About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 13. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk and feed pets. I have experience with different breeds and size dogs, even with puppies. And I've gotten use to cleans messes and teaching from time to time. I'm not an expert but what I learned has help my friends and family with the dogs and puppies. Also if bathing the dog is a problem I have no issues handling it if the need arrives. I'm free anytime from Monday thru Friday but not Thursday evenings and I can do weekends if necessary but not Sunday mornings unfortunately do to religious reasons unless I'm pet sitting. I do have different size crates if needed one small, medium, and xtra large and I do have a gated section in my home for the dogs.
About: Hi! I have been dog sitting and walking for the past two years now. I have walked breeds like large poodles to mini golden doodles! I have dog sat for clients a week at a time giving multiple daily updates and photos throughout my stay. I love to train my dogs on walks by rewarding good behavior and listening to commands with treats. I have grown up with dogs my whole life raising my first puppy when I was 9 years old. Dogs are such a huge part of me and my family’s life, it’s always a privilege to be given the responsibility of taking care of such sweet pets. I hope to meet your pup soon! I currently work part time at the apple store and choose my hours which is a great privilege. It allows me to make time for walks or drops in at almost any time. Weekdays or weekends from early morning to late night. I treat my dog at home like any other family member with great respect and love. I always check on them multiple times a day and make sure they are eating correctly, taken out for a walk, and getting lots of play time. The same treatment always goes for my clients pups without fail.

About: Having grown up in a household full of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, and hedgehogs I possess a lifelong "animal intuition" and a deep comfort level with various species. What truly sets me apart is my hands on experience managing a multi-pet home with my own three cats, which has made me an expert in feline behavior and resource management. Whether it is providing the patient, attentive monitoring required for senior pets or the delicate handling needed for small exotic animals, I am highly adaptable to each pet's unique needs and personality. My schedule is very flexible during the latter half of the week. From Monday to Wednesday, I work as a therapist in Brooklyn. On Thursdays and Fridays, I only have two cases in Staten Island totaling about two hours, which leaves me with plenty of availability from Thursday through Sunday. Caring for animals is a deeply healing experience for me. While I am a huge dog lover, my own home is currently a cat-only household because we rescued three cats from a shelter, one of whom is extremely sensitive to dogs. To ensure her comfort, we decided not to own a dog ourselves, so pet sitting gives me a wonderful opportunity to fulfill my passion for working with dogs. My personal experience with a high-needs, sensitive rescue cat has made me exceptionally patient and skilled in handling pets with various temperaments and specific needs. My approach to pet care focuses on proactive health, hygiene, and emotional well-being. In my own home and when sitting for clients, I prioritize hydration by mixing water and specialized supplements like cranberry powder into wet food to support urinary health, and I ensure a clean environment by scooping litter and washing bowls daily. Most importantly, I understand that pets—especially cats—communicate through subtle, "high-frequency, low-impact" social cues; I provide gentle affection and verbal greetings without overstimulating them, ensuring they feel respected and safe. I treat every animal as a sentient companion, balancing structured routines with the quiet, intuitive interaction they need to thrive.

About: I am very patient, although I would be new to this. If your dog requires a lot of energy, I am the one for him/her. I am very reliable and don't mind any special or certain requests you may have reguarding your pet. I am easy going, and not a complicated person to talk to. I will always try my best to attend to your requests that's you may have. Although I o my look to do this as something temporary so I may be able to go back to school by spring. And one last thing, like I said this is temporary, but if you like my service I'm welcome to continue when I can personally. I just want you to know I'm trustworthy and will look to do nothing else but care and love your dog and keep them happy. I am working so available is is after 3:30, which can be discussed for more of precise time based on the distance I'll travel. But it can be regularly scheduled, as I enjoy being active if needing walks or to pet sit. Weekends, i have more availability since i typically don't work which again can communicate specifics and good time before the weekend to plan ahead. I am very attentive to my cat assuring she eats and has water every day, luckily i have a big space for her to be completely herself. She enjoys sitting by the window too to take in sunlight.
“Fernando was great with cooper, he really helped give us peace of mind during our wedding day that our boy was in good hands and getting all the love and attention he was missing.”

About: I love animals. I’ve taken care of my household dog, Rottweiler (Tank), before the age of 1 up until adult. We recently got a Cane Corso (Kanan) last year and he was under 1 as well. I’m patient, I love teaching and playing with them. I am a kid at heart. I work from home most days, though I head into the office once every two weeks. My schedule is 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a lunch break in the middle. Since I’m home a lot and have my own car, it’s easy for me to fit in up to three walks a day or spend extra time house sitting if needed. This opportunity will for sure be the highlight of my day. I’m great at following any routine you already have in place for your dog, and I’m happy to keep up with any training or habits you’re working on. When I care for pets, I make sure they’re safe, well-fed, and have fresh water at all times. I also love giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and walks to keep them happy and comfortable while you’re away.
“Robert took great care of Jeffrey! He is a reliable, caring, and professional dog sitter. We booked him from out of town for a wedding and he kept in touch to confirm, showed up on time and became immediate friends with Jeffrey. He was great with communication - sending us many pictures and videos. His passion for dogs is evident, I could tell that my dog not only received necessary care but also enjoyed the company and companionship Robert provided.”

“Durell and Michael were awesome!! We are repeat customers because they always are so loving to our dog and go above and beyond for him. This time they stayed with him to calm him during a thunderstorm and bought him a toy when his bone went missing. They always keep us well informed about how he is doing. We will definitely use them again!”

“Breanna was very responsive and took great care of Fitz. He is shy and cautious by nature, but seemed very comfortable and happy in the photos and when I returned. I think he had a great time!”

“I picked Jessica to watch my two dogs while I was away on vacation. It was their first time without family watching them, and typically I would be anxious leaving them. But they loved Jessica, and she was so attentive to their needs! She was great with communication and care. 💜”

Mariners Harbor pet parents share their Rover experiences
This is second vacation Leslie has house set for us. She is amazing! We have two rescue dogs that we wanted to leave in their home while we were away. She fed them, played and walked them and gave them their meds. Peace of mind knowing your fur babies are well cared for makes being away more relaxing. We had daily texts with photos which helped with our missing them too.

Alekhandra has watched our puppy twice now and she absolutely loves her!! She gets so excited when she comes to watch her. She follows all instructions and keeps us updated throughout the night with photos and videos. We appreciate her so much and highly recommend!
