“Ariella was a total professional and went above and beyond to drop in on our sweet cat Claude while we were away for almost two weeks. She sent updates and photos daily and really seemed invested in how Claude was doing. She also noticed that a winter storm was due and proactively notified us. She topped up his food and water beforehand, and made sure he would be comfortable if she was snowed in for a day. But that wasn’t even necessary, because she came to visit him at 6 am to beat the snow on day one, and on the second day of the storm had her car dug out and came over to complete her visit. Stephanie took great care of my two cats, Oreo and Nala, while I was away. She followed all of my instructions and made sure their routines were kept consistent, which I really appreciated. Oreo is a social butterfly and enjoyed her company right away. What impressed me most was seeing my shy girl Nala slowly come out of her shell. By the last couple of visits she was rubbing against Stephanie and even allowing pets, which is a big deal for her. That alone speaks volumes to me. Stephanie also shared photos during the visits and kept things running smoothly while I was gone.
