“Vince is amazing. He put my mind at peace with just 1 meet & greet visit. It’s like Magik returned from Hogwarts University 🪄dog edition. Can’t wait to use Vincent’s services again.”

“Nervana and her family were wonderful with our 2 dogs. We used her for a full week while we went away on vacation. She was super communicative, giving us updates with pictures and videos daily. Our dogs were very happy and it was obvious she provided a caring and loving environment for them. Would 100% recommend Nervana.... :)”

“Jane was so lovely and her dog Fancy is so cute! Our puppers needed a one night boarding while we were at a wedding. Jane took great care of him and sent so many photos, videos, and updates throughout the night and the next morning. She asked great questions if she was unsure of things. I loved the communication and flexibility Jane provided. Our dog was so happy when we came back to pick him up which let us know he had a great time at Jane’s! Would definitely recommend as a sitter!”

“Jacqueline is the get away Hotel for my cat. He spent five nights being pampered, given time in the fresh air, and the center of attention with her entire family over the weekend. He sleeps out in the open which shows he is comfortable and lets the family play with him and rub his belly which he rarely allows. Jacqueline shares numerous videos pictures and text updates. My guy is actually adjusting coming back home; I’m not sure he was ready to leave his vacation! It’s just he and I so now I feel bad he left all of his friends at Jacqueline’s house! She and her family are truly wonderful people and take very good care of my cat. Thank you, so much, for taking care of my little turkey!”

“Lucky was cared for amazingly and i was sent pictures updating me and showing me him having a great time looking happy healthy and well taken care of. I will be leaving lucky with you guys again whenever i travel in the future”

“Highly recommended. Abby is nervous around new people, but T'Keyah worked with her and won her over. She sent plenty of helpful pictures and updates as well. I can't recommend enough.”

“Chunwei took very good care of Papaya. She and her family treated her like their own family, and Papaya also had good time with their dog. I appreciate the care and love, and we can feel relieved when we’re on vacation.”

“My furbaby was comfortable with Keirstin. He spent a day with her before his 3 nights of boarding. He was quite excited to see her again to start his boarding for which I was pleased to see. While we were away, Keirstin sent us photos and updates and she was very responsive when I asked questions about his settling in her home. Thank you Keirstin.”

“Stacia’s house has been the best possible boarding experience for us - we are grateful that our Bokie had such a good time and was taken care of maybe even better than at home :) The contact from Stacia helped a lot so we knew what was going on, we got pictures - it was really just great. When we had bumps in the road with our travel plans, she was super kind and accommodating. Thank you so much for being so fun with Bokie!”

“Shannon is the best dogsitter we ever have. I left my dog with her for 12 night. She updated me with pictures of him couple times a day. She was very responsive and I felt she really cared about him. My dig had the best vacation with her and at this point my search for perfect sitter is done. We are staying with Shannon forever:)”

“Ekaterina and family did a lovely job hosting our senior dog Gil! He returned home happy and relaxed. She sent lots of photos and updates. Thank you so much.”

“Thankful we found Deanna to watch our dog when another sitter cancelled last minute. She made a stressful situation much easier and on top of accommodating us, she was also caring, friendly and so loving to our girl. We’ll definitely look to her first the next time we need a pet sitter.”

“Ziwei was wonderful! Spartan went right to her when I dropped him off. She took amazing care of him , keeping me up to date with pictures and texts. I wouldn’t hesitate bringing him back.”

“Emerald was absolutely wonderful! She was communicative, sent me so many cute photos and videos, flexible with drop-off and pick-up, and so easy to work with. She has a dog park in her building ,which is amazing, My dog Joy had the best time. Being a dog mom herself, you can tell she truly gets it, and I trusted her with Joy 100%. I highly recommend her to any pet parent. Thanks Emerald, Joy misses you already, I can tell!”

