Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. About: I have 11 pets, 5 cats 6 reptiles and also maintain my salt water reef tanks. 1 of the cats is a diabetic and the other has hyperthyroidism and I take very great care of all of the animals. Dogs get a morning walk around 10–10:30am, then they’re free to relax in the living room or hang out in the fenced backyard. Once it cools down in the evening I take them out again around 6–7pm. During the day they have access to the backyard for potty breaks whenever they need it. Before bed there’s one last walk around 11–11:30pm so they’re settled for the night. I have a fenced backyard so dogs can roam and play safely without any worry. I own a friendly dog myself so your pup will have a buddy to hang out with. We’re in a house so there’s plenty of space to move around and get comfortable. Dogs are welcome on the furniture I want them to feel at home, not like they’re in a strange place.

Nicolle updated me every single day on all the activities they were doing with him & included time stamps for the entire day! Pimento went on daily runs, had plenty of potty breaks, I was given meal updates, play time videos and more. They were so incredible, extremely reliable and I’m so thankful Pimento was taken such good care of! It’s obvious how much Nicolle & Ronaldo care for the dogs they watch as if they were their own.
