About: Having grown up in a household full of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, and hedgehogs I possess a lifelong "animal intuition" and a deep comfort level with various species. What truly sets me apart is my hands on experience managing a multi-pet home with my own three cats, which has made me an expert in feline behavior and resource management. Whether it is providing the patient, attentive monitoring required for senior pets or the delicate handling needed for small exotic animals, I am highly adaptable to each pet's unique needs and personality. My schedule is very flexible during the latter half of the week. From Monday to Wednesday, I work as a therapist in Brooklyn. On Thursdays and Fridays, I only have two cases in Staten Island totaling about two hours, which leaves me with plenty of availability from Thursday through Sunday. Caring for animals is a deeply healing experience for me. While I am a huge dog lover, my own home is currently a cat-only household because we rescued three cats from a shelter, one of whom is extremely sensitive to dogs. To ensure her comfort, we decided not to own a dog ourselves, so pet sitting gives me a wonderful opportunity to fulfill my passion for working with dogs. My personal experience with a high-needs, sensitive rescue cat has made me exceptionally patient and skilled in handling pets with various temperaments and specific needs. My approach to pet care focuses on proactive health, hygiene, and emotional well-being. In my own home and when sitting for clients, I prioritize hydration by mixing water and specialized supplements like cranberry powder into wet food to support urinary health, and I ensure a clean environment by scooping litter and washing bowls daily. Most importantly, I understand that pets—especially cats—communicate through subtle, "high-frequency, low-impact" social cues; I provide gentle affection and verbal greetings without overstimulating them, ensuring they feel respected and safe. I treat every animal as a sentient companion, balancing structured routines with the quiet, intuitive interaction they need to thrive.

I typically walk my own dog as a part of my daily routine and I would be glad to make helping you out as another part of my daily routine. In my own home, my dog is pretty well-trained. He knows not “go” in the house, listens to basic commands, and gets along with people and other dogs well. Therefore we do not have restrictions for him in the house. However, if your dog is not allowed to go into certain areas of the house or onto certain furniture or requires to be put in their cage, I have no problem keeping them out of restricted areas and putting them in their cages before leaving if requested.

About: I had a German Shepard for 12 years and now have my 1 1/2 year old Mini Australian Shepard, Beauie, who is one of a kind! I have taken care of friends and family’s dogs for a few years now. They were always able to rely on me when it came to taking care of their pets as well as giving them all the love and attention they need! I will be willing to walk, feed, play with your dog as well as any other duties you request! Whether your dog is energetic or relaxing, I will be there to comfort them. There are plenty of toys I can provide in my house since I do have a pup! I am also comfortable with administering any type of medication. I work Monday-Friday from 8 am to 4 pm (occasionally 3 pm). I am completely free on weekends! I also have most holidays off so I can be available for those days as well :) I will be able to provide plenty of attention to your pet. Plus, they will never be bored considering I love to make sure they are playing, having fun and getting all the love they deserve! I live right across the street from a dog park! My pup is very welcoming and loves to share his space with others. We can crate if needed.

About: I grew up animals and learning how to take care of them properly I absolutely love all animals especially both dogs and cats. I’m currently studying to become a vet tech, I do have some knowledge from my study’s as well. I grew up knowing how to properly take care of dogs in particular so I do have experience taking care of them. About: Hi! I have been dog sitting and walking for the past two years now. I have walked breeds like large poodles to mini golden doodles! I have dog sat for clients a week at a time giving multiple daily updates and photos throughout my stay. About: I love animals. I’ve taken care of my household dog, Rottweiler (Tank), before the age of 1 up until 10 years old. We recently got a Cane Corso (Kanan) in 2024 and he was under 1 as well. I’m patient, I love teaching and playing with them. I am a kid at heart. I work from home most days, though I head into the office once every two weeks. My schedule is 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a lunch break in the middle. Since I’m home a lot and have my own car, it’s easy for me to fit in up to three walks a day or spend extra time house sitting if needed. This opportunity will for sure be the highlight of my day. I’m great at following any routine you already have in place for your dog, and I’m happy to keep up with any training or habits you’re working on. When I care for pets, I make sure they’re safe, well-fed, and have fresh water at all times. About: As a dog owner myself, I love long walks and hang outs with my 4 legged friends. At home I have 2 dogs of my own, Bruno a 3 year old LabPit mix, who is friendly, loving, and very active. He loves to play fetch and run but also cuddle on the sofa when resting at home. Lola is a 10 year old Maltese/Shih tzu mix who loves her naps and shorter walks. Our daily activities include long walks or runs around the neighborhood; twice a day and a short midday walk. Although Lola doesn’t always keep up with her brother, she enjoys accompanying us in our hikes and so she comes along in her backpack! At home we also I also have 2 parakeets who bring us lots of joy. Aside from my personal pets, I have also fostered 11 dogs through an organization here in Staten Island. I took in dogs ranging of ages from 3 puppies of 5 weeks to a 6 year old pup. Some with medical need such as taking prescribed medication, special diets or receiving medicated baths. Here your furry friend will have company from my two 4 legged friends, she/he will play and receive lots of physical activity, but if they are more couch potatoes, that works too! Their needs will be catered. They will be part of our pack until you are ready to return home! During weekdays, pets will receive morning, afternoon and night walks. During days when I am at work, they get their longer walks during the afternoon and nights since I work 8-3 outside of the home. In the afternoon I make sure to give them lots of attention and weather permitting, take them to the yard to play fetch or let them run around a bit. During weekends, they receive longer walks/ park visits earlier in the day. Morning walks turn into park visits or small hikes, then midday walks depending on when we get home and night walks. Although my yard is not fenced, I have long 30 ft leashes long give your dog opportunity to run as they pleased. At my home, they will have friends to play with, feel love and care for. I love communicating with fur parents on how their pets are doing and easing any worry they may have about leaving their pet behind.

About: I’ve been caring for pets for about 7 years through my own animals, and helping out my relatives and friends. Growing up, I was responsible for feeding, walking, and bathing our family dogs.
