“Jane was so lovely and her dog Fancy is so cute! Our puppers needed a one night boarding while we were at a wedding. Jane took great care of him and sent so many photos, videos, and updates throughout the night and the next morning. She asked great questions if she was unsure of things. I loved the communication and flexibility Jane provided. Our dog was so happy when we came back to pick him up which let us know he had a great time at Jane’s! Would definitely recommend as a sitter!”

“Vince is amazing. He put my mind at peace with just 1 meet & greet visit. It’s like Magik returned from Hogwarts University 🪄dog edition. Can’t wait to use Vincent’s services again.”

“Jacqueline is the get away Hotel for my cat. He spent five nights being pampered, given time in the fresh air, and the center of attention with her entire family over the weekend. He sleeps out in the open which shows he is comfortable and lets the family play with him and rub his belly which he rarely allows. Jacqueline shares numerous videos pictures and text updates. My guy is actually adjusting coming back home; I’m not sure he was ready to leave his vacation! It’s just he and I so now I feel bad he left all of his friends at Jacqueline’s house! She and her family are truly wonderful people and take very good care of my cat. Thank you, so much, for taking care of my little turkey!”

“My furbaby was comfortable with Keirstin. He spent a day with her before his 3 nights of boarding. He was quite excited to see her again to start his boarding for which I was pleased to see. While we were away, Keirstin sent us photos and updates and she was very responsive when I asked questions about his settling in her home. Thank you Keirstin.”

Maisha offered a video call, showed me her home and where my pup would sleep, and answered all 800 of my questions. This is my first pet ever so I have no idea what to do, bring, or expect and Maisha made me feel so comfortable. Safe to say, I’ve found my dog sitter for life💜”

About: I have taken care of my neighborhood dogs for the past few years. I have also been setting up occurring dog play dates around my neighborhood and dog walks. I am currently working remotely and am pretty flexible when it comes to walking dogs or stopping by for a drop-in visit. I am available Mondays to Thursdays and occasionally over the weekends as well. I regularly walk my dog Bandi; and create a safe and inclusive community by setting up dog play dates with the dogs in my neighborhood.
“Jenna was amazing with my very sick kitty. We had to leave for a few days right after he became ill. She went TWICE a day for him and was communicative the whole time. She was able to give him medicine and she even went above and beyond to clean up after his sickness which I did not want her to have to do. Such a peace of mind while we were gone to know he was well cared for.”

About: I’ve been taking care of many different types of dogs since I was young. I started out taking care of my aunt’s old dog who’s no longer with us. I now care for my aunt’s current dog, my friend’s dogs and my neighbors dogs. (P.S: I am doing this as a side job to save up for a car, college and pay for nursing school) I’m currently in school 8am-3pm, I’m currently looking for jobs and may get one soon. As of now I am fully available after school, holidays, and weekends. I can easily feed and crate your dog if needed. I am there for any dog’s needs and I will make it my priority to keep your dog safe and cared for.
“Andrew is great. I will admit i was slightly concerned at first because my sahara is a handful and barks alot. But Andrew assured me and he did deliver. He truly is professional and caring. I would recommend him to all. he keeps you up to date on everything and really cared for our animals. I will continue to use Andrew in the future as one of our dog sitters. He is absolutely excellent at his job. Thank you again Andrew appreciate your efforts”

About: I was 13 when I got my first Pomeranian puppy. Having a Pomeranian helped teach me patience, calming down an anxious puppy, and understanding boundaries. I also have experience with more hyper breeds such as border collies. When I was 17 my brother bought home a border collie and I helped raise him a lot. I also had many lizards and hamsters. I love bonding with different animals and getting to know their unique personalities. Currently working part time. So I have plenty of time to myself. I am looking for something that makes me feel more connected with myself so I am giving rover a try :) I care for my pets by simply being gentle and trying to understand them. For example- my dog hates the broom when I am sweeping. Instead of yelling at her I put down the broom, picked her up and told her it’s okay. I set her down on my bed, gave her a biscuit, and picked up the broom. As I did this I spoke in a soft voice and told her she’s being good and that it’s okay.
About: I have a long history of dog sitting and walking as well as cat sitting experience. I have been trusted to care for not only dogs of all sizes and breeds, but cats as well. I have had a few years of experience sitting and walking pets and have gained personal experience from not only having my own 3 fur babies, but also fostering and rehoming animals as well! I am a student at NYU so my schedule is a tad bit different but I am very flexible! Feel free to reach out for any time. I have no problem with any accommodations to make the owner and pet comfortable and will be more than happy to provide frequent updates and pictures!
“Tara was awesome. My cat wound up with some last minute tummy trouble right before we traveled and Tara was more than accommodating when it came to giving Daisy her medicine and prescription food. She sent pictures and updates every day and was incredibly responsive to my questions and requests. I will definitely hire Tara again any time I travel! Thanks again Tara!”

