I received constant communications and photos and loved how Siuy and Fancy zoomied with each other. My hope is that Jane would be willing to look after Siuy the next time we are away. “Jacqueline was incredible! Literally couldn’t have asked for more in a sitter for our dog Mabel. Mabel is a very sweet but anxious lady and wasn’t her best self when we dropped her off - barking and very anxious to be left. Jacqueline was very understanding and updated me soon after I left to let me know Mabel had calmed down and was doing well. She asked all questions necessary to ensure Mabel had the best and most comfortable stay possible, and Mabel did indeed have a great time! Jacqueline sent photos and updates the whole time we were gone and I felt very comfortable with Mabel’s care which allowed me to enjoy my time away! Will absolutely be using Jacqueline & fam again!”
“Nervana was absolutely incredible!! This was the first time I ever left Chloe who is 11 years old with anyone. I was terrified but she gave the best reassurance . She sent me videos as well as constant text updates . The love that she gave my dog was so endearing. I would definitely recommend her, if I could give 20 stars I would!!! The extra playmates were really good for our guy. He get's weird when he's alone. He was tired and happy when we picked him up. Ziming sent photos and videos everyday and communication was great. We got to see the home and see our dog interact with hers before signing up. She was confident with him, but not heavy handed, despite him being a larger dog. We'd recommend Ziming- we had a great experience.”
“Pamela and her family were excellent. Milo is a very energetic puppy and they took wonderful care of him and helped him feel comfortable. He was a little nervous at first and she did everything to help him adjust. I got tons of updates and pictures during my trip. They would take him out and give him all the exercise he needed. They treated him like part of the family. This was our first time using Rover and it was an excellent experience. She has excellent communication and quick response. I would highly recommend Pamela as a sitter and would use her again.”

Nancy was great my dog Sake had a really great time! Even when I am not out of town, I will be booking with Nancy, her husband and her doggies for Sake to come over and hang out with them occasionally for a day. No complaints she really did spoil my baby and the only thing I will say is maybe I have to go get him some extra treats because she really gave him the royal treatment. Thank You Nancy!!
Lorraine was super understanding and knew exactly what to do when my dog was having a hard time adjusting due to separation anxiety. She kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Since my dog was in a new environment, I was worried at first, but Lorraine was patient, caring, and very experienced. Thanks to her, my dog was able to settle in comfortably and felt safe. I highly recommend Lorraine to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for their pet.
Brianna was absolutely fantastic with my dog. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared a lot about making sure everything went smoothly. Halisa is THE most WONDERFUL pet sitter EVER!!! The care, attention to detail, follow up, professionalism, and the love she has for her job and her furry clients are just a few shining examples of her superior work ethic. I was gone for almost a week and I could enjoy my trip knowing she was there taking care of and giving the best of care to my Lucy. There is a thorough interview before she takes the job and everything is covered to insure the best quality care will be given to your pets and I assure you it is given. I also received texts and pictures while I have been gone updating me on their activities. She even celebrated Lucy’s birthday with a dog safe cupcake. 5 star sitter who I’ll definitely be using again!!!
Gabby, Dylan & family are amazing! This was my first experience on Rover and it was great! Gabby communicated with me the entire time, sending pics of Chippy in various stages of cuddles. Chipotle was cuddled and loved up his entire stay! I would most definitely reccomend Gabby & Dylan, and I will absolutely have them sit Chipotle in the future. No words to say how grateful I am to have a place I know my floof is safe and happy.
William and his family have been so kind and wonderful with Oslo, our Lab mix. They always keep us updated on her daily activities and share lots of pictures, which really reassures us that she’s doing great. We’re so grateful for the excellent care they provided. Thank you for washing Oslo’s blanket and for being there for us when we needed you most. See you guys soon!
Damian was absolutely terrific with my Mini Dachshund, Jakey! His is very familiar and totally knowledgeable about this breed. Jakey immediately took a strong liking to Damian and his wife when they came by for a meet and greet before sitting for him at their home. I was super impressed and so thankful he was able to accommodate a last minute request for Jakey to stay with him. He sent updates and pictures throughout his stay, to put my mind at ease that he was doing ok and enjoying his time in his care. He had a fun day playing with toys and taking walks and came back home very happy and relaxed. Jakey made a new “buddy” and “girlfriend “ and I feel completely comfortable having them sit for him again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter on Rover! Thank you both again, so very much, for taking such great care of my precious little baby!
5 stars doesn't seem like enough when reviewing Noelle and her family. I could never have asked for a more loving family to watch our baby Winston. They are the kindest, animal loving people, who went above and beyond for 3 days. They baked him dog treats, sent so many cute pictures and videos, took him out on long walks, gave him toys and played with him all weekend. It was his version of a 5 star resort with all the amenities. When we picked him up I wasn't sure he was going to come with us (lol) he looked so content and happy! There is nobody else i would rather leave Winston with. Thank you so so much!!
