They understood that Gizmo is nearly blind, deaf, and has separation anxiety. They were patient with him and they did a fabulous hack to help Gizmo not bump into things. Communication was also on point with them. They sent us beautiful pictures of Gizmo and kept us posted of his well-being on a daily basis. We fully trust them and will definitely go back to them again in the future.”
