Michael and Durell took such great care of Millie and Mawa while we were away on our Yellowstone trip. My dog had a wonderful time with Ziming. She was very attentive to all is dietary restrictions which I appreciated and she sent a ton of pictures. My dog is high energy and the fact that the dogs can play outside a lot was perfect for Taz. He came back exhausted which usually never happens even after a 5 hours hike. He did not want to leave Ziming’s place when we came to pick him up. That tells everything!
Lorraine was super understanding and knew exactly what to do when my dog was having a hard time adjusting due to separation anxiety. She kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Since my dog was in a new environment, I was worried at first, but Lorraine was patient, caring, and very experienced. Taina was a great sitter for my Teddy. He’s a bit of a Velcro dog, but she made him feel safe and he looked genuinely happy to be there. I also like a lot of pics and vids when he’s away, and she did a great job with that as well. I would rebook her in a heartbeat!
Eimy was absolutely wonderful with Marley, and I’m incredibly grateful she was able to step in on such late notice. From the start, she made me feel at ease, especially by sending pictures on the first day, which gave me immediate reassurance that Marley was in great hands. Her space was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for, which meant a lot to me. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond. She showed so much flexibility by dropping Marley off due to some unexpected circumstances on my end, and that level of understanding did not go unnoticed. William and his family have been so kind and wonderful with Oslo, our Lab mix. 5 stars doesn't seem like enough when reviewing Noelle and her family. I could never have asked for a more loving family to watch our baby Winston. They are the kindest, animal loving people, who went above and beyond for 3 days. They baked him dog treats, sent so many cute pictures and videos, took him out on long walks, gave him toys and played with him all weekend. It was his version of a 5 star resort with all the amenities. When we picked him up I wasn't sure he was going to come with us (lol) he looked so content and happy! There is nobody else i would rather leave Winston with. Thank you so so much!!
DIRY AND HER FAMILY ARE THE BEST!!! WHEN I LEAVE JANE WITH THEM I HAVE NOT A SINGLE WORRY! UPDATE PICTURES AND VIDS ARE SENT MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY AND I’m EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR IT! Gina took care of our Miniature Schnauzer, Otto, for 10 days while we were traveling in Europe.
