“Ariella was a total professional and went above and beyond to drop in on our sweet cat Claude while we were away for almost two weeks. She sent updates and photos daily and really seemed invested in how Claude was doing. She also noticed that a winter storm was due and proactively notified us. She topped up his food and water beforehand, and made sure he would be comfortable if she was snowed in for a day. But that wasn’t even necessary, because she came to visit him at 6 am to beat the snow on day one, and on the second day of the storm had her car dug out and came over to complete her visit. About: I have been caring for dogs ever since I can remember and in particular I started caring for them professionally around 5 years ago. I have yet to meet a dog I could not handle, even ones that people would call big and scary. I believe this comes from a firmly held belief that if you treat a dog right, they will stand by you forever. I am experienced with dogs from young to old, small to large, and docile to super hyper. Sundays, I am available all day. In general, I do not watch dogs in my own home. In regards to the pet Owner’s home I do whatever I can to accommodate all safety requests and needs.

About: I first began cat sitting at 16 when a friend of mine travelled out of the country on holiday. Although I have experience in caring for strays in the neighborhood I grew up in, I would say caring for my friend's cat was the first official experience I had where I was not just feeding a cat but cleaning up after it (cleaning the litter box), providing light grooming sessions (brushing) and entertainment through puzzles, toys and enjoying some down time (cuddles). Or maybe youre like my friends and you have to be out of town for a vacation or family meeting, but cant take your fuzzies with you. Some cats do not do well with a boarding kennel situation, so skip the stress and giving them anxiety- hire someone to come check on them at home! Kittens to seniors, all are welcome- even the grumpy ones. Are they on a diet? Do they like tube treats? Even if they made a stinky, I will dump all of the litter out & wash the pan, then put the bag outside in the trash bin so that its not smelling up the house. History: My mother had a long haired tortie before I was born (she tolerated me as much as she was willing from what I was told) and when I was 4, we adopted a creamsicle boy from the neighbors (orange & white tabby). That cat was my best friend for 13 years before I had to say goodbye. We waited a bit, then went to the shelter and adopted a shorthair baby tortie that was really more of my mother's cat (like the previous tortie, although I didnt pick her because of the color). I'd drop in from college and even visit from out of state years later to take care of the tortie while my mother was on vacations. She was a very shy, quiet cat vs my creamsicle who was a big bold boy (he was just a massive cat, not overweight) and even though she knew who I was, I wasnt HER person, therefore my only purpose (to her) was food, water, and litterbox cleaning. Even though I used to play with her when she was younger, I respected her boundaries because in her defense, I *did* move out after the first few years of her life. She lived to be 16. Meanwhile I adopted a little white sock, white blaze, gray tabby girl just after college and had her for only 7 years before her number was called. She was a little purr machine cuddle bug until the day she took her final nap. After the loss of her and my dog, I personally havent had the time or housing requirements to be able to own pets again, so I do what I can to help other busy pet parents!

To explain, I had to go into my office LAST minute and at 1230 am it was my first time using this app and I posted requests for someone to basically dog sit for the same day- she was immediately responsive even though it was a last minute request. I saw she had already gotten consistent great reviews and I was worried to leave my 7 week old shih tsu (like a baby) with anyone ) -Jameeka she handles all dog ages - she was responsive, kept me updated throughout the day. About: My most prominent pet care experience this year is with pitbulls and kitties (of separate families). Most of my dog experience is with big dogs, I’m happy to visit with small doggies too! About: I used to live with 5 dogs and take care of them, walk them twice a day and fed them with baked fresh meat. First it's was my aunt dog ,Ralph (Toy Terrier) and my grandmother had mud dog Renat. when I was younger , later on as a teenager we had Irish setter, Elza. Now, Me and my girlfriend l have two greygounds 7years old. Never raced. Their names are Makosh and Marka. We are usually go for walks/runs at 5am for 1-2 hours. Also we are going for runs in Jerome Huppert Woods , to chase deers for 30-40minutes. Occasionally we are going for bike and rollerblades rides . Once in a month we go for over weekend camping and hiking trips .Me and my girlfriend are living in 2 story house in in Elmwood Park.

I'm very comfortable and capable with all temperaments and energy levels. I have a hybrid work schedule, where I work from home 3 days during the week, and would be able to take breaks for walks.
