Kate and her family were so accommodating in extending his stay on such short notice. We felt at ease knowing that our Kofi was in good hands and loved!”

“Five stars for Jane! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I left my beloved pug, Lord Ginsberg, in Jane’s care while I traveled to Mexico, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. Anytime I travel in the future, I will be hoping Jane is available to take care of Lord Ginsberg again. She has my highest recommendation.”

“I had such a great experience with Ming, her husband, and two lovely dogs. As the first time working with Ming, I wondered if my dog would work well with them or they would be happy with my dog, Oliver. After more than 10 days of boarding Oliver with Ming, I realized that I sent Oliver to a sort of luxurious doggy retreat. Oliver came back more energetic and cuddly showing signs that he was truly loved by Ming and her family members. Ming has a lovely backyard as well as a private bedroom for a dog, and a small doggy tent where your dog can rest. For a second, I thought Oliver might want to stay longer with them!! I would highly recommend Ming to anyone who would need to board a dog!!”

I received daily photo updates that not only warmed my heart but also reassured me that Fancy was in excellent hands. I feed fresh food to Fancy along with some supplements and Ziwei was able to follow instruction without any issue. She also updates me on walks, how Fancy is getting along with her two lovely dogs Rainbow and Nana and anything she finds cute that happens among the three of them. It seemed like Fancy had a good time and was well taken care of.”
