Diamond's stay was amazing, he had lots of fun which we could tell by all the photos that were sent to us. He was loved and taken very good care of for the week. Sam is also a great communicator which was very important to us because Diamond can be a little particular and a picky eater. Junior has some behavorial "quirks" and Margaret knew how to keep him happy and safe. Her photos and updating communications made it easy for me to enjoy my vacation with family without worrying or thinking about how Junior was doing. Drop off was easy and amiable, and Mylo seemed immediately comfortable which set the tone for the rest of his stay. I appreciated the daily updates and photos, and give Anton special praise for going above and beyond to make sure my dog was not only watched, but stimulated and cared for with outdoor fun and lots of affection. Lina is the GOAT! My precious little boy came down with diarrhea the day he was to stay with Lina. He was to stay for only 4-5 hours, but Lina jumped to the rescue, made me feel like it was no problem and even supplied me with a small syringe and she helped me get a liquid anti-diarrhea medicine in his mouth! As I held little Ricky, Lina got the medicine into his mouth successfully. She's a pro, nothing phases her and she's only too happy to help with whatever you need. Most importantly, I felt totally comfortable leaving my Ricky in her care for the evening. Also, she sent photos and text messages updating me on his well being throughout the evening. The next day, Ricky is fine, eating a ton and everything back to normal. So whenever y'all in Brooklyn, even if it's a bit of a distance from where you need to be, it's always worth it to have great care, with good people who care, even if you have to go a bit out of your way. Thank you Lina!
Anton and Maria took really great care of Archie. They made him feel right at home, took him on lots of walks (even off leash runs at the dog park!), played with him, and kept us updated with plenty of photos/videos and messages throughout his stay. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was so happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We could tell Archie got lots of love and attention, and we would absolutely book with them again. We had a wonderful experience with home boarding. Natalia took amazing care of our dog, Cooper. He was comfortable, happy, and clearly well loved during his stay. We felt completely at ease and would highly recommend Natalia to anyone looking for trustworthy and loving pet care.
Would 10/10 recommend! Jason was super communicative and gave frequent updates on how my dog was doing throughout the day. It was reassuring to know that my dog was being well taken care of and I didn’t have to worry about him at all. I also asked my dog how was his stay with pudding and he said he really enjoyed it and already misses him!
Alisha was amazing. She updated me each day about my dog Bruce. Made sure to follow all instructions on how he’s fed and how he likes to be walked. She was very accommodating and very friendly. At first I thought because my dog was a puppy that he would be too much energy for her dog but when they met it was like they were friends already. I highly would recommend Alisha and would definitely use her service again in the future.
