I have a lifetime of experience around dogs and cats. I grew up with a lot of animals, so I’ve spent most of my life caring for them. I am the go to person with family and friends to care for their pets when they are busy, and I have experience with pets of all ages and needs. My excitement and love for animals is what sets me apart from others, as I could spend all day playing with animals. I make sure they are comfortable and happy, could pet them for hours, and am attentive to their every need. I have fostered both dogs and cats in my home many times, and know how to make sure they can be comfortable in their new environment.

We had such a great experience with Ismail watching our dog, Koda! From the start, he was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about making Koda feel comfortable and happy. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dog was in such good hands. Koda absolutely loved him, which says everything. He can be picky, but he warmed up to Ismail right away. We came home to a happy, well cared for pup, and that means the world to us. We’re so grateful to have found someone we truly trust and will definitely be booking with Ismail again. Highly recommend!

This is our 2nd time leaving our Pickle with Ismail, this time for 6 days and couldn’t be happier with how he cares for him. Ismail is always sending pictures and videos to us for peace of mind and a summary of how Pickle was for the day, how much he ate, slept etc etc. He will be my go-to sitter for Pickle whenever needed. Definitely recommend him.

Safety, trust & environment
Out of the home, I make sure that I am attentive to any outside factors such as other dogs approaching them, any distractions that could cause them stress or fear, and cars/other passerbys. Taking walks are one of my favorite pastimes, so I’m happy to keep walking to your pet’s content! Inside the home, I first make sure I ask for and understand any instructions from the owner. I ask about any behavior patterns to best understand your pet and what might be considered strange or concerning. I make sure your pet is well entertained and happy. I can play with them, teach them new tricks, or even give them a good belly rub!
A typical day
I live right by the park and the pier, which is a hub for dog walkers! It is my favorite place to walk because of its calming and open setting. If your dog is up for running, I am more than happy to jog with them! I also pack water, treats, and toys in advance in case the dog would like to run around the park or play fetch. Having these items on hand help prepare me for any circumstances that may arise.
