Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. Damian was absolutely terrific with my Mini Dachshund, Jakey! His is very familiar and totally knowledgeable about this breed. Jakey immediately took a strong liking to Damian and his wife when they came by for a meet and greet before sitting for him at their home. I was super impressed and so thankful he was able to accommodate a last minute request for Jakey to stay with him. He sent updates and pictures throughout his stay, to put my mind at ease that he was doing ok and enjoying his time in his care. He had a fun day playing with toys and taking walks and came back home very happy and relaxed. Jakey made a new “buddy” and “girlfriend “ and I feel completely comfortable having them sit for him again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter on Rover! 5 stars doesn't seem like enough when reviewing Noelle and her family. I could never have asked for a more loving family to watch our baby Winston. They are the kindest, animal loving people, who went above and beyond for 3 days. They baked him dog treats, sent so many cute pictures and videos, took him out on long walks, gave him toys and played with him all weekend. It was his version of a 5 star resort with all the amenities. When we picked him up I wasn't sure he was going to come with us (lol) he looked so content and happy! There is nobody else i would rather leave Winston with. Thank you so so much!!
