I have 3 cats that I fostered and then adopted during the pandemic. Prior to that, I’ve had cats and dogs as family members. I make sure they are well-exercised before meals so that they can remain calm and relaxed for the rest of their day. This cuts down on the misbehavior inside the home when I'm away.
