Schedule
Gordon has a full time remote job which is very flexible to manage the pet care business. Catherine is a housewife who takes care of their 5 year old daughter.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a single family house with fenced outdoor space. There are multiple gates installed inside and outside area to prevent any accident escape. We make sure everything is locked at all times.
Pets
A typical day
At 8am, we start waking everyone up to make sure all is up with positive energy. Then we prepare the first meal for all the dogs as per owner's instructions. In addition, we will change the fresh water and replace new wee wee pads. At 8:30am, we open our backdoor to let everyone out for bathroom and fresh air, this will last about 15-20mins. At 11am, we start interacting with everyone through chasing and throwing toys. That's usually the time we take pictures and videos for updating their owners with status updates of how everyone is doing, who is his/her best friend or how was the sleep.....etc. At noon, we prepare for lunch. Of course, not everyone have the same number of meals, we follow all owner's instructions. The rest of the afternoon is typically the routine of playing, snacking, outdoor running, belly rubbing, picture taking...etc. At 7pm, we prepare for dinner which is the last meal, followed by a last bathroom break before everyone goes to sleep by 9pm.
