Since it was an emergency we weren't 100% sure when we would be able to drop off and pick up with certainity and she worked with us on it. We just boarded Otis for a long weekend at Cyrillia's home of course mom and dad were nervous (Otis usually stays with family) but we received many reassuring texts and pictures from Cyrillia that he doing great. You could tell in the pictures Otis was relaxed, making new doggy friends, and was cuddled up to Cyrillia's son on he couch. Clearly, Otis was having a great vacation as well.
