About: I’ve worked at the Brooklyn zoo and aquarium in Brooklyn as a teen. Then worked my way to volunteering at my local animal shelter. I’ve always had a love for animals. “Chuck made Henry's first overnight stay a wonderful experience! We reached out to Chuck on short notice for Henry's very first overnight stay away from home — understandably, we were a little nervous! From the start, Chuck put us completely at ease. He came by in person beforehand to meet us and Henry, which immediately built our confidence. Throughout the stay, Chukwubuikem (Chuck) sent thoughtful video updates so we always knew Henri was happy and well cared for. He was highly communicative, prompt, and made coordinating pickup and drop-off seamless. Henri came home tail-wagging and clearly had a great time. For first-time Rover users especially, Chuck is everything you could hope for in a dog sitter. 10/10 — we will absolutely be booking with him again!”

She communicated effectively during every visit, took excellent photos, and took time to really provide Hope with the care and love we wanted. She played and sang to Hope, as well as kept her food and water clean and full. We told her she didn’t need to do the litter every day, but she did anyway. Kierra was respectful of the apartment complex and timely with returning our key. Heart of gold and a friend of animals indeed. She even helped us with extending booking (when we messed up 5 times), We couldn’t have had a better experience or human to take care of Hope (who is a rescue cat but had no issues warming up to kierra)”
