About: Don’t tell anyone, but I might prefer dogs/cats over people! My day is always brightened when I get to take care of and spend quality time with a furry companion. I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and have family who have cats that I’ve cared for. I’m taking a break from corporate life to focus on doing what I enjoy. What’s more enjoyable than caring for and playing with pets? My availability is almost entirely open. I always treat every pet with the utmost respect and see to their needs as best I can. I currently have a very friendly five year old Pointer mix, who would love to hang out with your pup! We live across from a public park with trails and access to the beach as well!

About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life and have experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets. I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter, where I cared for a variety of dogs and cats with different personalities and needs. I’m patient, attentive, and love getting to know each pet and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for! I’m primarily available Thursday through Sunday, with a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to each pet. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and companionship throughout the day, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual routine. When caring for pets in their home, I focus on keeping them comfortable and maintaining their normal routine. I follow each pet parent’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medication, and any special care needs. I also make sure their environment stays safe and secure while giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and affection.

About: As a dog owner myself, I love long walks and hang outs with my 4 legged friends. At home I have 2 dogs of my own, Bruno a 3 year old LabPit mix, who is friendly, loving, and very active. He loves to play fetch and run but also cuddle on the sofa when resting at home. Lola is a 10 year old Maltese/Shih tzu mix who loves her naps and shorter walks. Our daily activities include long walks or runs around the neighborhood; twice a day and a short midday walk. Although Lola doesn’t always keep up with her brother, she enjoys accompanying us in our hikes and so she comes along in her backpack! At home we also I also have 2 parakeets who bring us lots of joy. Aside from my personal pets, I have also fostered 11 dogs through an organization here in Staten Island. I took in dogs ranging of ages from 3 puppies of 5 weeks to a 6 year old pup. Some with medical need such as taking prescribed medication, special diets or receiving medicated baths. Here your furry friend will have company from my two 4 legged friends, she/he will play and receive lots of physical activity, but if they are more couch potatoes, that works too! Their needs will be catered. They will be part of our pack until you are ready to return home! During weekdays, pets will receive morning, afternoon and night walks. During days when I am at work, they get their longer walks during the afternoon and nights since I work 8-3 outside of the home. In the afternoon I make sure to give them lots of attention and weather permitting, take them to the yard to play fetch or let them run around a bit. During weekends, they receive longer walks/ park visits earlier in the day. Morning walks turn into park visits or small hikes, then midday walks depending on when we get home and night walks. Although my yard is not fenced, I have long 30 ft leashes long give your dog opportunity to run as they pleased. At my home, they will have friends to play with, feel love and care for. I love communicating with fur parents on how their pets are doing and easing any worry they may have about leaving their pet behind.

About: Growing up with dogs, I learned early on that wagging tails and puppy cuddles are the best part of life! With years of pet care experience, I’m all about keeping dogs happy, healthy, and spoiled with love. Currently working part time and doing online schooling! I’m available Monday/Tuesday/Friday from 7am-12pm Wednesday/Friday from 7am-8pm Saturday/Sunday from 8am-8pm Let me know what time works best for you :) I have two dogs in my home and keeping them happy and healthy is a main priority. Waking up to make sure they get their walks in because we all need our steps!! And then walking them at the end of the day so they are sleepy at nighttime :) They are basically my children.

She was responsive and so generous coming all the way from NJ to meet my pup and me first and incredibly responsive before the day of. Every day she sent me text and/photo updates, and it was super clear my pup was very well cared for and loved. Coming back, pup was happy and healthy and the apartment was clean as I left it (thanks, Sierra!).”

“This was our very first time using Rover, and as extremely overprotective dog parents, we were definitely nervous. But Brad was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He eased our minds with daily updates, complete with photos and videos that showed just how well our dog was doing! We also had a Fi tracker on his collar and it was so reassuring to see how many walks and steps he was getting. Brad took him out so often, even more than our normal routine! Our dog occasionally gets so excited that he’ll throw up if he hasn’t eaten in a while, and when it happened, Brad immediately texted us, cleaned it up, and made sure he ate and drank after. His communication was quick, calm, and thoughtful, which helped us feel totally at ease. It was clear our dog was incredibly well cared for — he got plenty of walks, playtime with his toys, and lots of attention. Honestly, he looked sad when Brad left! Brad also left our home neat and spotless, which we really appreciated. We feel like we hit the jackpot with Brad. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to take care of our fur baby, and we’d recommend him to absolutely anyone. We hope to book with him again!”
