About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. I grew up with both small and large breeds, trained my own dogs in basic obedience and fun tricks, and even competed in the Vermont Iron Dog competition (an Iron Man-style challenge with your dog by your side!) many times. Beyond my own pets, I’ve fostered and worked with rescue dogs—including those with behavioral challenges—so I’m comfortable and confident around shy, reactive, or high-energy pups. I’ve also pet-sat for family and friends, cared for cats as well as dogs, and know how important it is to provide reliable, loving care when you’re away. Whether your pup needs a walk, playtime, snuggles, or just a calm and patient presence, I’ll treat them like my own. I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for every step of the way. My mother was a vet tech in her younger career and has since imparted some of her knowledge on me, for which I am grateful. I've helped her with in-home care of some of our older dogs that require some basic medical needs and am comfortable with a range of medical needs for pets. I work a 9-5 remote job and can take a lunch break during the day to visit or walk your pet, as well as visit before or after. I do travel regularly and may be unavailable some weekends, but generally I am around. I am happy to come visit your pet in the comfort of their home and spend some quality time based on their needs. My goal is to spend at least 30 minutes making sure your pet is cared for properly and can stay additional time before or after work hours (9am-5pm) if you so choose.

About: I’ve had my own dog for 11 years and I have been a in-home pet sitter for the past five years for a medium size dog who had special needs as a puppy. I also am a pet photographer and have done pet portraits and holiday cards! I am available on a part time basis with more availability during the summer months. Weekends are ideal but I can be available after 5pm on weekdays or early morning. I live in a pet friendly apartment building, in a dog friendly neighborhood! My apartment is in the smaller side but dog and cat safe!
