“Catra was by far the best dog sitter I've ever had. Sent lots of pictures, was very responsive to concerns and questions, and knowledgeable about dogs and dog behavior. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Andrew was prompt with his replies to my instructions, he sent me pictures with his visit to my dog, and he was super respectful. Would definitely suggest working with him to anyone looking for someone to help with their pet.”

About: I worked at a doggie daycare for 2 years and then at an off-leash pack hiking company for 2 more years. I have experience with all different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I like to take a calm and patient approach to get to know each dog as an individual. I understand that some pups need time to warm up, and I always try to stay tuned into their body language and comfort level. My goal is to help your dog feel safe, confident, and happy, not rushed or overwhelmed. I care deeply about building trust and giving them positive experiences. I love to take dogs on long hikes in the mountains, but would also be happy to just chill with someone who wants less activity. I'm currently working part time and can watch dogs and take them on walks during my free time, and am also open to short-term house-sitting. I will go by any rules or requests you have for taking care of your pet to make them as comfortable and happy as possible.

“Joy was a joy to meet! I’m grateful she was willing to do a meet and greet so my pup could get familiar with her. She went above and beyond for my dogs, taking them out for big walks and taking them somewhere to run around and play off leash, making sure they had plenty of water and potty breaks! Thank you so much Joy!”

About: I have taken care of cats since adolescence. I am an ER nurse who loves to spend days off taking care of my own cat and other pets. I enjoy traveling and have taken my cat Orla, with me in several road trips, and overseas. My cat Orla has traveled via car, train, airplane and lived in different places in the world. I also love also spending time with my husband in the outdoors backpacking, hiking, swimming. I currently work as needed in my main profession so I have time off to dedicate to taking care of pets who need playtime/exercise/feeding etc. during the day Safety is number one for me. In fact, I let my cat outside during the day but only with my direct supervision. I do not have a fence and I prefer to drive to the client's house where the pet feels more comfortable and has all he/she needs to be taken care of while staying safe.

Bishop pet parents share their Rover experiences
Lizz did a wonderful job watching my two kittens. My kittens were exceptionally well cared for. And when I requested a last minute change of plans, she worked with me to figure out a new schedule. Lizz is awesome and I would highly recommend her as a pet sitter!

My 16+yo cat is not a very nice cat but Katie did a great job taking care of her. Katie was very kind to this grumpy old girl. I felt very comfortable with Katie in charge of following all my very specific instructions. I will certainly ask Katie to care for my cat again - if she's willing??!!
