“Five stars for Jane! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I left my beloved pug, Lord Ginsberg, in Jane’s care while I traveled to Mexico, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. Anytime I travel in the future, I will be hoping Jane is available to take care of Lord Ginsberg again. She has my highest recommendation.”
“My furbaby was comfortable with Keirstin. He spent a day with her before his 3 nights of boarding. He was quite excited to see her again to start his boarding for which I was pleased to see. She took very good care of her and treated her like she was part of her family while she was there. Michael and Durell were one of the best dog sitters we ever had! They treat our Ghost as if he were one of their own and the whole time we were at ease because they gave us great pictures included as part of their daily updates. We would love to use them again and we highly recommend them. They are great people, animal and dog lovers.
Brianna recently watched our dog when we went away for a week. This was the longest we’ve ever left her and we were a little nervous beforehand. I couldn't have asked for a better boarding experience for Julia! From the moment I dropped her off, I knew she was in caring hands. Ming was incredibly flexible with our drop-off time because of the FIFA World Cup traffic, which took so much stress out of leaving for my trip. Throughout Julia's stay, Ming sent an abundance of photos every day. It was clear that Julia was happy, engaged, and being genuinely cared for. When I picked her up, she was relaxed, content, and obviously had a wonderful time. One of my favorite things about Ming's home is that Julia got to socialize with other dogs and enjoy all the activities in the backyard. It honestly felt like a fantastic summer camp for her! She came home happy, well cared for, and having had a great adventure of her own while I was away. I'm so grateful to Ming for treating Julia like family, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend!
Lorraine was super understanding and knew exactly what to do when my dog was having a hard time adjusting due to separation anxiety. Halisa is THE most WONDERFUL pet sitter EVER!!! The care, attention to detail, follow up, professionalism, and the love she has for her job and her furry clients are just a few shining examples of her superior work ethic. I was gone for almost a week and I could enjoy my trip knowing she was there taking care of and giving the best of care to my Lucy. There is a thorough interview before she takes the job and everything is covered to insure the best quality care will be given to your pets and I assure you it is given. I also received texts and pictures while I have been gone updating me on their activities.
