About: I have taken care of my neighborhood dogs for the past few years. I have also been setting up occurring dog play dates around my neighborhood and dog walks. I am currently working remotely and am pretty flexible when it comes to walking dogs or stopping by for a drop-in visit. I am available Mondays to Thursdays and occasionally over the weekends as well. I regularly walk my dog Bandi; and create a safe and inclusive community by setting up dog play dates with the dogs in my neighborhood.

About: As a dog owner myself, I love long walks and hang outs with my 4 legged friends. At home I have 2 dogs of my own, Bruno a 3 year old LabPit mix, who is friendly, loving, and very active. He loves to play fetch and run but also cuddle on the sofa when resting at home. Lola is a 10 year old Maltese/Shih tzu mix who loves her naps and shorter walks. Our daily activities include long walks or runs around the neighborhood; twice a day and a short midday walk. Although Lola doesn’t always keep up with her brother, she enjoys accompanying us in our hikes and so she comes along in her backpack! At home we also I also have 2 parakeets who bring us lots of joy. Aside from my personal pets, I have also fostered 11 dogs through an organization here in Staten Island. I took in dogs ranging of ages from 3 puppies of 5 weeks to a 6 year old pup. Some with medical need such as taking prescribed medication, special diets or receiving medicated baths. Here your furry friend will have company from my two 4 legged friends, she/he will play and receive lots of physical activity, but if they are more couch potatoes, that works too! Their needs will be catered. They will be part of our pack until you are ready to return home! During weekdays, pets will receive morning, afternoon and night walks. During days when I am at work, they get their longer walks during the afternoon and nights since I work 8-3 outside of the home. In the afternoon I make sure to give them lots of attention and weather permitting, take them to the yard to play fetch or let them run around a bit. During weekends, they receive longer walks/ park visits earlier in the day. Morning walks turn into park visits or small hikes, then midday walks depending on when we get home and night walks. Although my yard is not fenced, I have long 30 ft leashes long give your dog opportunity to run as they pleased. At my home, they will have friends to play with, feel love and care for. I love communicating with fur parents on how their pets are doing and easing any worry they may have about leaving their pet behind.

About: I’ve been taking care of many different types of dogs since I was young. I started out taking care of my aunt’s old dog who’s no longer with us. I now care for my aunt’s current dog, my friend’s dogs and my neighbors dogs. (P.S: I am doing this as a side job to save up for a car, college and pay for nursing school) I’m currently in school 8am-3pm, I’m currently looking for jobs and may get one soon. As of now I am fully available after school, holidays, and weekends. I can easily feed and crate your dog if needed. I am there for any dog’s needs and I will make it my priority to keep your dog safe and cared for.

About: I don’t have any special training with dogs, but I do have a genuine love for them. I have my own dog and have had other family& friends dogs/pets that I love and care for regularly. I also have access to a large park. I make sure to tend to my own dog every morning before heading out for work, and making sure he is all set for the day. He goes on 2-3 walks a day, so that he can exhaust energy, stimulate his sense, and explore nature. When pet sitting, I like to get a run down of anything I should be aware of about the pet, likes, dislikes, allergies, favorite toys, and where everything is located. Then from there I just play with the pet or allow the pet time to warm up to me and let them know I am a safe person and it is a safe environment.

About: Growing up with dogs, I learned early on that wagging tails and puppy cuddles are the best part of life! With years of pet care experience, I’m all about keeping dogs happy, healthy, and spoiled with love. Currently working part time and doing online schooling! I’m available Monday/Tuesday/Friday from 7am-12pm Wednesday/Friday from 7am-8pm Saturday/Sunday from 8am-8pm Let me know what time works best for you :) I have two dogs in my home and keeping them happy and healthy is a main priority. About: Hi, I’m T! I have taken care of different ages of dogs and breeds as well. I have experience in walking dogs that pull and being able to redirect them to something else. I love walks, your dog loves walks.. so Me+ Your Dog = Happy Walks. I’m a morning person so I’m up and early, ready to start. I am a college student so I’ll be free from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday- after 12pm afternoon Thursday- after 4pm afternoon Friday, Saturday & Sunday- after 12pm afternoon ^ my schedule is extremely flexible so don’t be afraid to just send me a message. I most likely will make it despite the schedule time listed. My home is fenced in all around with lock pads to prevent trespassers. I believe in upholding safety to the highest. My dog suffers stress-colitis and having him at a doggy hotel was not an option. Shannette was EXTREMELY trustworthy while we were away for 8 days on vacation. She kept him company at home, gave him lots of cuddles, checked in regularly with us, was punctual with walking him three times a day, cleaning his paws before entering the home after a walk (we have old carpet we’re trying to preserve) and always feeding him as scheduled. She was respectful of our home rules and I just can’t brag enough about how amazing Luca did while he was in her care. Our home was respected, our dog was cared for, and she was AMAZING as a human being! Don’t overthink it, book her. I HIGHLY recommend her!”

About: As a lifelong pet owner, I see and treat all pets as family members! 🐾💞 I will treat your animals with the love, care and respect they deserve. Currently, I am a proud mom of a chatty black cat named Binx 🐈‍⬛ and a very funny (and very opinionated) 2 year old husky named Aries who loves to sing 📣🐺 Both are very social, friendly, kind and well behaved. Both get along with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Both are fixed, vaccinated and healthy. I have walk several dogs in my old building complex - most are friends with my dog who is a very happy husky mix. I am the friend / neighbor everyone calls when they need help with their pets! I’m trained in walking dogs on standard leashes, slip leads, harnesses, choke collar (although, not personally preferred), retractable leashes, “no pull” harnesses, muzzles, etc. Previously, I volunteered at an animal shelter for years where I was properly trained on walking different degrees of behaviorally ranked dogs. Each level requires a 10 hour orientation so as to make sure both the dog and I were safe. I still apply many of those useful techniques today. I’ve owned, worked with and volunteered with dog breeds of all sizes and all kinds of personalities for many years and across NYC. I also adore cats, fish and reptiles as well. 🐠🐢🦎 I can help with walking, feeding / administering medication or vitamins, socialization, basic training (leash training, off-leash training, crate training, positive reinforcement, sit, stay, down, paw (and “other paw”), behavioral fixes like pulling on leash, etc), daycare for short or longer stays, drop-ins and whatever else you need! We can also work out trips to the dog park, groomer, vet, etc. Importantly, I am looking into becoming a certified dog trainer in the coming year 🐕‍🦺 My own dog gets 4-5 walks a day with a substantial exercise session as one of them! Clients have the opportunity to set their own schedules with me. I am available early, late, weekends and holidays! Working with animals is my full time occupation at the moment. However, when I am working in my other profession (legal & tech), I work solely from home. So, I am always local. I live in an apartment in a very secure, dog-friendly building with a fenced yard outside. These are cameras everywhere. If I am boarding a dog, no matter the duration, I will make myself available to FaceTime at any time so that parents are reassured and at ease. I am within minutes of an animal hospital should anything arise. I have all the supplies needed to host and house a dog or a cat including, but not limited to: • Crates, if needed or preferred • Leashes and collars • Beds • Food in surplus • Feeding bowls • Toys • Interactive toys & games • Treats • Calming music • Rental Insurance
