Waking up to make sure they get their walks in because we all need our steps!! And then walking them at the end of the day so they are sleepy at nighttime :) They are basically my children.

I know from prior experience that some pets are not fans of each other or people and have a difficult time regulating their own emotions unless they’re are familiar with a specific environment or trigger. Some have the tendency to shy away and lean more towards the comfort of having someone who will help them feel safe and calm when around them. This is my specialty. About: As a dog owner myself, I love long walks and hang outs with my 4 legged friends. At home I have 2 dogs of my own, Bruno a 3 year old LabPit mix, who is friendly, loving, and very active. He loves to play fetch and run but also cuddle on the sofa when resting at home. Lola is a 10 year old Maltese/Shih tzu mix who loves her naps and shorter walks. Our daily activities include long walks or runs around the neighborhood; twice a day and a short midday walk. Although Lola doesn’t always keep up with her brother, she enjoys accompanying us in our hikes and so she comes along in her backpack! At home we also I also have 2 parakeets who bring us lots of joy. Aside from my personal pets, I have also fostered 11 dogs through an organization here in Staten Island. I took in dogs ranging of ages from 3 puppies of 5 weeks to a 6 year old pup. Some with medical need such as taking prescribed medication, special diets or receiving medicated baths. Here your furry friend will have company from my two 4 legged friends, she/he will play and receive lots of physical activity, but if they are more couch potatoes, that works too! Their needs will be catered. They will be part of our pack until you are ready to return home! During weekdays, pets will receive morning, afternoon and night walks. During days when I am at work, they get their longer walks during the afternoon and nights since I work 8-3 outside of the home. In the afternoon I make sure to give them lots of attention and weather permitting, take them to the yard to play fetch or let them run around a bit. During weekends, they receive longer walks/ park visits earlier in the day. Morning walks turn into park visits or small hikes, then midday walks depending on when we get home and night walks. Although my yard is not fenced, I have long 30 ft leashes long give your dog opportunity to run as they pleased. At my home, they will have friends to play with, feel love and care for. I love communicating with fur parents on how their pets are doing and easing any worry they may have about leaving their pet behind.

About: I've always loved being around animals. For as long as I could remember, I would help out and take care of my family and friends pets whenever they would be was away. Dogs, Cats, even Guinea pigs. It's something that I love doing, and I love to hang out with them and care for them :) When you book me, you are guaranteed to have the most passionate and high quality care. I value time and energy spent with your pets. It's what made me realize I wanted to do this more. I feel I can resonate with their energy, and get along with them very well. I also grew up having a dog, and though hes no longer with me I always love being around animals regardless. I aim to be available whenever I can! I am not in school, nor do I have any full time work. I'm open for pretty much all days including weekends and holidays. Regardless of the environment, or animal, cat or dog, I will always aim to make sure they are comfortable, fed and given affection. I'd walk and clean up after them when needed to. My house is always clean, and should I be at a client's house, I will make sure it looks exactly the same as it did when I arrived (better if possible)
