“Sarah stayed with Brie for the first time last week. It went really well. Brie seemed very comfortable in her care. She showed interest in the training that I am doing with Brie, and I really appreciated the effort that she put into reinforcing what Brie is learning. I have already scheduled Sarah again, and look forward to her next visit.”

“Grace was a dream: prompt, on-time, courteous, meticulous, personable, and communicative. She asked great questions prior to our booking to assess my pet’s needs, routines, medical needs, personality quirks, and triggers—and she took very astute notes—which shows her attention to details, her sharp listening and analytical skills, and her thorough 360° approach to pet care (while also respecting the client’s home and property). It was a great sign to see how relaxed my pet was with Grace upon the first meeting! I felt very assured and confident that my pet was in good hands. Highly recommended.”

“This was my first time using rover, and I was a lil nervous for my lil fur babies but Kate was soooo amazing. She kept in contact, the cats enjoyed her presence and we enjoyed having her as our kitty sitter. Definitely will be asking for Kate in for future sittings and care.”

“Alicia is always extremely reliable and quick to respond and always available when I need here even if it’s last minute! She’s great with my dog, I highly recommend.”

“Isabella was amazing! She is kind hearted and our dogs saw that immediately. She took very good care of our pups while we were on vacation, feeding and talking them for a walk. Both our dogs felt comfortable and happy with Isabella as did our family. We look forward to using her again.”

About: ⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTACTING ⚠️ To ensure we're a good fit and to respect both our time, please review my pricing and policies below before reaching out. Thank you! Welcome! I'm so glad you're here 🐾 Why families choose me I know how hard it is to leave your furry family member with someone new. That's why I'd love for you to visit my home before booking – see where your pet will stay, meet me in person, and get a feel for the environment. No pressure, just peace of mind. Here's what makes my care different: I only take two to three pets at a time. Yes, I have space for more, but I intentionally keep things small. Your pet isn't just another booking; they get my full attention, a calm environment, and the kind of care I'd want for my own pet. Since I work from home, your pet is never alone. If your pup has separation anxiety or just loves company, they'll have me nearby all day. I genuinely treat every guest like they're part of my family. What you can expect • Photos you'll actually love: I take pride in capturing beautiful moments of your pet. Check out my profile photos – that's the quality you'll get! I want you to see your pet's personality shine and know they're happy and loved. • Real communication: During business hours, you can call me anytime. Need an update? Have a question? I'm here. Your peace of mind matters. • A spotless home: My place is deep-cleaned weekly. It's fresh, odor-free, and hygienic. You're always welcome to visit! Just a heads up – I do ask guests to remove shoes to keep things pristine. • Safe outdoor space: The backyard has seven gorgeous redwood trees that provide tons of shade. That said, your pup will spend most of their time inside with me, where it's cool and comfortable. I never leave dogs unsupervised outside for extended periods. • A calm, quiet home: No young kids, and no elderly family members. Just a peaceful space where your pet can relax and be the star of the show. • No pool: One less thing to worry about! Safety first. Important details about care & pricing • Veterinary care: If I notice anything concerning about your pet's health, I'll contact you immediately (and Rover). If I can't reach you, I'll take them to the vet. All bookings are covered by Rover's Guarantee (up to $25,000 for eligible vet expenses). • Pricing adjustments: I do charge additional fees for certain situations to ensure I can provide the best care: Small: Base Rate Medium dogs: (30-60 lbs): +$15 Large dogs (60-90 lbs): +$20 Giant dogs (90-200 lbs): +$100 Puppies under 1 year (not potty trained): +$125 Why the large/giant dog fees? I want to be transparent about this. • Decline other reservations: due to the lack of space, I might need to be forced to cancel other reservations to ensure we have adequate space for your furry friend. • Space & capacity: When I host a large or giant breed, it often means I can only take one other pet (or sometimes no other pets) to ensure everyone has adequate space and comfort. This limits my availability for other bookings. • Physical demands: Larger dogs require more physical strength and energy – from handling on walks to managing their movements indoors. It's more intensive work to provide the attentive, hands-on care they deserve. • Wear and resources: Bigger dogs naturally need more of everything – more food, more space, more cleanup. They also create more wear on furniture, floors, and the home environment. • Individual attention: Every dog gets my full focus, but larger dogs often need extra time and specialized care to ensure they're comfortable and happy in my home. This pricing ensures I can give your large or giant dog the quality, individualized attention they deserve without compromising on care. Why the puppy fee? Puppies are wonderful, but they need specialized care! I take your pup out every 30 minutes to support their potty training and help them develop good habits. It's hands-on work, but it makes a real difference. If your puppy is already crate and potty trained, I'm happy to waive this fee. Again, please review these details before reaching out so we can make sure we're the right fit for your pet! I can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! 🐕💕 A day in the life with me 🌅 I'm naturally an early riser, which works out perfectly for your pup! Here's what a typical day looks like: Morning: We start the day with a refreshing morning walk to get those legs moving and set a positive tone for the day. Throughout the day: Your dog will get regular potty breaks in my backyard all morning long. Since I work from home, I'm always here to let them out when they need it. Evening: When the weather's nice, we'll wind down with an evening walk to stretch, explore, and burn off any remaining energy. This is the exact routine I followed with my own dog, and it worked wonders for his potty training. He learned to trust that I'd take him out when needed, and I learned to trust that he'd wait. It's all about consistency and communication! Your dog will seamlessly become part of my daily rhythm – same love, same care, same attention I gave my own. They're not just a guest; they're family while they're here. 🐕❤️ 🐣They will be in a safe and secure environment, where no dog will be distressed. I prioritize understanding each dog's behavior by discussing their temperament with clients and taking proactive measures to ensure a calm and harmonious atmosphere. This is why I limit the number of dogs to a maximum of two per night, to maintain individual attention and safety for all pets involved.

