About: I have always grown up with animals and rescued an incredible puppy of my own. I have a 3 year old female chocolate lab mix named Maui. When I moved from Florida to the city I had to leave her back home with the family. She is the sweetest puppy and loves making new friends. We love going on adventures and discovering all the pup friendly places in town. We would spend a ton of time at the local dog parks interacting with all the other furry creatures and soaking up the long walks and tug wars. She is one with the beach and open fields which is what made leaving her home a bit easier. Swimming in the open ocean or the local springs/rivers was a top pick. Followed by longboard rides through town.

The first time was only a weekend and Seneca, my senior Irish setter, was very happy and well-cared for. Seneca tends to yank forward on walks and Vanessa patiently stops and waits til she is calm. I stayed longer on my trips, went to Hawaii and Florida birdwatching and it didn't seem right for Vanessa to keep Seneca for free anymore, so now I pay her and that seems to be working out. I can honestly say that Vanessa is kind, responsible, accurate and very honest when she reports to me how Seneca did in her care, the good, the bad, and the ugly!! I cannot recommend Vanessa more strongly.”
