To explain, I had to go into my office LAST minute and at 1230 am it was my first time using this app and I posted requests for someone to basically dog sit for the same day- she was immediately responsive even though it was a last minute request. I saw she had already gotten consistent great reviews and I was worried to leave my 7 week old shih tsu (like a baby) with anyone ) -Jameeka she handles all dog ages - she was responsive, kept me updated throughout the day. “I was honestly very nervous about leaving my dog with someone for the first time in 7 years — I think I had more separation anxiety than he did! 😂 But Isabelle made the whole experience incredibly easy and completely worry-free. She sent me daily updates and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was obvious very quickly that my dog absolutely loved her — and dogs are usually pretty good judges of character! Isabelle clearly knows dogs, understands their behavior, and knows exactly how to handle and care for them. “Tiffany was absolutely wonderful with Rocky from beginning to end. From our very first conversation, she was responsive, thoughtful, and took the time to understand his personality, routine, and the fact that he can be reactive around other dogs. Before booking, we had a meet and greet at her home, and I immediately felt comfortable with her calm energy and the environment Rocky would be staying in. During our trip, Tiffany kept us updated and sent plenty of pictures, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. It was obvious almost immediately that Rocky felt comfortable with Tiffany and her partner. He made himself right at home, was cuddling, playing ball, relaxing on the couch, and basically acting like he owned the place! 😂 Tiffany genuinely seemed to enjoy having him there, and that meant a lot to us. She understands dogs and is committed to making sure they feel welcomed and loved. She only boards one dog at a time unlike some of my experiences. What I appreciated most was knowing that she was paying attention to Rocky as an individual rather than simply boarding another dog. She understood his temperament, respected the information I gave her about his care, and was always happy to answer any questions. She checked in more than me because she was proactive to reassure us he was okay. Our dog is 100-lbs Bully and loves people but I know everyone doesn’t love the breed so I just feel incredibly grateful for her. I never felt like I was bothering her or had to wonder how he was doing. Leaving your dog with someone for more than a week requires a lot of trust, especially when they are truly part of your family. Tiffany earned that trust. Rocky came home happy and clearly had been well cared for. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone responsible, communicative, patient, fun, a true dog lover and genuinely caring. Rocky definitely found himself a second home with Tiffany!”
