Meet and greet, very detailed discussion about health condition and care , medical needs, feeding schedules, walk schedules, sleep schedules, pet’s habits and moods/behavior and many other aspects that will be taken into account to provide the most accurate and comfortable stay for your pet! My baby dog was absolutely happy on every picture they sent!🤩❤️ What surprised me the most- Maria, who’s a professional groomer, could perform a full service work for my dog without a single issue! No one could achieve that before even once for 7 years !😳 Grateful for this experience!🙏🏻”

She also has 2 other cats and helped slowly introduce my cat to the others which was huge because my cat is generally not great around other cats.
