Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful with Lola! From the moment I dropped her off, I felt confident that she was in great hands. Lola has IVDD and is limited in the activities she can do, so she requires a little extra attention and care. Jacqueline was incredibly mindful of her limitations, her needs, and making sure she was comfortable and safe. Jacqueline communicated consistently and was very responsive throughout Lola’s stay. I especially appreciated all of the pictures and videos she sent, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see how well Lola was doing. It was clear that Lola was genuinely cared for and treated like part of the family. I would not hesitate to book with Jacqueline again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring, attentive, and trustworthy to care for their pet. Amazing sitter. Excellent communication the entire time my pet dog was with her. First time leaving my pet with a sitter overnight as we went away for 4 nights. When I picked up koda he looked so happy with her and when he noticed me he jumped right into my arms. Highly recommend Brianna and will be using her again.
Nuotong was absolutely amazing with my dog! She was wonderful about sending pictures and videos throughout the stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog settled right in and clearly felt comfortable and happy from the start. The fenced-in backyard was fantastic and gave my dog plenty of space to play and enjoy some outdoor time safely. Most importantly, Nuotong cared for my dog like they were their own, and I could tell they genuinely loved having them there. I’ll definitely book again! 🐾
I wish I could give more stars. Vincent is a great person loves animals. My dog Ouzo had great experience with him. Vincent send me photos and videos that my boy having great time. Ouzo never felt homesick or left alone. When I went to pick him up he was extremely clean brushed look like show dog. Thank you Vincent and his family for great service.
I highly recommend pet care! Chunwei took wonderful care of my furry friend during my absence. My dog returned home happy, calm, and in excellent shape. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind. It's clear that Chunwei has a huge heart for animals, extensive experience, and complete professionalism. Lorraine was super understanding and knew exactly what to do when my dog was having a hard time adjusting due to separation anxiety. William and his family have been so kind and wonderful with Oslo, our Lab mix. They always keep us updated on her daily activities and share lots of pictures, which really reassures us that she’s doing great. We’re so grateful for the excellent care they provided. Damian was absolutely terrific with my Mini Dachshund, Jakey! His is very familiar and totally knowledgeable about this breed. Jakey immediately took a strong liking to Damian and his wife when they came by for a meet and greet before sitting for him at their home. I was super impressed and so thankful he was able to accommodate a last minute request for Jakey to stay with him. He sent updates and pictures throughout his stay, to put my mind at ease that he was doing ok and enjoying his time in his care. He had a fun day playing with toys and taking walks and came back home very happy and relaxed. Jakey made a new “buddy” and “girlfriend “ and I feel completely comfortable having them sit for him again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter on Rover! Thank you both again, so very much, for taking such great care of my precious little baby!
I booked a 2-day stay with Danielle and Eden very last minute, and they were extremely accommodating. They sent regular pictures and updates during Winston’s stay and were quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again!
5 stars doesn't seem like enough when reviewing Noelle and her family. I could never have asked for a more loving family to watch our baby Winston. They are the kindest, animal loving people, who went above and beyond for 3 days. They baked him dog treats, sent so many cute pictures and videos, took him out on long walks, gave him toys and played with him all weekend. It was his version of a 5 star resort with all the amenities. When we picked him up I wasn't sure he was going to come with us (lol) he looked so content and happy! There is nobody else i would rather leave Winston with. Thank you so so much!!
