About: I bring a lifetime of experience caring for dogs, along with the patience and compassion I've developed helping care for my grandmother. Growing up with a dog of my own and being surrounded by dogs through family and friends has taught me that every pet has a unique personality and deserves to feel safe, loved, and understood. Helping care for my grandmother has strengthened my sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and empathy. I've learned the importance of noticing the little things, maintaining routines, and providing comfort and companionship. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an energetic adult, or a senior who needs extra patience and gentle care, I'll treat them with the same kindness and attention I would give my own family. My goal is to make sure your pet feels happy, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I have a flexible schedule and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pet. I am available all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and after 1 PM on Saturdays. While I work in a pediatrics office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, I am able to check on pets before work, during my break, and again after work to ensure they receive consistent care, companionship, exercise, and attention throughout the day. I understand the importance of maintaining your pet's routine and will do my best to keep them comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client's home, I prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine. I take the time to learn each pet's needs, including feeding schedules, exercise preferences, medications, and any special instructions. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, affection, and potty breaks while ensuring they feel secure and loved. In a client's home, I respect their space and work to keep their pet's routine as consistent as possible to reduce stress. In my home, pets are welcomed into a clean, safe, and caring environment where they receive supervision, companionship, and plenty of love. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to make their time away from their family as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs in my family, and have moved out and have adopted a cat on my own. I am familiar with what makes pets happy and how to take care of them. I’ve dog sat for close friends and family before and am confident I will be a great resource to count on. I’m working part time and do drive so I am comfortable commuting. It gives me more time to focus on dog and cat care! Safety and trust are prioritized when it comes to pets. About: As a dog owner myself, I love long walks and hang outs with my 4 legged friends. At home I have 2 dogs of my own, Bruno a 3 year old LabPit mix, who is friendly, loving, and very active. He loves to play fetch and run but also cuddle on the sofa when resting at home. Lola is a 10 year old Maltese/Shih tzu mix who loves her naps and shorter walks. Our daily activities include long walks or runs around the neighborhood; twice a day and a short midday walk. Although Lola doesn’t always keep up with her brother, she enjoys accompanying us in our hikes and so she comes along in her backpack! At home we also I also have 2 parakeets who bring us lots of joy. Aside from my personal pets, I have also fostered 11 dogs through an organization here in Staten Island. I took in dogs ranging of ages from 3 puppies of 5 weeks to a 6 year old pup. Some with medical need such as taking prescribed medication, special diets or receiving medicated baths. Here your furry friend will have company from my two 4 legged friends, she/he will play and receive lots of physical activity, but if they are more couch potatoes, that works too! Their needs will be catered. They will be part of our pack until you are ready to return home! During weekdays, pets will receive morning, afternoon and night walks. During days when I am at work, they get their longer walks during the afternoon and nights since I work 8-3 outside of the home. In the afternoon I make sure to give them lots of attention and weather permitting, take them to the yard to play fetch or let them run around a bit. During weekends, they receive longer walks/ park visits earlier in the day. Morning walks turn into park visits or small hikes, then midday walks depending on when we get home and night walks. Although my yard is not fenced, I have long 30 ft leashes long give your dog opportunity to run as they pleased. At my home, they will have friends to play with, feel love and care for. I love communicating with fur parents on how their pets are doing and easing any worry they may have about leaving their pet behind.

I have two English Labrador Retrievers, Teddy (6 years old, Cocoa 1 1/2 year old) Dogs and pets bring the child in me out, I am a kid at heart when it comes to these Beautiful creatures Teddy is very sociable with children people and other animals and loves to play Who is extremely affectionate and is my. Cocoa is very energetic pup. Enjoys meeting new people On my Days off from work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I LOVE cooking, baking. I will be adding another dog to my pack soon. About: My prices are very affordable, because good care for your fur babies should not cost a paw and a tail! I have been around animals my whole life. I grew up with chickens, dogs, cats, AND birds. I love animals and I really do believe they are long lost family members! I can work whenever wherever, at your convenience. I live in an apartment conveniently located right by the harbor. I also live near few doggy parks and open land for your fur baby to enjoy. I am currently working part time, however am super flexible with any times you may need! I am available early in the morning, most afternoons, and even super late at night. I care for pets in my home as if they were in your home! I understand how difficult it is to leave your pets while you are away, and I want you to be reassured they are in good hands with me!

About: Having grown up in a household full of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, and hedgehogs I possess a lifelong "animal intuition" and a deep comfort level with various species. What truly sets me apart is my hands on experience managing a multi-pet home with my own three cats, which has made me an expert in feline behavior and resource management. Whether it is providing the patient, attentive monitoring required for senior pets or the delicate handling needed for small exotic animals, I am highly adaptable to each pet's unique needs and personality. My schedule is very flexible during the latter half of the week. From Monday to Wednesday, I work as a therapist in Brooklyn. On Thursdays and Fridays, I only have two cases in Staten Island totaling about two hours, which leaves me with plenty of availability from Thursday through Sunday. Caring for animals is a deeply healing experience for me. While I am a huge dog lover, my own home is currently a cat-only household because we rescued three cats from a shelter, one of whom is extremely sensitive to dogs. To ensure her comfort, we decided not to own a dog ourselves, so pet sitting gives me a wonderful opportunity to fulfill my passion for working with dogs. My personal experience with a high-needs, sensitive rescue cat has made me exceptionally patient and skilled in handling pets with various temperaments and specific needs. My approach to pet care focuses on proactive health, hygiene, and emotional well-being. In my own home and when sitting for clients, I prioritize hydration by mixing water and specialized supplements like cranberry powder into wet food to support urinary health, and I ensure a clean environment by scooping litter and washing bowls daily. Most importantly, I understand that pets—especially cats—communicate through subtle, "high-frequency, low-impact" social cues; I provide gentle affection and verbal greetings without overstimulating them, ensuring they feel respected and safe. I treat every animal as a sentient companion, balancing structured routines with the quiet, intuitive interaction they need to thrive.
