“Words don’t suffice for how incredibly grateful we are to Tiina for saving our baby’s life in a moment of crisis. While we were away for our wedding our dog had a seizure cluster and needed to be rushed to the emergency ER. Tiina administered her emergency medication, and was able to get her downstairs even though our dog had lost the ability to walk. She stayed with her at the ER and FaceTimed us during all the vet interactions. When Pepper needed to be hospitalized for 24 hour monitoring Tiina went unasked and out of her way to go back during visiting hours to comfort her and let us FaceTime with her. Tiina is hands down the best, most thoughtful, and caring dog sitter we have ever worked with. She was not only incredible at understanding our girl’s quirks but she also sent so many beautiful updates and pictures throughout our stay. We feel so incredibly lucky that Pepper was with Tiina during this episode, had she had another seizure before getting to the hospital we might not have our girl anymore, and Tiina is entirely to thank for that. We cannot recommend her highly enough.”