“Elena was truly a pleasure to meet and have watch Kiki . Kiki was smitten by her she took such great care of her and played with her which I am truly grateful to have found her . Will be using her again for sure and highly recommend her to watch your fur baby. Beyond trustful and amazing .”

“Stacy was absolutely wonderful! She truly cared for my cats and spent quality time with them. Both of my cats warmed up to her quickly, which says a lot about her gentle and personable approach. She went above and beyond in making sure they were comfortable and happy. I could not recommend her more. highly recommend Stacy to anyone looking for reliable and caring pet care!”

“Thank you so much for taking care of our dear Simba. This is our first trip and first time he has been alone and you have been punctual, caring, and given detailed updates with many pictures. I will definitely be using your services in the future. Thank you!”

“Alexis is wonderful! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter! She put our family at ease when she met us and our two cats before our vacation. She listened and followed through on all their needs while we were away posting great photos and Rover notes after each visit. She is truly caring and made sure the cats had playtime and their medication. We will definitely be contacting her again for future trips!”

“We truly hit the pet-sitter jackpot. I hesitate to leave this review for fear that Tammy will become so beloved across Rover she will no longer have time for us! From the moment we met Tammy, it was clear our cats were possibly in better hands than our own (honestly, they seemed a little disappointed when we came back). Updates were consistent, thoughtful, and often included photos that looked like they belonged in a pet lifestyle magazine—somehow capturing both chaos and cuteness in equal measure. Our home was cared for, our girls were happy, and we’re fairly certain they learned better manners while we were gone which raises some questions about our own management style. What really stood out was the genuine care and attention—this wasn’t just “checking in,” it was full-on VIP treatment. Visits weren’t rushed, playtime wasn’t optional, and every detail was handled like it mattered (because it does). If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, communicative, and clearly loved by animals, stop looking—you’ve found them. Just be warned: your pets may start expecting this level of service from you afterward. I still haven't mastered Tammy's double-Churu-dispensing skills, and the judgment from our girls is palpable.”

“Noelle was fantastic, thank you again for taking care of my kitties while I was away! I can relax when I go away with someone checking in on them , and that is so valuable to me. I'll be rebooking with Noelle in the future! Thank you again!”

About: I’ve been taking care of cats for years, my own and previous experience at the vet. I know how to trim their nails and deep clean litter boxes. What triggers them, what makes them happy. I love cats so much!
“Kelise did a wonderful job while we were away. She walked and fed my dog (7 year old pitbull) and fed my 17 year old cat. They were both in excellent shape when we got home. I paid for her to stay extra time to pet the animals, and I could tell from her emails and photos that she really loved them.”

