Kara dealt wirh them and let us know of her concerns so that we knew what was going on with him. He settled down for the rest of his stay and seemed to enjoy the time with other dogs. She sent multiple picture and video updates each day, and was so unbelievably helpful when we had some unforeseen changes with our travel plans. She was able to hang with the other pets and learned to be more social. Karen was extremely thorough and sent me cute photos of Xena making friends. She seemed very knowledgeable on how to understand animals and how to make them feel comfortable. We also appreciate that Xena was able to come home with a little gift. Xena learned to make friends and socialize and that was great for her. Will definitely be using her again. She is a steller sitter.”
