Michael definitely treated Jack like his own and that was the best part! He works from home so he’s always there to keep your pet company and he is super flexible. He is also very responsive! “Stacia is a very kind & very professional dog boarder. She also has a very pleasant personality. I received daily pics and videos of my 2 dogs while I was on vacation for 5 days. Stacia kept me inform with how the dogs were doing day to day, their eating habits how healthy their stool was and how comfortable they were just being at her location. I really appreciated how clean/manicured and dog friendly her backyard yard was for the dogs to run & play. Jennifer did amazing with Max. He had a great time and enjoyed her family. He is older but does not like to be alone, thankfully Jennifer was always near him to reassure his nerves. I am glad she was close to home and available to help our little guy be safe while we enjoyed our trip.
Lorraine was super understanding and knew exactly what to do when my dog was having a hard time adjusting due to separation anxiety. She kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Since my dog was in a new environment, I was worried at first, but Lorraine was patient, caring, and very experienced. Sam was wonderful at sitting my two dogs Vivian and Tiger. My dogs are on the high energy side and can be a handful especially Tiger who is rambunctious. Sam was gentle and easy going with my dogs and especially took care of Tiger who unfortunately was not feeling well that day due to a new brand of dog food not agreeing with his stomach. I highly recommend Sam as a sitter.
William and his family have been so kind and wonderful with Oslo, our Lab mix. They always keep us updated on her daily activities and share lots of pictures, which really reassures us that she’s doing great. We’re so grateful for the excellent care they provided. 5 stars doesn't seem like enough when reviewing Noelle and her family. I could never have asked for a more loving family to watch our baby Winston. They are the kindest, animal loving people, who went above and beyond for 3 days. They baked him dog treats, sent so many cute pictures and videos, took him out on long walks, gave him toys and played with him all weekend. It was his version of a 5 star resort with all the amenities. When we picked him up I wasn't sure he was going to come with us (lol) he looked so content and happy! There is nobody else i would rather leave Winston with. Thank you so so much!!
