Having grown up in constant close companionship with animals for my entire life, I have an innate understanding of their language and behavior. I’m in love with and fascinated by the nuances of animal's lives and the ways that they connect to their human guardians - this fascination leads me to be constantly learning and growing my animal caretaking skills. I have worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments, behavioral support needs, and activity levels. I specialize in working with large, difficult-to-handle dogs, and ones with intensive behavioral or medical support needs. I passionately believe that there are no bad dogs, only ones with unmet needs.

Jace was wonderful! I felt very comfortable from the start having him pet sit my dogs in my home. He has great communication and was giving me updates and pictures of my pets. I could tell learning them, their behaviors and quirks was important to him and for them to be comfortable with him. I'm definitely going to be using Jace again for his services. Would highly recommend!
This was mine and my Fiancée’s first time using rover/leaving our dogs with someone new. So we were very nervous!!! We have TWO high energy large dogs who follow a specific routine. Jace was AWESOME from the beginning and our dogs loved him! He followed our dogs routine with their daily walk which made it much easier on our dogs to adapt without us. They were their happy selves the whole time we were gone! He gave very thoughtful notes after each walk letting us know how it went and any concerns he had. He even provided his own treats/water for our dogs, of course with our permission first which we appreciated! He also sent us lots of pictures of our dogs! We couldn’t have imagined our experience to have gone any better! We will definitely hire Jace again in the future!
This was our first time with Jace taking care of my two sight hounds while I was out of town for the entire day. Kudos to Jace, who did a great job, despite of my unintentionally forgetting to let him know about some small details about my pups' routines and preferences, and the location of their cookie jar! I'm grateful to Jace, and would love to have him care for the hounds in the future, if he is available and willing.
Jace is always so patient and sweet with my highly sensitive dogs. He's so knowledgeable about canine body language and knows when to give space. We super appreciate him and the care he gives our sweet senior girlie 🩷
Jace was so helpful! And he even calmed my big dog Rocky who is nervous of strangers.
Jace did a great job. My Alli has a new friend.

Petcare is my primary work, so you will know with full certainty that your pets will be my full focus during my caregiving time with them 😊 MY RATES ARE FLEXIBLE - I’m incredibly passionate that everyone has a right to have animal companions, no matter their material circumstances. If you have need for pet care but truly can’t afford my standard rates, please reach out and I will do everything I can to accomodate!
