“Five stars for Jane! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I left my beloved pug, Lord Ginsberg, in Jane’s care while I traveled to Mexico, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. Lina is the GOAT! My precious little boy came down with diarrhea the day he was to stay with Lina. He was to stay for only 4-5 hours, but Lina jumped to the rescue, made me feel like it was no problem and even supplied me with a small syringe and she helped me get a liquid anti-diarrhea medicine in his mouth! As I held little Ricky, Lina got the medicine into his mouth successfully. She's a pro, nothing phases her and she's only too happy to help with whatever you need. Most importantly, I felt totally comfortable leaving my Ricky in her care for the evening. Also, she sent photos and text messages updating me on his well being throughout the evening. The next day, Ricky is fine, eating a ton and everything back to normal. So whenever y'all in Brooklyn, even if it's a bit of a distance from where you need to be, it's always worth it to have great care, with good people who care, even if you have to go a bit out of your way. Thank you Lina!