“Ivanna was amazing with my baby and provided reliable and professional dog boarding in the Union NJ area. She created a safe and caring environment and followed all of her care instructions perfectly. My baby felt comfortable and happy throughout the entire stay, and the frequent photo updates gave me so much peace of mind. She came home relaxed, well fed, and clearly loved. I highly recommend Ivanna to anyone looking for trustworthy overnight dog boarding or a caring pet sitter, and I will definitely book with her again.”
“This was my puppy’s first time not sorting at home since I got her in November and I was terrified. Maisha offered a video call, showed me her home and where my pup would sleep, and answered all 800 of my questions. This is my first pet ever so I have no idea what to do, bring, or expect and Maisha made me feel so comfortable. Safe to say, I’ve found my dog sitter for life💜”

“Ekaterina was amazing with Zoey! She gave me lots of updates and took such great care of her. She did an amazing job and her kids were so gentle with Zoey too! During Zoey’s stay, she had to take medication and was healing from a cut on her leg - Ekaterina did an amazing job making sure she was being cared for properly. I would love for her to watch Zoey in the future again!”

“Kayla was great with my cats. I was away for almost two weeks and she sent me pictures every day. She went above and beyond to love on them and communicate with me. Highly recommend for all your fur babies”

“Jenna was amazing with my very sick kitty. We had to leave for a few days right after he became ill. She went TWICE a day for him and was communicative the whole time. She was able to give him medicine and she even went above and beyond to clean up after his sickness which I did not want her to have to do. Such a peace of mind while we were gone to know he was well cared for.”

“Tee is amazing! Always on time and on top of everything. Great communication… Keeps me informed throughout the visit. Thumbs up all around, would highly recommend!”

About: I was 13 when I got my first Pomeranian puppy. Having a Pomeranian helped teach me patience, calming down an anxious puppy, and understanding boundaries. I also have experience with more hyper breeds such as border collies. When I was 17 my brother bought home a border collie and I helped raise him a lot. I also had many lizards and hamsters. I love bonding with different animals and getting to know their unique personalities. Currently working part time. So I have plenty of time to myself. I am looking for something that makes me feel more connected with myself so I am giving rover a try :) I care for my pets by simply being gentle and trying to understand them. For example- my dog hates the broom when I am sweeping. Instead of yelling at her I put down the broom, picked her up and told her it’s okay. I set her down on my bed, gave her a biscuit, and picked up the broom. As I did this I spoke in a soft voice and told her she’s being good and that it’s okay.
“Lin was amazing with Simba and Sydney! She took such great care of them, played with them, and treated them like her own. She even brought over a can of wet food for them to try, which was so thoughtful. I really appreciated all the updates and the love she gave them. She also brought a letter from her cat, Wednesday, and my cats loved it! I came home to two very happy cats. Thank you so much, Lin! I’ll definitely book with you again.”

About: I have taken care of my neighborhood dogs for the past few years. I have also been setting up occurring dog play dates around my neighborhood and dog walks. I am currently working remotely and am pretty flexible when it comes to walking dogs or stopping by for a drop-in visit. I am available Mondays to Thursdays and occasionally over the weekends as well. I regularly walk my dog Bandi; and create a safe and inclusive community by setting up dog play dates with the dogs in my neighborhood.

“We truly hit the pet-sitter jackpot. I hesitate to leave this review for fear that Tammy will become so beloved across Rover she will no longer have time for us! From the moment we met Tammy, it was clear our cats were possibly in better hands than our own (honestly, they seemed a little disappointed when we came back). Updates were consistent, thoughtful, and often included photos that looked like they belonged in a pet lifestyle magazine—somehow capturing both chaos and cuteness in equal measure. Our home was cared for, our girls were happy, and we’re fairly certain they learned better manners while we were gone which raises some questions about our own management style. What really stood out was the genuine care and attention—this wasn’t just “checking in,” it was full-on VIP treatment. Visits weren’t rushed, playtime wasn’t optional, and every detail was handled like it mattered (because it does). If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, communicative, and clearly loved by animals, stop looking—you’ve found them. Just be warned: your pets may start expecting this level of service from you afterward. I still haven't mastered Tammy's double-Churu-dispensing skills, and the judgment from our girls is palpable.”

