About: ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. My first dog — Lucy, a Border Collie I had when I was 11 back in Shanghai, China — was my best friend for 16 years. Alongside her, I cared for a rescued stray cat "Noji" and an adopted poodle "Bebe" when I was 13, which taught me patience, responsibility, policing different pets, and how to understand different pet personalities. After moving to the U.S. for school, I brought home my baby Corgi "Brioche" in 2020. She’s now a 5-year-old certified service dog who’s friendly, well-trained, and walked three times a day for at least 30 minutes each time. I also helped train and kept a baby Devon Rex cat for my family in 2025. What sets me apart is my lifelong, hands-on experience with pets of different breeds, ages, and temperaments — from energetic puppies to senior dogs. I love fur babies more than anything and always prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness. I will be working part time starting summer 2026 in NYC, so my schedule is flexible, I'm available for daily walks, boarding both weekdays and weekends. I live in a 2 bedroom in FiDi close to battery park city. There are no crates and my corgi was never crate-trained. I don't have indoor pet potty so I almost only take my dog out for potty unless the weather is crazy. I have plenty of dog beds and toys.

About: Coming from a family of breeders, I grew to learn how to take care and love dogs who are not all mine. I have a dog of my own but she stays with my mom where she is less anxious. I love and miss my dog so by allowing me to take care of yours will help me just as much as I am helping you! I’m currently a full time student with a part time internship. I have 2 in person classes and the rest online so I have plenty of free time and availability. My home welcomes all dogs, small and big. I do not have a fenced in home, however i do have a tight grip on leashes and and confident and comfortable at walking dogs. She got my Sebastian out of his shell, was so accomodating of his doggy anxiety, met him where he was but still got him out of his comfort zone (the house) and got him into the world a bit. They went on walks, to coffeeshops, he made some doggy friends, and he even got to go shopping! She sent photos everyday as well. She was great at following all of my tips and instructions for him and his meal plan, accommodated his quick about not using the bathroom on concrete and helped him become more of a city dog (we're from LA). I immediately felt comfortable with her, she was willing to have a FaceTime with me to show me her home so I'd feel comfortable leaving him for my trip when we got to NYC. Would definitely book with her again, she was a gem and she gave me so many tips about the city! Thank you Jen!”
