5. Amelia B.

“Amelia took care of my cat very well. My cat doesn’t warm up easily to very many people so I was pleasantly surprised that she let Amelia pet her! Clearly she felt very comfortable with her and I’m very happy with the care she received.”

6. Christina O.

“Christina was a life saver this weekend! After my usual cat sitter had to cancel, she was available with like half a day’s notice. Chico looked so happy to have company while I was out, and I’ll definitely be booking next time we go camping or out of town (with a bit more notice next time)!”

7. Judy A.
“We have a 10 year old cattle dog with separation anxiety. We have used Judy multiple times to watch our dog and our home. We have used her for both long weekends as well as week long vacations. We wouldn't want anyone else. She has taken our spoiled doggo to the next level of spoiled. And we love that for him! On our return from our most recent vacation we think our dog was maybe just a little disappointed that it was us coming thru the door instead of Judy :) She scores a 10 out of 10 for us!”

8. Adriana G.
“Adriana is a gem! Not only did she provide excellent house/pet sitting services and bathe my pets, but she also helped train my dog! She taught basic commands and helped correct problem behaviors. My pets were happy and better behaved when I returned. The house was spotless too”

9. Lilly S.
“Lilly has demonstrated herself as a responsible and loving pet caregiver above and beyond the normal responsibilities of pet caregiving. She has extensive experience with dietary, physical exercise, and grooming needs of pets. Lilly has experience with caring for dogs, cats, fish, chickens, geckos, and horses. Lilly is also an organized, detail-oriented, and punctual person in both professional and personal aspects. She has cared for a dog of her own named Sandy spanning at least 15 years from a puppy to a grown dog. She has also cared for other people’s dogs in freelance in-house dog-sitting. Lilly has also cared for cats spanning at least 5 years. She has had at least 3 cats named Puzzle, Bandit, and Bandaid, and cared for other people’s cats as well. In conclusion, Lilly will be an asset to anyone who would entrust the care of their pets to her for any length of time.”

10. Sara S.

“Sara came early to the appointment to meet my animals and get to know them. She was kind, easy to work with and touch extra special loving care to my 20 year old grumpy cat! Snacks was happy to have the love, pets and attention and looked so much better after Sara cleaned up with pet wash wipes and brushed her out. She was gentle in handling her, and I will be using her again!!!”

11. Kelly C.
“Kelly has been a dependable sitter who’s gone above and beyond for me and my dog. My dog got pretty sick after he decided to eat a roll of dog poop bags. our vet told us we’d have to watch for him to pass in his BM or else he’d need surgery and she helped watch him during the night while I had to go to work to make sure he was okay while I was gone. She made sure he was hydrated and passed the roll of bags whole. She really cared for him like a mom staying up with their sick kid. I can’t appreciate that enough.”

12. Danielle C.

“We have had Danielle watch our kitties quite a few times and she has been fantastic. She is reliable and accommodating. We and our fur babies love her.”

13. Elba B.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my dedication to structure, trust-building, and tailored care—especially for high-energy breeds like German Shorthaired Pointers. My experience includes: ✅ Training & Obedience – I specialize in leash training, impulse control, and reinforcing good behavior, making me ideal for puppies and energetic dogs. ✅ Active & Engaging Care – I understand the needs of high-energy dogs and provide structured exercise, mental stimulation, and adventure outings to keep them happy and balanced. ✅ Senior Pet Care – I have the patience and attentiveness needed for older pets, ensuring they get gentle handling, comfortable rest, and any necessary accommodations. ✅ Customized Routine – I adapt to each pet’s unique personality, whether they need structure, socialization, or extra affection. More than just a sitter, I focus on building trust and creating a safe, enriching environment so every pet feels at home. Daily Routine Morning: First thing in the morning, I take them out for a bathroom break. They get their morning meal, ensuring proper nutrition based on their active lifestyle. A long walk or run follows to burn off energy and set a calm tone for the day. Midday: If I’m home, I engage them in short training sessions (reinforcing obedience, leash manners). Some interactive playtime, either with toys or a backyard game. Evening: Dinner time, ensuring they eat a balanced meal. Another walk or training session, depending on the day's activities. Relaxation time indoors before bed, usually with some quiet bonding time. Weekly Routine Grooming: I check their coats, ears, and nails weekly. GSPs don’t require much grooming, but they do shed. Adventure Days: I like to take them on a hiking trip or field run at least once a week for extra stimulation. Training Refreshers: I incorporate new commands or fun challenges to keep them engaged. 1. Safety First Keep hazardous items (toxic foods, cleaning supplies, sharp objects) out of reach. Ensure the home is secure (closed gates, fences, and escape-proof areas). Use pet-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. Monitor pets closely, especially in new environments. 2. Building Trust Introduce myself calmly and let the pet approach at their own pace. Maintain a routine to provide consistency and reduce stress. Use positive reinforcement (treats, praise) to encourage good behavior. Respect their space, especially when they need alone time. 3. Creating a Comfortable Environment Provide clean, fresh water at all times. Ensure they have a cozy sleeping area. Maintain a comfortable room temperature. Offer mental stimulation through toys, games, and interaction. Follow their dietary needs and feeding schedule strictly.

15. Juliet F.

“Working with Juliet was wonderful! I can't recommend her enough. She was very responsive and got back to me right away when we connected on Rover. She offered to come over for a visit before I left for the holidays, which I really appreciated.”

16. Natalie C.
“Natalie is AMAZING and so SO good with animals. She housesits and cat sits for me and she regularly sends me photos and updates on my cat's antics. She has cared for my home several times and several weeks at a time. It is very comforting to know my animals and my home are safe with Natalie. She has so much prior experience--volunteering at the Cathouse on the Kings, working for a year as a veterinary intern as well as her own German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois experiences. She is a true animal lover. My cat, who is very shy, loves her and runs to see her when she comes over. She follows all my directions and takes great care of my home, as well. I highly recommend Natalie for both housesitting and pet sitting and I never worry about anything with her in charge.”

17. Shawn M.