About: I’ve been taking care of cats for years, my own and previous experience at the vet. I know how to trim their nails and deep clean litter boxes. What triggers them, what makes them happy. I love cats so much!
“I’m truly grateful for the care Neve provided. We have two cats one is very old. Neve went above and beyond to make sure they were well cared for. A complete professional who displayed tremendous compassion to our cats. I can’t thank her enough.”

“Oleg was amazing! I have a very difficult cat, and he was very patient and calm with her. He is communicative and sends updates daily along with photos. I felt secure being away from home knowing he was taking care of my fur baby. Will definitely be booking again!”

About: Working at PetSmart’s PetsHotel, I developed a keen understanding for these mythical creatures and all their unique wants and needs. My main priority is creating an environment where these graceful companions feel safe and comfortable as ever!

“Noelle was fantastic, thank you again for taking care of my kitties while I was away! I can relax when I go away with someone checking in on them , and that is so valuable to me. I'll be rebooking with Noelle in the future! Thank you again!”

“Alexis is wonderful! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter! She put our family at ease when she met us and our two cats before our vacation. She listened and followed through on all their needs while we were away posting great photos and Rover notes after each visit. She is truly caring and made sure the cats had playtime and their medication. We will definitely be contacting her again for future trips!”

About: Hello fellow animal lovers. I am a Veterinary Technician with over 20 years of experience for caring for hundreds of dogs, cats, birds and any kind of animal you can think of. My husband Andres is also a vet tech with over 15 years of experience and he helps me take care of any of the pets I watch. I used to mainly watch dogs in my home but since Covid we had a baby and she is allergic to dogs so I can't board in my home anymore which makes me very sad. Hopefully my daughter will grow out of her allergies eventually because we really do miss having dogs in our home and she loves dogs too. So now I can only do drop in visits at your home for any type of pet. I am currently not working and am a stay at home Mom but my daughter is in school now so I can do drop ins during school hours and then after my husband comes home from work in the evenings. We currently have 2 senior cats at home and I have had many of my own cats that I have loved and taken care of over the years. I have taken care of hundreds of cats as a Veterinary Technician over the years in all stages of life and many types of illnesses and diseases. I have worked with all types and many different breeds of cats as well. I have experience with cats with all different types of personalities and behavioral issues and try to take my time with any of them that are fearful and try to gain their trust and show them that I just want to show them love like you do. I was trained to practice fear free medicine as a vet tech. I have dedicated my life to caring for and helping all animals and I have loved every second of it. I have experience with every age, breed, species and medical problem. I have years of experience of caring for any illness, physical and behavioral problems and administering any medications or medical treatments necessary. I have had many dogs, cats and other small creatures of my own that i have loved and cared for over the years as well. I have a car and can travel to any part of Staten Island. Nothing makes me happier than spending time and playing with as many little fur babies as i can. You can set your mind at ease knowing that experienced, caring veterinary technicians are caring for your precious baby while you are away.

About: I have been around cats my entire life and genuinely love caring for them and understanding their different personalities. In addition to caring for my own cats over the years, I also help feed and care for stray cats in a local cemetery and have even taken in and rescued several cats myself. Because of that experience, I’m very patient and comfortable with all types of cats — from social and affectionate cats to shy, nervous, or independent ones. I understand that cats need trust, routine, and a calm approach, and I always let them warm up at their own pace.
“I boarded my 2 cats with Nervana for 8 days and she took great care of them! She was happy to give my boy his pill 2x daily and made sure to send me pic and video updates. Based on the videos I saw, the cats warmed up to her very well (even my girl who is usually terrified of 99% of people lol.) I would definitely recommend her to anyone else needing care for their pets in the future!”

