“Sarah did an excellent job walking and visiting my dog Luna while I was away on vacation. She was easy to communicate with - and left detailed reviews of Luna’s walls each day along with lots of pictures - which made me feel like Luna was happy and in good hands. I would definitely book with her again!”
“I cannot recommend Stephanie and Brian enough! They always take such good care of my cat Luna and are very reliable, responsive and caring :) I’ve rebooked with them several times”

About: Former dog owner and shelter volunteer with over 15 years of experience. I’m a go-to sitter for friends and I’m an active runner on the Rockaway boardwalk. I'm very comfortable and capable with all temperaments and energy levels. I have a hybrid work schedule, where I work from home 3 days during the week, and would be able to take breaks for walks. Weekends I am free. I live in a 4th floor walk up that allows pets. Other tenants have dogs. I live less than 1 block away from the boardwalk and beach for walks.
“Brittany is amazing! Our shy introverted cat Lesia were comfortable around Brittany, and became friendly very quickly, wich is unusual for Lesia. Brittany is a very professional and responsible!”

“Ariella is amazing! She was a heaven sent angel and our boys love her! We have seen such an improvement in their behavior and demeanor - all from her daily visits and providing them with care!”

About: I’ve raised my dog since she was 3 months old. She battled an autoimmune disease, and I cared for her through medications, special diets, and recovery. That experience gave me a deep understanding of medical care, patience, and what it means to truly show up for a pet. I treat every dog like my own—with love, attentiveness, and a calm, caring presence. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I work as a substitute paraprofessional with the Department of Education, which gives me a flexible schedule during the school year and full availability in the summer. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for—whether it’s daily walks, playtime, feedings, or just keeping them company throughout the day. With my open summer schedule, I’m especially available for longer stays or more frequent visits. Whether in my home or a client’s, I provide consistent, loving care tailored to each pet’s routine. I prioritize their comfort, safety, and well-being. In my home, pets enjoy a calm, clean space, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. In a client’s home, I maintain their routine and create a familiar, stress-free environment. I treat every pet like family and ensure they feel safe, loved, and cared for at all times.
About: I used to live with 5 dogs and take care of them, walk them twice a day and fed them with baked fresh meat. They are my mom’s dogs and I see them as my brothers I’m currently applying for pediatric residency training, so I’m available any time and I have a car to drive to destinations almost anywhere, thank you. I used to help my mom cake care if the dogs and cats, she works a lot so almost me doing everything about pets, walking them and take the youngest one to a training class.
About: I differentiate myself by offering specialized skills like administering medication, handling medical emergencies, and providing personalized care tailored to each pet's needs. Building trust through expertise and professionalism is key in communicating effectively in order to deliver the best possible care. Additionally, my own experience with my dog has also granted me the ability to understand and meet such needs as well as the emotional needs of any pet, and to establish a trusted relationship with both pet and owner! I am currently a per diem part-time nanny to a family in New Jersey while attending online college classes; however, the alignment of both schedules allows me the flexibility to include my passion for pet care! I am flexible and available most weekdays between 9AM-2PM and weekends between 10AM-7PM. My work experience in animal welfare in clinical and boarding facilities allows me to apply what I have learned into what I can do. As an overnight supervisor in a doggy daycare environment, pets are cared for by providing a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring their well-being, and offering socialization opportunities with other dogs. This includes activities such as playtime, walks, feeding, and monitoring their behavior whereas in a clinical setting, caring for pets involves monitoring vital signs, administering treatments, conducting medical procedures, and providing post-operative care. It also includes maintaining cleanliness, following strict protocols, and ensuring a comfortable environment for the animals. Although not as extensive in daycare or clinical facilities, in-home pet care allows for individualized attention where needed as needed without the external stressors of a constantly changing environment. In-home care involves the basics of pet welfare and includes providing food, water, exercise, and companionship. Additionally, administering medication, following specific care instructions, and maintaining a safe environment are crucial, all of which I can provide based on my background and experience.

