I’m a responsible college student with wide-open days this summer, so I have plenty of time to spoil your pet with constant love — whether that’s pets and cuddles, a long walk, or just hanging out near them! I have tons of experience caring for both dogs and cats, since my family had a successful Rover account for many years (attached are some pictures of me dog sitting, much younger, just as enthusiastic.) We also had our own beloved chiweenie, Bella, so I know how much it matters to leave your pet with someone who’ll treat them like family. I’m playful, affectionate, and organized, as well as attentive to the unique personalities of pets and their comfort levels with specific tasks. I’ll make sure you know your pet is happy and safe while you’re away, so expect updates and lots of photos! My husband Andres is also a vet tech with over 15 years of experience and he helps me take care of any of the pets I watch. I used to mainly watch dogs in my home but since Covid we had a baby and she is allergic to dogs so I can't board in my home anymore which makes me very sad. Hopefully my daughter will grow out of her allergies eventually because we really do miss having dogs in our home and she loves dogs too. About: ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. My first dog — Lucy, a Border Collie I had when I was 11 back in Shanghai, China — was my best friend for 16 years. Alongside her, I cared for a rescued stray cat "Noji" and an adopted poodle "Bebe" when I was 13, which taught me patience, responsibility, policing different pets, and how to understand different pet personalities. After moving to the U.S. for school, I brought home my baby Corgi "Brioche" in 2020. She’s now a 5-year-old certified service dog who’s friendly, well-trained, and walked three times a day for at least 30 minutes each time. I also helped train and kept a baby Devon Rex cat for my family in 2025. What sets me apart is my lifelong, hands-on experience with pets of different breeds, ages, and temperaments — from energetic puppies to senior dogs. I love fur babies more than anything and always prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness. I will be working part time starting summer 2026 in NYC, so my schedule is flexible, I'm available for daily walks, boarding both weekdays and weekends. I live in a 2 bedroom in FiDi close to battery park city. There are no crates and my corgi was never crate-trained. I don't have indoor pet potty so I almost only take my dog out for potty unless the weather is crazy. I have plenty of dog beds and toys.

About: Coming from a family of breeders, I grew to learn how to take care and love dogs who are not all mine. I have a dog of my own but she stays with my mom where she is less anxious. About: I have been in the dog world since I was 9 years old — I worked with shelter dogs with foster care, medical treatment, and dog training with dogs from puppies to senior age. I raised Toy Fox Terriers for dog shows (like you see on TV) and sports! I care for my two Toy Fox Terriers, one who is a show dog and sports dog and the other who is a service dog. “Jen was so amazing! She got my Sebastian out of his shell, was so accomodating of his doggy anxiety, met him where he was but still got him out of his comfort zone (the house) and got him into the world a bit. They went on walks, to coffeeshops, he made some doggy friends, and he even got to go shopping! She sent photos everyday as well. She was great at following all of my tips and instructions for him and his meal plan, accommodated his quick about not using the bathroom on concrete and helped him become more of a city dog (we're from LA). I immediately felt comfortable with her, she was willing to have a FaceTime with me to show me her home so I'd feel comfortable leaving him for my trip when we got to NYC. Would definitely book with her again, she was a gem and she gave me so many tips about the city! Thank you Jen!”

“Our dog Ziggy stayed with Eduardo for two and a half weeks over the holidays while we travelled abroad. Eduardo was incredibly accommodating - Ziggy takes medication twice a day and tends to need lots of one-to-one attention. He sent us pictures regularly and was available to answer questions/ send us updates during all times of the day. Ziggy was in great spirits when we picked him up and seemed. Very content. It's obvious that Eduardo and his family love dogs and are experienced looking after them. We recommend him enthusiastically!”
About: Hello fellow animal lover i’ve cared for and loved my dog niko for 15 years so I know what it’s like trying to find someone who’ll give the proper love, attention, and exercise to your favorite friend while your away so look no further. I enjoy walking and look forward to creating a safe bond between us while you’re away we’ll enjoy long walks to their favorite locations fun times playing catch if necessary and anything else that you need to ensure comfortability at the end of each walk.