“Chunwei provided the best sitting experience I’ve had so far. She always checks in and updated me throughout all of her stay. She took the time to walk with my puppy Freya and give her the exercise that she needed, she kept up with my feeding schedule and notified me if Freya’s eating habits had changed due to her teething. Overall I couldn’t ask for anything more from a sitter she was amazing!”

“Nervana was quick to respond and very accommodating. Apollo was tired when he got home (exactly what I wanted) - she took him on a nice walk! Thank you Nervana. I highly recommend her and I would absolutely drop Apollo off again”

“Thank you so much for taking care of our dog!! Very welcoming, caring, and understanding; my dog is very happy and had a great time during the day. Excellent communication throughout the day and the updates of ace were so cute! 10/10 would definitely contact again to take care of my fur baby in the future🩷”

“Shannon was amazing! I’m from out of town and had to last minute stop through for a funeral. Having Shannon so quickly respond and send me frequent updates on my pup made a tough day so much less stressful. Lincoln came back happy and tired! Thank you, Shannon!”

“Robert is a great dog sitter and man. He cares very much for the well-being of the animals he watches, honors all request, and goes above and beyond. Whole heartedly trust him and recommend him to anyone needing a dog sitter”

About: Growing up with dogs, I learned early on that wagging tails and puppy cuddles are the best part of life! With years of pet care experience, I’m all about keeping dogs happy, healthy, and spoiled with love. Currently working part time and doing online schooling! I’m available Monday/Tuesday/Friday from 7am-12pm Wednesday/Friday from 7am-8pm Saturday/Sunday from 8am-8pm Let me know what time works best for you :) I have two dogs in my home and keeping them happy and healthy is a main priority. Waking up to make sure they get their walks in because we all need our steps!! And then walking them at the end of the day so they are sleepy at nighttime :) They are basically my children.
About: Growing up, I have always looked after dogs of close friends and family, and have studied nutrition and health, which led me to work at a pet hotel for about a year with almost every dog breed. My responsibilities included prepping food, cleaning, 1 on 1 play, and group play. I have been in charge of up to 20 dogs at 1 time. I also co-own a dog named Luna. The other owner and I had Luna since she was a puppy and she is now 5 years old. I teach obedience/behavior training to many dogs and I develop trust with dogs that is unique to my experience with various breeds. It takes patience and consistency to be a great leader for dogs and I wear my heart on my sleeve for every dog I'm caring for; communication with your dog is key. I currently work with dogs full time and make Dog care apart of my every day routine, if I'm not with my dog I'm working with other dogs. I have a good size open backyard and toys depending on the play style of your dog; crate training is much appreciated if they are familiar. Walks are frequent, especially for high energy dogs

“Our dog Wally had a great time with Malak! Malak was very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely reach out again if we need daycare for Wally.”

About: As a lifelong pet owner, I see and treat all pets as family members! 🐾💞 I will treat your animals with the love, care and respect they deserve. Currently, I am a proud mom of a chatty black cat named Binx 🐈⬛ and a very funny (and very opinionated) 2 year old husky named Aries who loves to sing 📣🐺 Both are very social, friendly, kind and well behaved. Both get along with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Both are fixed, vaccinated and healthy. I have walk several dogs in my old building complex - most are friends with my dog who is a very happy husky mix. I am the friend / neighbor everyone calls when they need help with their pets! I’m trained in walking dogs on standard leashes, slip leads, harnesses, choke collar (although, not personally preferred), retractable leashes, “no pull” harnesses, muzzles, etc. Previously, I volunteered at an animal shelter for years where I was properly trained on walking different degrees of behaviorally ranked dogs. Each level requires a 10 hour orientation so as to make sure both the dog and I were safe. I still apply many of those useful techniques today. I’ve owned, worked with and volunteered with dog breeds of all sizes and all kinds of personalities for many years and across NYC. I also adore cats, fish and reptiles as well. 🐠🐢🦎 I can help with walking, feeding / administering medication or vitamins, socialization, basic training (leash training, off-leash training, crate training, positive reinforcement, sit, stay, down, paw (and “other paw”), behavioral fixes like pulling on leash, etc), daycare for short or longer stays, drop-ins and whatever else you need! We can also work out trips to the dog park, groomer, vet, etc. Importantly, I am looking into becoming a certified dog trainer in the coming year 🐕🦺 My own dog gets 4-5 walks a day with a substantial exercise session as one of them! Clients have the opportunity to set their own schedules with me. I am available early, late, weekends and holidays! Working with animals is my full time occupation at the moment. However, when I am working in my other profession (legal & tech), I work solely from home. So, I am always local. I live in an apartment in a very secure, dog-friendly building with a fenced yard outside. These are cameras everywhere. If I am boarding a dog, no matter the duration, I will make myself available to FaceTime at any time so that parents are reassured and at ease. I am within minutes of an animal hospital should anything arise. I have all the supplies needed to host and house a dog or a cat including, but not limited to: • Crates, if needed or preferred • Leashes and collars • Beds • Food in surplus • Feeding bowls • Toys • Interactive toys & games • Treats • Calming music • Rental Insurance

