We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Dayan is amazing she took care of my dog like it was hers pet every day I texts and updates of how my babe (dog) was doing and my dog is a rescue dog and he’s now a senior dog she took great care with him to the point where I felt comfortable while on vacation. Susan was great - communicative, attentive, and incredibly responsible. While I was away, my dog unexpectedly got sick, and Susan handled everything with great care. It was definitely scary, but Susan never left Rio’s side and kept me updated the whole time.
