About: I grew up in a house with 3 dogs and have never known life with an empty house! I’ve been formally dog sitting for friends, family and clients since 2018 in my house on Long Island as well as in their apartments in Manhattan and Brooklyn. I was previously the assistant manager of a local dog day care and while some dogs do well in a boarding facility, I know how important it is for them to feel comfortable and stress free, and that can be in their home or mine! With over 20 repeat and regular clients who my relationship with them and their dogs spans across years, I have many referrals that can speak to my high level of care and love. I also am honored to have experience with senior aged dogs and those with medical conditions requiring medicine or special care and am happy and comfortable to provide it. Be prepared to receive a million picture and video updates from me of how we’re spending our days together so you don’t have to worry or wonder, and can enjoy your vacation as stress free as possible. Especially if you’re away during a holiday or even their birthday, we always celebrate with special treats, toys and activities so nothing is ever missed. When your pet is in my care, they become a member of my family and are treated as such! I work full time remotely from the comfort of my house, which allows me to spend all my time on the couch with the dogs I’m sitting for and take them to play in the backyard or for a walk whenever we want. I am able to accommodate and be flexible with bathroom and feeding schedules as necessary. I have a very large, fenced in backyard with grass and concrete that dogs are able to enjoy. I also have a doggy door if they are trained that they can access the backyard whenever they would like/need to potty (can also be locked shut!). I am happy to follow any specific care instructions no matter how unique or strange you might think they are, I’ve heard it all and love learning every dogs personality and quirks that make them who they are. The dogs I sit for are just like my own pets, they are welcome and encouraged to join me on furniture, to sleep in bed with me or can be crated if preferred and one is provided (although I certainly prefer cuddling with them if allowed!).

Then I took her trick or treating at 8 years old and instead of of coming back with candy, we came back home with a pit bull puppy cause this guy had a rope around his neck trying to get rid of it. About: My journey with dogs began with Sparkle, a rescue I raised from eight weeks old. For 14 wonderful years, she was my best friend. In her later years, she navigated life with a disability and absolutely rocked a pink wheelchair. Losing her in 2018 didn't diminish the love she left behind. It redirected it outward, straight toward every dog I've met since. I’ve since adopted Harvey, a rescue Pittie with a backstory that’ll make you cry and a personality that’ll make you laugh. He was found as a critically starving stray in Texas, brought to a high-kill shelter in NYC, and pulled from a euthanasia list just in the nick of time. Harvey has since blossomed into the happiest, goofiest, most brisket-shaped dog you'll ever meet. His favorite hobbies are couch hogging and unhinged zoomies. Rehabilitating him deepened my understanding of canine anxiety, trauma recovery, and the kind of steady, patient love it takes to help a dog truly feel safe. That experience, combined with years of hands-on care for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, is what I bring to every visit. I've worked with elderly and special needs dogs, as well as dogs managing anxiety, hyperactivity, and behavioral challenges, across a wide range of breeds from Pitbulls and Chihuahuas to St. Bernards and Corgis. I'm currently working toward board certification in canine massage therapy through my forthcoming practice. Your pet is family. About: For quite a few years I’ve taken care of dogs for family members, families all over Long Island and never disappointed! I’ve loved dogs all my life and still do. They’re honestly like family to me and I always treat my family with care, respect and love which is what a dog needs. I also have 2 dogs of my own and they is just the best thing that happened to me honestly and that’s why I’m working for this company because I’ve found something that I could work for and love doing what I do at the same time. I treat every dog like they’re mine! Every dog that has been to my house they are treated like our family, care for every one of them. I am home full time! Sometimes I go out to run a few errands which means I put the dogs in a crate but my mother works from home 2 days out of the week so if she’s there, she’ll keep them out and moving around on their own! Other than that, I am very free! Other than that, they will be taken great care of by me. In my home I have a huge clean yard that runs through the back, side and front it is fenced so the dogs could run freely around for daily exercise. I also love to walk so if your dog also loves to, we will definitely be a great match! I have two dogs of my own that’ll keep your lovely dog(s) company. They are very playful and welcoming, one is 6 years old and the other one is 5 years old, with all their shots and up to date with all doctor appointments. This is a smoke free house also. Your baby will be happy & safe here!