About: I bring a lifetime of experience caring for dogs, along with the patience and compassion I've developed helping care for my grandmother. Growing up with a dog of my own and being surrounded by dogs through family and friends has taught me that every pet has a unique personality and deserves to feel safe, loved, and understood. Helping care for my grandmother has strengthened my sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and empathy. I've learned the importance of noticing the little things, maintaining routines, and providing comfort and companionship. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an energetic adult, or a senior who needs extra patience and gentle care, I'll treat them with the same kindness and attention I would give my own family. My goal is to make sure your pet feels happy, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I have a flexible schedule and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pet. I am available all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and after 1 PM on Saturdays. While I work in a pediatrics office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, I am able to check on pets before work, during my break, and again after work to ensure they receive consistent care, companionship, exercise, and attention throughout the day. I understand the importance of maintaining your pet's routine and will do my best to keep them comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client's home, I prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine. I take the time to learn each pet's needs, including feeding schedules, exercise preferences, medications, and any special instructions. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, affection, and potty breaks while ensuring they feel secure and loved. In a client's home, I respect their space and work to keep their pet's routine as consistent as possible to reduce stress. In my home, pets are welcomed into a clean, safe, and caring environment where they receive supervision, companionship, and plenty of love. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to make their time away from their family as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

“Sam is the best. Very reliable, good communication, takes great pictures of my dog. Chewey gives her all paws up! I am so happy with her service. Highly recommend.”

“Oleg was fast in replying my messages. I appreciate that he could walk Santa the same day! She needs at least one hour walking and she came back home tired and hungry, just the way i need, so i can peacefully leave her home sleeping while im out. Thank you Oleg! Will be booking with you again 🤍”

About: I’ve volunteered working with dogs in the past and have fostered two cats. I also have worked as a dog groomer for the past few years. I’m currently living in the side apartment of my brothers house and take care of their lab retriever most days! I’m available to pet sit at the owners home for days at a time but unfortunately not available for boarding in my apartment at this time I work in marketing during the week from home so I’m able to take care of your pet ether at my apartment or at your house - available after work hours/weekends as well with proper notice Remaining attentive and always watching their body language which is something I’ve learned from grooming. I live in Richmondtown so it’s a very safe neighborhood

“Thankful we found Deanna to watch our dog when another sitter cancelled last minute. She made a stressful situation much easier and on top of accommodating us, she was also caring, friendly and so loving to our girl. We’ll definitely look to her first the next time we need a pet sitter.”

“Yiqi took amazing care of my dog during a holiday, making sure he got plenty of playtime and attention in addition to his more basic needs like regular eating and potty breaks. Absolutely recommend!”

“We are very lucky that found Ziming! She’s great with dogs, Wilson loved staying at her place and made friends with Oak and Penta !
