Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. Anytime I travel in the future, I will be hoping Jane is available to take care of Lord Ginsberg again. She has my highest recommendation.”

Ming has a great set-up, especially with the fenced in turf backyard and secured sleep area. To top it off, Ming was kind enough to give Daisy a bath before I picked her up so that she smelled good and was clean to return home! I highly recommend Ming and will definitely use her again!”

My dog had a wonderful time with Ziming. She was very attentive to all is dietary restrictions which I appreciated and she sent a ton of pictures. My dog is high energy and the fact that the dogs can play outside a lot was perfect for Taz. He came back exhausted which usually never happens even after a 5 hours hike. He did not want to leave Ziming’s place when we came to pick him up. That tells everything!
Lorraine was super understanding and knew exactly what to do when my dog was having a hard time adjusting due to separation anxiety. She kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Since my dog was in a new environment, I was worried at first, but Lorraine was patient, caring, and very experienced. Halisa is THE most WONDERFUL pet sitter EVER!!! The care, attention to detail, follow up, professionalism, and the love she has for her job and her furry clients are just a few shining examples of her superior work ethic. I was gone for almost a week and I could enjoy my trip knowing she was there taking care of and giving the best of care to my Lucy. There is a thorough interview before she takes the job and everything is covered to insure the best quality care will be given to your pets and I assure you it is given. I also received texts and pictures while I have been gone updating me on their activities. She even celebrated Lucy’s birthday with a dog safe cupcake. 5 star sitter who I’ll definitely be using again!!!

Taina was a great sitter for my Teddy. He’s a bit of a Velcro dog, but she made him feel safe and he looked genuinely happy to be there. I also like a lot of pics and vids when he’s away, and she did a great job with that as well. I would rebook her in a heartbeat!

Gabby, Dylan & family are amazing! This was my first experience on Rover and it was great! Gabby communicated with me the entire time, sending pics of Chippy in various stages of cuddles.
