Throughout the stay, Chukwubuikem (Chuck) sent thoughtful video updates so we always knew Henri was happy and well cared for. He was highly communicative, prompt, and made coordinating pickup and drop-off seamless. Henri came home tail-wagging and clearly had a great time. Edith was amazing! Highly recommend her. Great communication and would send us daily photo updates. Which we appreciated so much! It was our first time leaving our dog with someone outside of family and we never once felt like he wasn't with family because of her responsiveness. She would also make sure he would get his daily walks in. I would definitely use Edith again.