I currently have plenty of free time so doing something I love as a job would be no issue, as long as the clients are satisfied and the fur babies are safe that’s all that matters. About: As a lifelong pet owner, I see and treat all pets as family members! 🐾💞 I will treat your animals with the love, care and respect they deserve. Currently, I am a proud mom of a chatty black cat named Binx 🐈⬛ and a very funny (and very opinionated) 2 year old husky named Aries who loves to sing 📣🐺 Both are very social, friendly, kind and well behaved. Both get along with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Both are fixed, vaccinated and healthy. I have walk several dogs in my old building complex - most are friends with my dog who is a very happy husky mix. I am the friend / neighbor everyone calls when they need help with their pets! I’m trained in walking dogs on standard leashes, slip leads, harnesses, choke collar (although, not personally preferred), retractable leashes, “no pull” harnesses, muzzles, etc. Previously, I volunteered at an animal shelter for years where I was properly trained on walking different degrees of behaviorally ranked dogs. Each level requires a 10 hour orientation so as to make sure both the dog and I were safe. I still apply many of those useful techniques today. I’ve owned, worked with and volunteered with dog breeds of all sizes and all kinds of personalities for many years and across NYC. I also adore cats, fish and reptiles as well. 🐠🐢🦎 I can help with walking, feeding / administering medication or vitamins, socialization, basic training (leash training, off-leash training, crate training, positive reinforcement, sit, stay, down, paw (and “other paw”), behavioral fixes like pulling on leash, etc), daycare for short or longer stays, drop-ins and whatever else you need! We can also work out trips to the dog park, groomer, vet, etc. Importantly, I am looking into becoming a certified dog trainer in the coming year 🐕🦺 My own dog gets 4-5 walks a day with a substantial exercise session as one of them! Clients have the opportunity to set their own schedules with me. I am available early, late, weekends and holidays! Working with animals is my full time occupation at the moment. However, when I am working in my other profession (legal & tech), I work solely from home. So, I am always local. I live in an apartment in a very secure, dog-friendly building with a fenced yard outside. These are cameras everywhere. If I am boarding a dog, no matter the duration, I will make myself available to FaceTime at any time so that parents are reassured and at ease. I am within minutes of an animal hospital should anything arise. I have all the supplies needed to host and house a dog or a cat including, but not limited to: • Crates, if needed or preferred • Leashes and collars • Beds • Food in surplus • Feeding bowls • Toys • Interactive toys & games • Treats • Calming music • Rental Insurance
“Jasmin was exceptional with my Puppy Galaxy. She kept me up to date throughout the day and made sure they got lots of activity throughout day. I have pretty basic furnishings in my home. No potential dangers

Overall I couldn’t ask for anything more from a sitter she was amazing!”

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats my entire life. At the moment I volunteer as a dog walker at the animal shelter. I currently have two cats. I live in a home with a separate bedroom reserved for your furry family member. Safety is my main priority. I have a lot of knowledge in what foods/plants/ etc. are harmful to animals. I work from home so I get lots of time to play and love on your pet with frequent walks. Overall, I am an animal lover, and I strive to make them feel safe and loved. I work from home part-time. I will be with your pet full-time every day with lots of time for love cuddles, play with frequent walks and potty trips. Your animal will not be with other animals and will have my full attention. Your pet will remain inside in their own bedroom. Of course for dogs we will be outside frequently for potty trips and walks around the neighborhood. I understand body language of animals and I take safety very seriously.
About: I have loved and taken care of pets for over 20 years. I am consistently trusted to look after pets of friends and colleagues. Special skills include giving oral/eye medicine and putting on diapers for senior animals. I believe the health and happiness of our animals are just as important as our own. I will care for you babies like my own. I work full-time with a hybrid schedule and some flexibility. I am available to board your pets Friday-Monday. I am able to provide full attention to boarding care on the weekends. I live in a two bedroom apartment with my roommate (who also loves animals), with a specious living room and kitchen area. I don’t have a fur baby of my own anymore :( so I will be able to fully look after your fur baby and spoil them :)

“Diana was amazing! I needed a last minute dog walk and she was very quick to respond and flexible. Her communication was great! I would recommend her to anyone. Will definitely be booking with her in the future!”

About: I previously worked as a veterinary technician, which gave me hands on experience caring for animals of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’m very comfortable handling both healthy pets and those that need extra attention or senior care. I’ve also had pets my entire life, so caring for animals is second nature to me. I’m patient, attentive, and able to quickly understand each pet’s unique needs, whether that’s exercise, medication support, or simply making them feel safe and comfortable. Pet care fits naturally into my routine since I have three cats and a pitbull at home. I’m flexible and already plan my days around feeding, cleaning, and care. I enjoy making time for walks, visits, and keeping pets comfortable and on schedule. In my home, I care for pets by maintaining a clean, safe, and calm environment, following feeding schedules, and giving consistent attention and affection. I have experience with cats and a pitbull, so I understand different temperaments and energy levels. In a client’s home, I respect their routines, follow all instructions closely, and make sure pets feel comfortable, secure, and cared for while their owners are away.
About: Pet care isn’t just a service for me — it’s a relationship built on trust, routine, and respect for your pet’s personality. I take time to get to know each animal beyond the basics: their quirks, comforts, and communication style. What sets me apart is my calm, intuitive approach — I read subtle behavior cues and adjust care accordingly, making even anxious or shy pets feel secure. I don't just follow instructions; I anticipate needs and treat your home and animals with the same care I’d give my own. It’s not just about keeping pets safe — it’s about keeping them happy, understood, and emotionally balanced while you’re away. I’m available for pet sitting full time, which means I can offer flexible scheduling, prompt responses, and dedicated attention to your pet’s needs — whether it's a one-time visit, daily care, or extended stays. Because this is my primary focus, I’m able to adapt to a wide range of routines, provide consistent companionship, and be there when last-minute needs arise. Your pet’s well-being is my priority, and my full-time commitment ensures they receive reliable, responsive, and attentive care every step of the way. Whether caring for pets in my home or in my client’s, I create a safe, calm, and loving environment tailored to each animal’s needs. In my home, pets enjoy a clean, pet-friendly space with plenty of attention, play, and rest — just like they would with family. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize keeping their routines consistent and their surroundings familiar, which helps reduce stress while you're away. In both settings, I treat every pet with the same respect and affection I would give my own, ensuring they feel secure, seen, and genuinely cared for.

