Since I do not have a traditional 9-to-5 job, I can offer total flexibility for midday walks, specific medication times, and extended companionship during overnight stays. Your pet will never be an afterthought, they will be the central focus of my day. I provide pet care exclusively in the comfort of your own home, where your pets already feel safe and secure. My care philosophy is entirely client-centered and pet-led. I take the time to learn your furry friend's exact likes, dislikes, and unique quirks right away. Rather than forcing a new routine, I seamlessly blend myself into their established schedule. By letting your pet take the lead and set the pace, I build trust naturally and ensure they feel completely comfortable and stress-free while you are away.
“Lisseth was an amazing in-house sitter for my dog Cooper! She was attentive & communicative. She took great care of my senior Puggle and left my place just the way it was when she arrived. Sent videos and photos often and without being ask. Would book again and highly recommend.”

“Anhelina was absolutely delightful to work with. She had excellent communication and our animals loved her! Will definitely re-book with Anhelina the next time we need a house sitter!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets for as long as I can remember. We had a cat since I was born, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. When I was 12, my mom allowed me to get a dog, and it was one of the happiest moments for me. He quickly became my best friend. Especially during my teenage years, he was a source of comfort and emotional support for me—almost like a therapist. Because of this experience, I truly believe that animals are very sensitive and intuitive. They can feel our emotions and understand us in their own way. This is why I treat every pet with patience, attention, and genuine care. I am currently a college student with a flexible schedule. I have morning classes a couple of days a week and a part-time weekend job, but I have plenty of free time outside of that and can easily adjust my schedule for house sitting. The safety and comfort of pets is always my top priority. I make sure to follow their routine, pay attention to their needs, and create a calm and secure environment for them. I treat every pet with care and respect, and I always stay attentive to make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and well taken care of.
“Bazarkul took amazing care of our cat, Bertie. She was very communicative and sent lots of updates and photos while we were away for the weekend. She and Bertie became fast friends and I will definitely hire her again!”

About: I’ve been fortunate enough to spend countless moments with dogs of different sizes since I was in high school, thanks to my neighbors, family and friends. It’s brought so much fun, love, joy and responsibility, such as feeding, watching, playing with and petting/cuddling them, into my life. I treat them as though they are my own, and I don’t take that for granted. It’s why I chose to get CPR and First Aid training in order to care for your pups, cats and/or other pets! I want you to trust and feel safe leaving your pets in my care for brief or extended periods of time because you know that I can handle any situation — including an emergency. I currently work part-time in the evenings, so when you’re at work in the morning/afternoon and need a walker, or are going on a weekend getaway and need a sitter, I’ll be able to give your pup, cat and/or other pets my undivided attention so that they’re properly fed, walked, watched, played with and ultimately loved on while in my care. I’ll follow any specific pet-care instructions or information you need me to know in order to provide adequate care to your pets while in your home.

Breezy Point pet parents share their Rover experiences
Mona was incredible with my two dogs and I give her the highest rating! She watched my dogs in difficult circumstances as the blizzard hit and my power went out. Other dog sitters would have probably needed me to return early from my trip. But Mona handled the whole situation very professionally. During her stay, she sent me beautiful photos of my dogs and kept me informed everyday with a status. Mona is extremely trustworthy and was highly respectful of my home. I have already booked her for the next time I am away. Mona is absolutely wonderful!!!!
Tori was a wonderful cat sitter!! Our cat Kenji felt comfortable with her immediately and she regularly kept us updated on how he was doing, which we appreciated since we are super attached to him!! We are glad Tori stayed with him because he is quite clingy and we know she gave him all the love he needed, Would definitely recommend Tori to watch your cat!!