I’m passionate about providing consistent, loving care for every pet I meet. For dog walking I am available at any time Monday through Thursday. Friday through Saturday 5am till 5:30pm, Sunday mornings 5am till to 3:30pm. For boarding im available all days. I have a flexible schedule! At my clients/my home I will provide photos, and videos of your pet and provide updates to insure you have a safe, and trusted experience!
About: What sets me apart is my mix of professional experience and love for animals. I worked at a grooming facility for 2 years, where I learned how to safely handle dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities, keep them comfortable, and pay attention to little details that matter for their care. This past summer, I also had the chance to travel to Australia, where I got to experience wildlife and animal care from a whole new perspective. That experience strengthened my passion for working with animals and taught me how important patience and consistency are in giving them the best care. Whether it’s energetic puppies or older dogs that need extra gentleness, I bring both skill and heart to every pet I look after. I am a 4th year part-time Pre-Vet student at Tuskegee University so I am not available on Mondays and Thursday's. But I am available every other day in the afternoon and most mornings! I live in a pet-friendly apartment with two other pre-vet students, so your baby will always be surrounded by animal lovers! There’s plenty of space for walks and play, plus access to a pool if your pup enjoys swimming 🤿. And for cats, I create enrichment activities or give them cozy spots to relax 😎. Whether in my home or yours, I make sure pets stay safe, happy, and on their usual routine with plenty of love and attention.
“I can’t recommend Jackey enough. She is truly wonderful, kind, and so thoughtful. She sent regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. She was always responsive and communicative. Most importantly, she was incredibly sweet and patient with my cat, who isn’t the easiest and is currently going through a lot of changes in his life. It was clear she really cared about his comfort and emotional well-being, not just the basics. I came home to a calm, well-cared-for cat, and that means everything to me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable animal person.”

About: My hubby and I have had dogs for over 13 years now. We just moved back from Florida where we had a huge property with a 15,000 sq ft yard - plenty of space for the doggies to run and play. Most of the pics you will see is from our time in the Sunshine State. But not to worry, we moved into a very nice neighbourhood in Breezy Point. We might have a small yard now but the house is large and it's right by the bay side, and the beach is less than a mile away! We love dogs and understand the great responsibility that comes with having pets. We have a strong belief that the dog's personality is based on its upbringing and NOT its breed, so ALL BREEDS are welcome! Pits to beagles, we love them all:) We are really down to earth people and love all animals no matter the breed or character. Responsible, flexible. Pick ups available. Can host your dog on most holidays. Your pet will have plenty of room to rest or even play indoors. We have a backyard with a doggy door so your puppers wont have to hold it at all! We are always home (have an online plant biz on etsy) and always supervise whenever the doggies go out in the yard. No crates unless requested or abolutely necessary. Day care must be booked 24h before the actual stay. All prices are final and non negotiable, especially during holidays and/or for longer stays. We only take dogs that are well socialized with both cats and dogs alike. All dogs sleep in the common area, a large open living room, there is a couch and plenty of doggy beds for them. Meet and greet with all new dogs is a MUST before any booking (boarding or daycare). Both I and my husband work from home and are able to provide expert care for your pets. We do not leave the dogs alone, aside from a couple of hours when we need to go to costco once a month. Yes, we are hermits! :) I have a dog and a cat, both are friendly with dogs. A small fenced up yard and a cage free environment. Last potty call is midnight and first potty is at 8am right before feeding time. Feeding is at 8-9am and 7-8pm.
About: Hey my name is Victoria. I’ve had animals all my life or should I say best friends. I worked for a Veterinarian for 2 years, so I have experience dealing with the muss and fuss of dogs and cats all ages and sizes. I have experience in administrating medication as well. A tired dog is a happy dog! I love taking them on long walks and adventures. We are always sure to praise good behavior with positive reinforcement treats! There is nothing like a purring cat or kitty! Plenty of behind the ear and chin rubs to go around for them fur babies too. I’ve always grown up having a cat and dog together, which made life always interesting and fun. I can’t imagine life without best friends.

Rockaway Park cat parents share their Rover experiences
Anastasiia was an amazing cat sitter. Reliable, communicative, thoughtful, and clearly great with animals. I came home to calm, happy cats and a spotless apartment, which honestly is the dream. One of my cats is usually very picky about people and even they warmed up fast. Would absolutely book again.

Ariella was a total professional and went above and beyond to drop in on our sweet cat Claude while we were away for almost two weeks. She sent updates and photos daily and really seemed invested in how Claude was doing. She also noticed that a winter storm was due and proactively notified us. She topped up his food and water beforehand, and made sure he would be comfortable if she was snowed in for a day. But that wasn’t even necessary, because she came to visit him at 6 am to beat the snow on day one, and on the second day of the storm had her car dug out and came over to complete her visit. It takes so much to trust someone with your pet and to be in your house, and Ariella earned that right away with us. Thank you Ariella!!!

Brittany did an awesome job with my cat and she made sure my cat ate a good amount since she is fussy eater sometimes. Brittany had a lot of patience with her and spent quality time with her. I could tell Brittany loves cats, she really loved being around my little furry one. Would definitely use Brittany again soon when I’m out of town. Thank you so much.