About: I’ve been volunteering with animals since I was 11 years old and now work at a no-kill animal rescue, where my main focus is the health, safety, and happiness of every animal. I have hands-on experience with both dogs and cats of all ages, including senior pets, and I’m comfortable administering medications and providing specialized care when needed. Building trust with both pets and their owners is very important to me. I provide regular updates and photos so you always feel at ease while your fur baby is in my care. I treat every pet like my own and always go above and beyond for their safety and comfort. I’m currently available part-time as I’m a student and rescue worker, but I’d love to work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs! My main job is at a no-kill animal rescue where my prime focus is the wellness and happiness of our animals. I take care of dogs and cats of all ages and provide whatever medical care and basic necessities are needed. The main idea is to build trust with both your fur-client and their owner. Updates and pictures allow the client to feel a sense of comfort while trusting another individual with their babies life. I will offer any medical/daily care your pet needs and will go above and beyond for the safety of your fur-baby.
“Malori is a really kind lady who cares a great deal about pets and is very patient. My cat is very skittish around strangers. Malori did everything I asked without stressing my cat out. Thanks, Malori!!”

“Chelsea is absolutely amazing. She treats our elderly dog exactly how we treat him: when she stays the night she even lets him sleep in her bed. She is perfect about giving his medications and extremely customized & difficult food. She also makes sure to not only fill the water bowls, but clean them out each time before filling so they’re fully fresh. She also goes above and beyond by doing add-ons like feeding my fish and leaving the TV on the channels we like for our dog so the house isn’t silent. Beyond how amazing she is at caring for our elderly 115lbs dog, she is just a great human. She literally responded at 10:30pm during an emergency situation and came through on a holiday after blocking off that time to be with her own family. We will continue to work with Chelsea as long as she’ll have us, and I strongly encourage her services to everyone looking for someone who really wants a true professional that still manages to make your pet feel like family.”

“Stephanie is amazing! Our little, senior Yorkie loved her. She goes out of her way to give you peace of mind and did some unexpected little things we so appreciated. Trustworthy, responsible, kind and a real animal lover! Thanks so much, Stephanie!”

“I can’t say enough good things. Our pets were so well cared for. Jennifer was always on time and communicated with me about anything she has questions about. I hope she is always available when we need a sitter.”

About: I’ve helped raise and train service dogs since I was 14 and really enjoy working with dogs of all personalities. Whether your dog needs a little structure or just some extra love and attention, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I am dedicated and have a ton of time to devote to your pets overall experience, in regards to keeping them active, healthy, and well socialized. I personally have a single 2 year old 30 lb German shepherd mix at home who is very calm and friendly. I have an open floor plan, hardwood floors, and a back patio for supervised outdoor visits while not on a walk. If I am to be at your house or just picking them up for a walk I am always more than comfortable being in “their” space, and listening and watching to understand their needs.
Woodward Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
This was my first time in 7-8 years that I left my pets with someone new. Kaitlyn made the experience smooth and without stress. Communication was excellent. She went above and beyond with taking care of my pup when something extra was needed. She is trustworthy and responsible. I will definitely have her help again!
