Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. Anytime I travel in the future, I will be hoping Jane is available to take care of Lord Ginsberg again. She has my highest recommendation.”

Leo is a rescue that we have had for a short period of time and we were feeling very hesitant about leaving him with someone we didn't know. I felt very reassured leaving her in Ming's hands, knowing that Daisy was getting plenty of dog and human interactions. Ming has a great set-up, especially with the fenced in turf backyard and secured sleep area. To top it off, Ming was kind enough to give Daisy a bath before I picked her up so that she smelled good and was clean to return home! I highly recommend Ming and will definitely use her again!”
