Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful with Lola! From the moment I dropped her off, I felt confident that she was in great hands. Lola has IVDD and is limited in the activities she can do, so she requires a little extra attention and care. Jacqueline was incredibly mindful of her limitations, her needs, and making sure she was comfortable and safe. Jacqueline communicated consistently and was very responsive throughout Lola’s stay. I especially appreciated all of the pictures and videos she sent, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see how well Lola was doing. It was clear that Lola was genuinely cared for and treated like part of the family. Jennifer did amazing with Max. He had a great time and enjoyed her family. He is older but does not like to be alone, thankfully Jennifer was always near him to reassure his nerves. I am glad she was close to home and available to help our little guy be safe while we enjoyed our trip.
Lorraine was super understanding and knew exactly what to do when my dog was having a hard time adjusting due to separation anxiety. She kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Since my dog was in a new environment, I was worried at first, but Lorraine was patient, caring, and very experienced. Thanks to her, my dog was able to settle in comfortably and felt safe. I highly recommend Lorraine to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for their pet.
Sam was wonderful at sitting my two dogs Vivian and Tiger. My dogs are on the high energy side and can be a handful especially Tiger who is rambunctious. Sam was gentle and easy going with my dogs and especially took care of Tiger who unfortunately was not feeling well that day due to a new brand of dog food not agreeing with his stomach. I highly recommend Sam as a sitter.
William and his family have been so kind and wonderful with Oslo, our Lab mix. They always keep us updated on her daily activities and share lots of pictures, which really reassures us that she’s doing great. We’re so grateful for the excellent care they provided. Thank you for washing Oslo’s blanket and for being there for us when we needed you most. See you guys soon!
5 stars doesn't seem like enough when reviewing Noelle and her family. I could never have asked for a more loving family to watch our baby Winston. They are the kindest, animal loving people, who went above and beyond for 3 days. They baked him dog treats, sent so many cute pictures and videos, took him out on long walks, gave him toys and played with him all weekend. It was his version of a 5 star resort with all the amenities. When we picked him up I wasn't sure he was going to come with us (lol) he looked so content and happy! There is nobody else i would rather leave Winston with. Thank you so so much!!