“Thankful we found Deanna to watch our dog when another sitter cancelled last minute. She made a stressful situation much easier and on top of accommodating us, she was also caring, friendly and so loving to our girl. We’ll definitely look to her first the next time we need a pet sitter.”

“My dachshund Aleph had a great time with Ayush and I suspect he didn’t want to come back home, so well was he taken care of! Ayush went above and beyond to make him feel at home and I was at ease during my vacation that he was in such great hands!”

“We are very lucky that found Ziming! She’s great with dogs, Wilson loved staying at her place and made friends with Oak and Penta ! He had a lot of fun playing in the backyard and chasing for other pups. Also, was surprised that there is a room for dogs which is nice! We got pictures and videos throughout the day!”

“Yiqi took amazing care of my dog during a holiday, making sure he got plenty of playtime and attention in addition to his more basic needs like regular eating and potty breaks. Absolutely recommend!”

“Diana is wonderful. We boarded our Wally with her for a week. He came home happy, clean and well fed. Diana sent pictures and videos and we could even have video calls to see Wally. We will definitely be using her again in the future 10/10”

“I had a really positive experience with Maria, even though Lucy ultimately wasn’t able to stay for the booking. Maria was sweet, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. She took the time to do a meet and greet with us beforehand, which went really well, and I appreciated how attentive and honest she was when Lucy became nervous after drop-off. Since this was Lucy’s first time being away from me, I completely understood and appreciated Maria putting everyone’s comfort and safety first. She kept me informed the entire time and handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Maria to others and truly appreciate the care and communication she showed us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Shannon is the best dogsitter we ever have. I left my dog with her for 12 night. She updated me with pictures of him couple times a day. She was very responsive and I felt she really cared about him. My dig had the best vacation with her and at this point my search for perfect sitter is done. We are staying with Shannon forever:)”

“Patricia is great! The dogs just loved being with her and it’s so nice that she has a backyard for them to run around. She sent us pictures everyday and took great care of them ❤️”

“I was so grateful Tanacka agreed to watch Mimi last minute. I was happy her children showed Mimi so much attention. She thrives off of attention. Mimi was not ready to leave. Thank you Tanacka for taking good care of Mimi!”

“Cesar was super attentive and very communicative. Nala seemed to be enjoying her little vacation. I can't help but express gratitude to feel comfortable and confident in trusting Cesar after seeing how relaxed Nala was when she got home. It's been a long time since I've felt good about a sitter so I will definitely be using Cesar again!!”

“Meg was wonderful and took excellent care of our (sometimes grumpy!) dog, Bruno. She has extensive experience with animals of all temperaments, was consistently responsive to messages, and proactively sent daily updates. While we were away, we had abundant peace of mind that Bruno was doing well and in caring hands. Most tellingly, when Meg dropped him off, Bruno was more interested in sniffing her and her car rather than saying hi to us, which to us epitomizes how great of a time he had in Meg’s care. She was very accommodating, generally as well as with drop off / pick-up, understanding of Bruno’s odd tendencies, and happy to indulge his absolute obsession with fetch. We will certainly be reaching out again in the future when we next need someone to look after our pup.”

“Megan took wonderful care of our puppy during our first trip apart. She was very responsive and sent us a daily update and picture of our puppy that we greatly appreciated. It was reassuring to know that my dog would never be home alone as she still sometimes struggles with that, and that she had a secure area to zoom around and release her energy!”

“Eroxis was so sweet with our cat while we were away for the holidays. He had recently been diagnosed with diabetes, which was a big change for us, so we found ourselves looking for a boarder on short notice. She had no problems giving him his insulin shots and kept us updated on all of his fun times.”
